I was very disappointed with the service that I received, the server forgot some of our order, had to keep asking for additional items that we ordered, brought out the wrong dinner for myself, when questioned, she forgot and I had to ask again if my order was coming out. My wife’s soup entrees was cold, so I would say that my experience was not that great, I don’t think I would return.

I didn't want my receipt and am sorry because I don't have the servers name. She was informative, helpful and dedicated to confirming any and all requests. She double checked with the kitchen on a couple of dietary questions and was not in your face but attentive - I hope when I come again I get the same lovely server. She made our experience wonderful.

We have 2 favorite servers and both equally as good as the other. Last time we had Sam for second time and last night we were so fortunate to be served by Sara for the second time. Service impeccable!! This place has become our favorite, not only food wise but also because of these 2 servers. I think a raise is due for both ladies.

Food was exceptionally delicious! Unfortunately service was not. Very slow, inattentive, seemed our order might have been missed as it took almost an hour for our food to arrive. We also had to flag down our waitress several times. Sadly it was not as great experience we’ve had in the past.

Like most of the changes you made to the menu, some new and interesting items. We quite often bring our grandson there and he always orders the deep fried Mars bar for dessert and you took it off the menu. Our server said she has gotten quite a few complaints that it is gone. We tried the chocolate pudding which was not great, quite frankly it tasted like a jello pudding cup, Come on Bow and Stern you can do better.

We had a great night out! Fantastic ambiance. Calamari came very quickly, was quite heavily battered and a bit overdone. Prawn tacos were delicious. Overall it was a lovely date night.

We have been here many times and this was a birthday treat. We had reservations, but it was a busy night in downtown Chilliwack and we arrived to find they had our reservation but the tables were all full and the point of service computer had been down all day. Knowing we were coming (I’d confirmed the day before) I would have thought they would keep our booth open (the server said they’d had a booth for us) but the place was jammed. It looked to me they had taken advantage of the crowds and seated as many people as they could. In the end we 3 seniors got stuck in the front in a noisy section near the bar at a high table. The food was great but the ambience was terrible and I came away disappointed. Not good planning on their part.

The restaurant has an interesting look and feel about it. Unfortunately the service was not good at all. The waitress was trying her best but it appeared that she had too many tables to manage. We were with another couple and all ordered appys. Ours came and we waited and waited for theirs finally flagging down the waitress who said they would be coming shortly….they were not. While we were working on our appys our friends main meal arrived….no appys….to make it worse all they ordered were 4 raw oysters on the half shell. How is that difficult to manage? Food was good, not spectacular.

We've had the calamari a few times and it's always the best calamari I've ever had! The scallop carbonara is one of our all time favorites. We also tried the lobster Mac and cheese, chorizo Mac and cheese, the steak dinner and the braised beef. All meals were 10/10, large portions and no complaints. Also their fries are cooked to perfection. I have never been disappointed. The mixed drinks are made great too, my favorite is the peach mojito.

We enjoyed the cod and chips as well as the Boston Chowder with fresh bread. The hostess and waitress were excellent and the background music was just right for a business lunch conversation. Our reservation was 11:30am for lunch, which was just right as every table was filled with enthusiastic patrons when we left.

Pleasantly surprised for our first visit; we were taken to an upstairs table with a lovely window view to the street; a bit more private; the food was so tasty with great presentation; the waitress super friendly and personable; such a great birthday dinner with complementary chocolate mousse dessert - so lovely all around!

Service was slow...sat upstairs with poor lighting to read menu. Food was mediocre. Poke bowl had maybe 5 cubes of tuna. Oysters were baby clam sized. Really not worth $200 for three on a birthday dinner.

I had Mac and Cheese with lobster. It was barely edible as the garlic was so strong ( and I like garlic) For the price it had 0 value. The rest of the meals were fine but nothing we would come back for. An overpriced average meal. We will not return. Sorry!
