    This place is a gem! We gave Nickola complete control, she chose the food and the drinks, her personality was genuine, the food was perfect, the cocktails were also fantastic. If I were local to Edmonton I would deffinately be a regular patron! Thanks for the great evening!

    Our second time back! You visit Boxer for the awesome people, great cocktails and value to quality food. Order the Brie you won’t be disappointed- the short rib will fall off the bone. Really cool ambiance & environment. 🌱 Thank you David for your awesome service, going beyond by making reservations to your sister restaurant “Coterie” for after-dinner-drinks. You gave us a great date night. We will see you soon!

    We really enjoyed our dinner at Boxer - the staff was courteous and attentive. The hostess asked if we had plans after, and we mentioned a show at the Jube - she assured us they would have us out on time to make the show. The food was well presented and very delicious! Will definitely return!

    I have been to Boxer many times and they always knock it out of the park! The staff is very knowledgeable, and engaging, the food is always incredible, beautiful, and most importantly, delicious! The ambiance is really nice, it is never so loud you have to shout to be heard, nor is it so quiet that your conversations will be overhead by other tables. I would recommend Boxer to anyone and everyone!

    The pork belly and cocktails were good but the rest of the food was not. I couldn’t even finish my food as it didn’t taste good. We told the restaurant it was a birthday but there were no special offers or even birthday wishes.

    Food was amazing as it always is, ordered the smoked olives which we always get and thoroughly enjoyed it, our main course were new to the menu, gf had the ratatouille and I had the ribeye. They were absolutely sensational. It was busy, so the only negative thing is that we waited an hour before getting our appy, actually one appy was forgotten as well but we didn’t say anything because the food was so good and they were busy. We have recommended this place numerous times.

    Such a beautiful space, the food was well presented and delicious! Cocktails are a must. They use fresh juice and have an extensive list. Service was pleasant and attentive. We will definitely be back.

    This was my second time at Boxer. The service was exceptional. The staff are patient, friendly and knowledgeable. The food is delicious and their cocktail menu is outstanding. I like the vibe/atmosphere.

    I booked this reservation for 8 people for my bday and had the worst experience ever . Service was very minimal, the food lacked flavour and the waitress was clueless. I would not recommend this restaurant nor will I ever be back !

    Amazing time here! The food was outstanding and the value for the amount of food you get is incredible. We had the beef tartare to start which was killer and then the steak frites and chicken supreme both were juicy and so so flavourful. Service was quick and polite!

    An awesome assortment of cocktails, well balanced. The suggested wine pairings is a great way to assist non wine connoisseurs find a good option. The food is awesome, a nice fusion take on brusslesprouts is a must try. The servers were a joy to have, the kitchen staff were well kept and took pride in their work. The boxer burger is 11/10 for any red meat eaters.

    Boxer was amazing the food was unreal and the staff were so nice and helpful! I would highly recommend giving this place a try especially if you are looking for a nice “special occasion” dinner.

    That is my 2nd visit and I would say not the last one. I brought my husband and his sister this time, and they also liked it. Simple but very tasty food, good vine and good service. Just keep up!!!

    Tables for 2 are pretty small & really close to the other tables. My husband had the waitress’ butt in his face while she was serving the other table…. Great drinks & wine selection. Food was really good

    This is a great restaurant in the heart of Strathcona to go for a romantic night out or fun with friends. Drink selection is massive and trust the bartenders they will craft a delightful cocktail based on your wants as well. Food was fantastic- Artic char was prepared masterly with such a great crunchy skin and not overcooked flesh. Price point is reasonable for the value you get.
