Out food was great. And our server was phenomenal, we both opted for the bottomless rosé brunch and were not disappointed, they kept a close eye on us, and never once was either of our glasses empty. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Had such a blast at Brass Tack on Saturday night (March 4th)! Alex and Angel were super attentive & fun. Drinks were on point and food was sublime, dessert was so decadent & different from what you’ll usually find. We’ll definitely be back here whenever we want an elevated, Gold Cost dinner.

I don’t normally write reviews but was disappointed. I ordered the scallops which was a special and for almost $50 I got 4 scallops each the size of a quarter. The sides were $16 for carrots and was barely enough for the two of us. Very disappointed in the value. I was hoping this would be my new go to place in the city.

The food was good but the portions were incredibly small for the price. The service was just ok, the staff forgot one of our drinks, needed to be reminded and our waiter was not especially attentive. The atmosphere was good and the noise level was reasonable. But overall, I did not feel that this was the type of fine dining restaurant that could support very small portions at very high prices. We won’t go back.

Great little, classy place for dinner and conversation. We went on a Monday and it was super quiet (which was perfect for us). The staff were very accommodating and kind and they had a most excellent sancerre! Will definitely be back!

Service was slow, but our waiter was definitely not on top of things. I ordered a whisky, and we could see it at the bar a full 5 min before the waiter brought it around. I wanted the Chicago Restaurant Week menu, and our waiter said my wife and I both had to order it. The same menu. I said that it was advertised as a single, and not a dual menu. He said he would check, came back literally 10 min later to confirm I was correct. The food was delicious, but the experience wasn’t worth the $200 we paid for junior level customer service. Manager never came around, water glasses stayed empty. They can do better. As mentioned, the food was delicious. If not, I would probably give 2 stars.

We ordered the fixed-price menu (restaurant week) hoping to taste some of their best offerings. The steak was tough, and the chicken was only a leg. Tasty, but nothing to write home about. Dessert was excellent.

The food was AMAZING, however, it’s unfortunate the service did not match. I highly recommend the mushrooms - they were superb! My son and I also shared the porterhouse - it was cooked perfectly and had a beautiful char, excellent flavor, and was a great cut. The service was very substandard however - for not being overly crowded, the waiter was very inattentive, and it was difficult to order and receive our drinks from the bar. The quality of the food garners the price, but the service does not. Hopefully it was just an off night for the wait staff.

Our server Chris was lovely, but our food wasn’t hot and was significantly delayed. In fact every table in the eastern dining room waited a ridiculously long time to be served. Very, very disheartening.

We made a reservation for 1:45 PM. As soon as we got seated our server wanted us to order because kitchen would be closed at 2:00 . We really do not like the rush for order. If the kitchen closes at 2:00 they should take last reservation at 1:30. We were not given time to decide what to eat. Brunch menu was limited. There were missing silverware at the table. We did not expect that kind of poor service at a Waldorf Astoria restaurant.

The wait for bringing your food is too long, we had a wonderful breakfast, the coffee is very good and the pastry basket is very yummy and the lobster and eggs is delicious.
