3 staff members we saw working. One said we could get food and drinks. She set 3 of us up with shoes and then never saw her again (we had 8 minimum) to then be told that they had a full patio and we could not order food for bowling (we had members purposefully not eat that day to eat here). A waitress went home sick with another one to come cover - You could tell she was stressed getting called in and then to have to serve the whole patio alone and us bowlers downstairs. No one else helped her and due to this her attitude was quite short with us (not her fault). Bowling only lasted 1 hour (which we wanted to stay for longer) but at that point we just wanted to pay bills and leave.

Truly the worst set up and the worst service. There was only one server for the whole 2nd level, and although she brought our food and drinks to us, she looked like she’d rather be literally ANYWHERE but serving us. And honestly I don’t blame her at all.. if they can’t hire enough staff then maybe don’t be open? I don’t think Victoria is the right for an Alberta-style sports bar with Kokanee and coors and other Big Beer names on tap. Bowling was fine, but it seems to be on a 45 minute timer even though it was pay-by-the-hour. We bowled as fast as we could with two small children but still didn’t finish the game before the timer was up. Or maybe the time started from the moment of our reservation but we took like 15 minutes to get our shoes and I put everyone’s names into the bowling tablet. Either way it seemed rushed.

First we arrived 10 min early and was told our reservation was canceled as we were 30 min late. I showed the hostess my reservation confirmation and she apologized. It was terrible, there is no seating area at any of the bowling lanes. There are 7 bar stools at the back of the bowling alley but support beams block your view of your friends bowling. No ambiance! We bowled strikes on many occasions but when the pin cleaner would clear the pins it consistently would set up one pin ( so never got credit for having a strike) Truthfully we hated the place so much we did not stay to eat after our games. We will not go again. Very disappointing as we were excited that Victoria finally had a bowling alley again.

Fun but the ball returns were not functioning well. Also it would be nice if the tables were closer to bowling

Had a great time bowling. The bowling area is narrow with not much room for a full group but it is still a great time. We got a table afterwards and the food and drinks are very reasonably priced and they have lots of specials every week.

Bowling might be ok if you were there with a few friends having a drink, but not condusive at all for our group of 2 adults and 3 children. Very cramped and no seating to speak of.

Not many options on seating while bowling. Bumpers not working properly during our entire hour of bowling. The food was fair, nothing special. I would have fathered going bowling at Langford Lanes
