   Our reservation was for one hour at 4:15. We started un bit earlier however, they told us that they needed the alley at 5:00. How come that it was reserve for 5:00 when we were supposed to finish at 5:15?

    Very nice winter afternoon outing. Four lanes, basic but good set up, very friendly and attentive staff working when we were there 11-6-22. Computer scoring and the screens were entertaining with their punny lines.

    Didn't have any food/drinks when we went - was just interested in having fun bowling. It was a fun spot to be for 5 pin bowling. Given that it was at the Fairmont, expect to pay a premium for just regular bowling. However, it felt casual and cozy and it was still a fun time. There are only 4 lanes so highly recommend booking.

    Bowling was a fun activity to do while grabbing a bite to eat. It kept our wiggly kids busy and entertained instead of begging us to leave a restaurant. The ambience is a mix between Fairmont luxury and a bowling alley. We loved the comfy velvet banquettes! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish that I could say the food was good, but it was not. Sorry, guys! The service made up for it though! We might just stick with drinks next time. If you're not staying at the Fairmont Hotel, consider leaving time to park on the street and walk up as parking is $13 per hour or $45 for the day in the lots at the hotel (even the above-ground lots).

    Had to return food because it was severely underdone. Other food we kept was pretty awful but we were very hungry. We had to wait 15 minutes for our lane to open but our lane closed at the reservation time, so we paid for 90 minutes but only got an hour and fifteen minutes. Place has a lot of potential and the bowling was a to.lm of fun but we were pretty disappointed. $130 for 90 minutes of bowling and mediocre food for two people.

    Great place to have some family fun. Staff was so friendly and welcoming even remembering the kids names. They have great deals on certain days of the week (found on their website). We will visit again next time we are here.

    Booked bowling for wing and wine night. Ordered wings, asked twice for them and they did not come. Our hour of bowling was over and we were paying and I had to tell them again, we did not get our wings. She told me the cook was sure he brought them out and he must have gave them to another group. There were only two other groups and they were beside and they didn’t get a thing. Worst customer service ever.

    Great value for the Monday night family special. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pizzas were freshly made. Wide range of drink selection. Nice 4 land bowling alley for families. My only suggestion is that they can have 15 minutes buffer between each booking time. That will minimize the chaos when the outgoing party tried to return shoes and pay the tap while the incoming parties try to sign in and borrow shoes. The counter can be crowded during those transition times. Otherwise, it's a great activity to add to your visit to Banff.

    Overall a great experience however 2 things to note. They started the 1 hour timer for our bowling before they even gave us our shoes, by the time we got down to start bowling 5 minutes had been lost of our 1 hour. Also note that drink prices are insanely high even for Banff Springs. A pop I bought at the grab and go was double the price at the bowling alley.
