   This place has a lot of potential but is going to require ownership; take this feedback in the spirit it's written and viewed as constructive. The food was good, not great but good, not overly priced, and service was more than adequate; these factors are usually enough to get people in the door and get them back; that's "the good". Feedback for ownership is place is falling down around itself and needs a major makeover. We chose this place solely based on it was one of the very few restaurants open at 11 PM on a Saturday in Montclair. We got a late start, what can I say? We go there and were seated at a table that was literally about ready to fall over if you rested a rose on it, let alone cut steak. Fix your furniture, guys; this does not require money but does require that you give a S#%t. The chairs weren't much better. The decor needs to be freshened up, including the lighting, actually pretty much everything. This will require you to invest back into your business, but if you don't my bet is the place will be closed as there are better places to go.

   I have never taken the time to write a review before, but I just feel people should be aware. We waited an hour after ordering to receive our main course, then ten minutes after, they brought out our appetizer. The clams were minuscule and the steak was tuff. The bread seems like it was sitting around a long time before it was served. The table was positioned so you are looking behind the bar and into the kitchen, it was also by the entrance where everyone who came in was standing next to you. I wish I would have checked some reviews first, because other people posted similar poor experiences with this restaurant. I would not use OpenTable in the future to choose a restaurant.

   Salad bar not included as most Brazilian rodizios. You have to paid about $6.00 extra for it, but the worst part is that they only have like 6 items in the salad bar. I’m used to having salad bar included and getting a lot to choose from. Service was good. Quality is ok. I would not go back I think it’s not worth the price. Rather pay the difference and go to a well known Basilian rodizio restaurant.

   I so rarely leave a bad review because I know how hard the restaurant business is. However, I am leaving this review, to bring to the attention of the management the horrendous experience we had at their restaurant. The host who was also the waiter and also the cook (as we came to find out) was by himself on a Friday lunch. The food was subpar, and while he was doing his best, the meat was at least a day old, reheated, undercooked and just simply inedible. We were there to celebrate a staff member of our company and we left mid-lunch because everything was going from bad to worse. The waiter/host/cook/busboy/dishwasher, did his best, but it just wasn't possible to eat the food--which was cold and utterly unappealing. I felt bad for the waiter who clearly wasn't given the appropriate resources or support to do his job. It was quite simply the worse experience I have had in recent history in a restaurant. How this restaurant has received multiple 5 star ratings is a complete and utter mystery!!!

    Good, friendly service, decent atmosphere, but the Rodizio was just ok at best. I have been eating Rodizio my entire life, mostly in Newark, so my eagerness to try a new, local place was high. Unfortunately my party and I felt it was VERY salty and lacking in dynamic flavor. The Sirloin was definitely the best of the meats, which I really enjoyed. The cheese empanada appetizer was delicious however, as was the chocolate mousse.

    The beans tasted burnt, my red snapper I ordered was not well seasoned, my wife’s lamb chops were undercooked and full of fat with little to no meat. The wait to receive service was a tad bit long and to top it all off my bill had to be changed twice due to their errors. I do not believe I will return to this place unfortunately. However the appetizer Brazilian chicken did taste good. I really wish my first experience was better. Especially, because this was for Mother’s Day.

    We recently tried to dine here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Upon receiving our rodizio meal we noticed the meat was not fresh and reheated from God knows maybe the day before. We ordered the Rodizio for 2 people and received a wood board full of different types of meat on top of eachother. The chicken was gray and tasted very bad. We have dined and ordered rodizio in multiple brazilian restaurants here in NJ, NYC, Texas and even in Brazil and never received reheated rodizio on a wood board. So it was a slap in the face to see the reviews on yelp and receiving this type of poor service. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We ended up leaving and just paying for our drinks.

    We celebrated my husband’s birthday here tonight and had an amazing time. Everyone was wonderful and friendly and Diego made sure we had everything we wanted on the Rodizio menu! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun experience with great food and superior customer service.

    They confirmed our reservation and then told us they had no tables and we would have to wait 45 mins to an hour. She then proceeded to take my number down to call me when a table was ready. I never received a call . Horrible mothers day experience.

    Meat was very good. The service was not great - given food without utensils, no tongs for pulling meat, no steak knives, also not given full set of what comes with meal (I think we had a server on their first day). It also took the "meat guy" a while to come around. We were often sitting there with bare plates waiting on the rodizio. The sign on the table said time limit of 90 minutes but we were there for a full two hours b/c service was so slow. The fries were greasy and soggy (I've had them like that in Peruvian lomo saltado and they are good but these were more undercooked and wet/limp). Live entertainment was good. I would still go back and give it another try - I can live with soggy fries and hopefully the slow service was just that day.

