First, my booking was done wrongly on my side but upon we arrived 3 gírls at the reception did not offer any solution but keeping saying we don’t have your reservation. We sat down unfortunately besides a group of 20 that’s why it’s a bit noisy. I ordered a Pork chop in the menu expecting moist n tasteful, it’s disappointing. It tasted only salt n cold inside n dry! They didn’t offer us to try something us but reheat. How can u reheat a pork chop to make it more chewy n dry? At the end, we have to request to change dish n off the bill, they didn’t offer although they accepted our request. We ordered a strip loin which cooks perfectly medium rare! However the Manager came n check me out but his comments make me no return to this restaurant. When we gave feedback to the Manager about the Pork Chop, he said no one ever complained before; in other words it’s my problem not theirs! For a five star hotel restaurant the response n initiated services are totally at a 3 Star level. I’m sad to provide these type of comments by spending $400 for 3 dinner, not mentioning the food but terrible service from the frontline n the Manager!

Overall it was good. But spending over $300 at least give a free dessert for the bday boy… and the steak was overly charred… especially when it was over $100 for that bone in striploin..

Food was great, our waitress (Lisa) was attentive, funny, overall fantastic. Ambiance was one of the coolest places I’ve been. Food is pricy but you definitely get your money’s worth, so don’t be afraid to splurge!

This was our first time dining here and we were more than impressed. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived till the time we left. The meal was beyond exceptional and the atmosphere was perfect. We really enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to come back again.

Great dinner service. Temperature of the meat was off though ,we did not the steak cooked as we ordered… the seafood tower is beautiful but not worth the money… 1 lobster tail, 6 oysters, 6 shrimp , cold mussels , smoked salmon and some sushi grade tuna $250? It’s still a great place to eat just getting over priced, especially if they can’t cook meat to the requested temperature.

Food and the table service are very good. But I have mentioned the reservation is for my birthday. The customer bring a birthday cake is reasonable. But no one told us before the time we get there about customer should bring their cake’s ingredients list. And we cannot bring the cake in restaurant. I am very upset about it.

Server was wonderful. Restaurant was very empty, maybe only 4 or 5 tables with patrons, but main entree took an excessively long time to arrive after appetizers. By the time it did arrive everything was lukewarm. Three out of 4 of us ended up with gastrointestinal issues last night and this morning.

Great location on Ice district, good selection on the menu, nice atmosphere & service, but don't feel safe leaving that area, not great scenic view outside the nice high end hotel!

Fantastic ambience, service, menu and wine selection. Not as many normal sized steaks as hoped, and prices for the Chefs selection pretty high. I am sure these were justified, however. A lovely 5 star steakhouse experience.

Braven never fails, service was great, food was tasty. Missan, the GM of the restaurant was lovely and checked in with me and my guest. Great spot for a business meeting or lunch. Hostess Gita was super friendly and helpful and found the perfect table spot so we could have a great conversation.

I would say that everything was okay, but just okay. And for those prices, I think it should be excellent. It is a great space and I was expecting the food to be more elevated to go with the higher prices.

$70 for a steak and burnt broccoli. That’s it . Waiter seemed to laugh off the fact the broccoli was left on grill to long . No discount on bill and when questioned about it not being taken off he offered us to discuss it with management.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary. At the time of booking through Open Table I specified that I wanted a quiet table and they provided a nice, quiet booth for us. The service was spectacular and food was delicious. We even got a free dessert with the wording “Happy Anniversary” on the plate. We had an enjoyable and memorable evening. Definitely will come back to Braven next time when we are in Edmonton! ❤️

Went on a Friday night at 6:30 PM, there was maybe 10 seated tables so the place was nice and quiet. Super quick service, food was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Prices are a little high but as are many restaurants around the city right now.

Great supper! ... Seriously - our meals were SO DELICIOUS. Only thing that could have improved was the portion size on the sablefish was a little small. What was lacking in small portion there was made up in the incredible service. Karen as our server and she made our night! One of the best servers I've ever had. Thank you Karen!!

over rated had the strip loin steak and was very disappointed poor cut of meat lots of grisle sid vegetables were bland Wife ordered paste but wasn't informed it had a spicy sauce Was too spicy so had it sent back Ordered a second glass of wine when my steak arrived it never came server said she was busy at a table telling her all about their recent trip ? dah what does that have to do with me Didn't askif we wanted dessert or anything I have eaten here many times and always question why i go back Its definitelly overpriced over rated Also noise level is crazy

From start to finish, this was a lovely experience. Was greeted by an enthusiastic and pleasant hostess and brought to the table. The atmosphere is warming with a cool vibe. My only complaint in this respect is that they have 3 giant sized tvs playing sports, which didn't mesh with the vibe. The food and drinks were impeccable. Everything was absolutely delicious, fresh, and hot to order. Throughout the service the waitress was attentive and helpful providing recommendations on what to eat. By far one of the best restaurants in Edmonton, would highly recommend.

Always a great experience at Braven. When you don’t tell them it’s your anniversary and the server starts by saying “Happy Anniversary. You were here last year on the same date celebrating your anniversary” you know you’re at a great restaurant that prioritizes the customer experience.
