Not a great experience here, waited at the front desk for 10 minutes before anyone came to help bring us to our table. Had no idea where the hostess was, but ended up having to call the concierge to let him know that we were waiting there alone before he came down. You would think that service would be top notch in a place like Four Seasons. Thought I found a hair in our flatbread as well, which I’m sure was not mine. Overall not a great experience, probably wouldn’t come here again and it has even turned me off from potentially staying at the hotel.

We had an inside table, which was disappointing. The meat in the paella was full of bones. Given the price charged I would fully expect chicken breast/ fillet steak rather than cheap cuts of meat. The paella was not warm when served.

Last year, we came for the bbq. We enjoyed it so much we took a chance on this year’s experience. It’s not nearly as good in food quality or food value. Service was still excellent despite a long wait for our kid’s food.

Excellent concept-Paella night on outdoor patio. Paella was light on ingredients, mostly rice, especially the veggie option. Tapas were not warm when received. Overall, with service and ambience, was a great evening out.

It looked like the Manchego cheese had been sliced a lot earlier & left out so when it came to our table it was all sweaty & hard. I have had Manchego before. The paella was cold when it was served to us & by the time we got the butternut squash paella it was more rice.

Due to a weather change the reservation from 7:45 for El Patio had to be pushed back to make room inside. The 40 min wait allowed us a table of 8 to be seated outside as the weather lightened and rain ceased. The set menu had started to run out . The palella all you can eat and gazpacho . The host head waiter did a wonderful job helping to celebrate two birthday celebrations bringing a custom made treat for each. The DJ was brilliant, ambiance really good. I brought 7 professional athletes who could have eaten more and it would have been enjoyed more if the palella was hot.

-This does not have the atmosphere of a gastro-bistro. It is too large and the DJ (on the patio) does not fit. It does not have any real atmosphere. -it appeared disorganized. The hostess had to go back to check on our reservation, even though it was done through OpenTable. She was also shocked that we had reserved a patio table, and there were none available. -The kitchen service was abysmal - it took 1 hour to get our very simple order. -Terribly over-priced. Overall a very poor experience. We would not return.

The best experience ever, the food delicious and the service was the best. Even dough, some of the food were running out, our server Michael and the manager Alvaro solve everything for us. The customer service was over the top. Thank you guys. Gracias from the Colombian table :)

The recently renovated bar looks amazing and charming. Excellent cocktails, oysters, and food. We had the 3-course menu and it was definitelly worth it; excellent quality/price.

Very nice open atmosphere in the upper village, good light from floor to ceiling windows in the Tavern Grille. Spring 3-course menu excellent value, very well prepared salmon tataki appetizer, and beef short rib and vegetarian curry main dishes were excellent. Fresh chocolate chip cookies and milkshake for dessert. Excellent service.

The Braidwood offers really tasty food! We love the revamped menu. The service, however, is not up to Four Seasons standard. It used to be that the FS held a policy of making eye contact with the guest during the first couple minutes after they sit down. We waited probably 10 minutes for our waitress to arrive. This has happened on several occasions this winter. We are really disappointed in the service level. We also don’t like the tiny tables that are about 2 feet off the ground. It is such an odd redesign. That being said, we will definitely be back. I’m hopeful they will address these issues.

We were disappointed in the food this time. We have stayed at this resort previously and this was one of our favourite places to eat. Menu has changed and so limited we were not impressed and won’t eat there again. Seriously charging 22 dollars for a bottle of water is outrageous.

Wonderful experience. I was booked at the steak house for later in the week and before I ordered steak at Braidwood, the OUTSTANDING bartender/waitress asked the kitchen if I could order off their steak house menu. Delicious ribeye after my foie gras. Loved the specialty wines. I wish I got the server’s name. I did tell the hostess about her. Truly an asset to your team!

Dined here with a friend and my 18 month old son. The restaurant was very accommodating and found us the perfect table (thanks to the greeter who was doing a fantastic job). The staff was very attentive despite it being packed for a conference - even filled our water several times, etc. My wagyu steak was perfectly cooked and the burrata starter was delicious. Portions were generous. I loved that they brought my son his own set of property cutlery and napkin and set it down for him like he was a little grown up; made us feel very welcome! Great experience overall.

Our server was inattentive and we waited for a long time to be acknowledged, during our dinner we felt forgotten. We had to ask for our snacks, also to correct a drink order and wait a long time for that to be corrected. Mostly the experience wasn’t good because of our server. I have had other nore pleasant experiences at this restaurant