    From the reviews, we were really excited to try out this place. It had four stars on Yelp and almost five stars on Google. But we were so disappointed. It took a little over an hour from when we got there and sat down to when we got it food. The waitress kept saying "It's coming it's coming" every 10 minutes or so for about 40 minutes. We were actually about to get up and leave when they finally brought the plates to our table. We didn't get the rodizio, but ordered the stuff lobster and the skirt steak. My skirt steak was overcooked and under seasoned. His lobster was unbelievably tough and overcooked. Also, they packed the tables so close to each other that every time someone needed to go to the bathroom the person behind them needed to get up to let them by. Definitely not Covid friendly conditions. Maybe things would have tasted better and we would have had better service if we had just ordered the rodizio.

    I don't typically leave detailed reviews but I feel this is necessary. First I wanna say, the staff at this place is extremely nice and they really want you to have an enjoyable experience. Now that's out of the way, let's talk about the food and service. We opted for the rodizio menu with skirt steak which cost an extra $5 (not worth the extra $5). The chicken legs and chicken sausage were delicious. The first meat we received was the skirt steak and it may have been the saltiest thing I've ever eaten, it costs extra, and we only got one piece each for the meal...great. We thought maybe it was just a fluke, but no. Every meat they proceeded to bring us was extremely salty, and this is coming from someone who actually enjoys salt more than others. When this was mentioned to Mike who is apparently the manager, he said he would tell the kitchen. That did absolutely nothing and may have caused them to add more salt. Then when the salt was mentioned to the person actually cooking the meats and slicing them for you, he said "That's how Brazilians like it." Ok well that's fine, but it doesn't taste good and ruined the experience. And the endless rodizio has an end..they just take forever coming out with each meat so after sitting there for 2 hours, we barely got any food. Not to mention we asked for more water, because of the salty food, and that took about 35 minutes. I really don't like posting negative reviews but this place has so much potential. The staff apologized over and over which is great but started to get uncomfortable because then we felt like we were jerks but ultimately, for what we paid for and what we actually received, we were not happy at all.

    My wife and I decided to enjoy a night out to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we arrived the staff was helpful and attentive. Despite a variety of menu items and specials that sounded AMAZING we went for it with the Rodizio. We truly enjoyed everything from the sides to all the selections of meats. All of the food was well prepared and delicious. Each selection of meat that Diego brought out was delightful! We will be back and look forward to enjoying the experience with friends.

    Make sure you have the space for the taste! Brasil Paradise has an amazing rodizio option. Each piece of meat has a very well seasoned taste. My personal favorites were the Picanha, filet in bacon, and the chicken leg. Diego is an amazing server and host! I highly recommend this place. Try the grilled pineapple after your meal. I know you’ll be extra full, but trust me..... it’s WORTH it.

    We had the mixed platter and it was good except for one meat that was hard and old. We asked for a replacement meat and they said that's fine. 10 minutes later we ask where it is, the server said they're making a fresh one for us. 20 minutes later we asked again and he said he'll check. Meanwhile the meat we asked for is being served to other tables. A manager told one of the servers to give us that meat and the server refused! At that point 40 minutes later we were finished eating and just wanted the check. We asked our server why it was so difficult to get that one meat and he had no answer. We asked for a manager and he said he was one! With his incompetence and the rude server it's safe to say we won't be back. They did nothing to compensate for an issue that could have easily been resolved. It's a shame...

    We had a wonderful meal here. This was our first visit. We were all set to order from their regular menu which had many yummy offerings but then learned that on weekends they offer Rodizio. We opted for the Rodizio mixed meat platter for two instead of the traditional Rodizio all you can eat and it was delicious. Not only was it a very substantial amount and quite affordable but this way, we were able to come home with leftovers. What I particularly liked was that the meat was not overly salty which is how it often is at other Rodizio restaurants I’ve been in Newark. It was perfectly seasoned. The staff working there were also very friendly. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to eat there again.

    From the moment my Son and I walked in the door we were welcomed by the Manager, and seated immediately. The food and service was great. The Rodizio was DELICIOUS!! The servers were all very friendly as well. Will definitely return again! This is my Son’s favorite Rodizio spot!

    I cannot say enough good things about the rodizio dinner here. Every item tasted different, tasted good and was really really well done. The staff is outstanding and the cooks knows exactly what they’re doing. Plus it’s a ton of food for a really good price. I can’t wait to go back for the tomahawk steaks

    Small place polite staff, had the Rodizio and a shrimp dish. My wife said the shrimp was the best she ever had. The Rodizio initial serving of beef was not good but after that it rebounded nicely and was not bad overall. I would defiantly go again.
