    We decided to try the pizza this visit. We were not disappointed and enjoyed our dinner. Waiter was right on top of our service. We will be back.

    We got there at 4. Yes early and not many there, but they are open, and I would expect someone to be at the front. We almost always have to look around for someone to seat us. Once we got seated, we noticed it was as cold inside as outside (and it was in the 20s). I asked our waitress about it and she said the furnace wasn’t working. No apologies or anything. She was quite short. Our friends came in, and I asked them if they wanted to go or stay. We couldn’t see spending money to freeze, and we told our waitress we were leaving. Our waitress was unfazed and just walked away. Not blaming the waitress for the problem but they should have said something before we sat down. I like the food there, but their service lately has been lacking.

    The service was very slow and it took an hour to get 2 pizzas and an entree to come out. The orzo in the entree was undercook and crunchy.

    We’ve been having mediocre experiences at bravo, but my son requested we go here for his birthday tonight. Our server was friendly and kind. She took our drink orders and brought back our drinks and 3 tiny rolls that tasted like they were from Sam’s Club. She explained that they ran out of focaccia and these rolls were scarce. She took our food order and we waited almost an hour for food with no additional bread brought out. When our food finally arrived, our entrees were barely warm and son’s pizza was very hot. We won’t be back. I predict this restaurant will be closing soon. When we left, my kids were still hungry. Other patrons looked annoyed while they were sitting at empty tables. We should have got up and left. We won’t be back.

    I'm afraid this restaurant has seen better days. Unfortunately the food was overcooked and we had no follow-up from server after meal was served. Will not eat here again.

    My husband and I came for a nice dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Haley was our server and she did a great job! She was super busy with a large party in the private area but still accommodated us very well. Our food was Delicious and drinks were perfect!

    Our server, Angela, was the best! It was homecoming, so maybe that’s why our food was unacceptable. My husband’s chicken was burned to a crisp.  Angela made everything right and we will go back and try again sometime.

    I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat there. The food was salty and over cooked. Ordered chicken on the side and it was so over cooked it was hard. Order chicken fettuccine and the chicken was spongy and chewy. The noodles were hard and stuck together.

    Service was slow but our waitress was nice. She did forget my appetizer which I was looking forward to(shrimp Napoli). Food was not what we were used to, the chicken in the pasta dishes was tough, one person at table had really dry pasta with hardly any sauce on it. We were surprised to see the restaurant practically empty.

    The server tried very hard to attend to us but consistently fell short-spilling olive oil on table, prolonged wait, and unflattering recommendations from the menu +I don't really eat white sauce" and "I don't like shrimp or seafood" in response to "what would you recommend. The food (pasta woozie, lobster bisque, and the diavolo) we felt we're bland. The pasta dishes were dry and needed extra sauces.

    Our waitress, Angela, was the only saving grace for this evening. We ordered appetizers, and the meatballs came, and they were raw inside. Angela took them away and assured us they were taken off the menu. Kitchen was understaffed. I waited nearly an hour for an order or crustini. Our daughters dinner arrived 20 minutes after the rest of us had been served. Food was good, just not the evening I was hoping for for my 50th wedding anniversary.

    Uninspiring meal at this restaurant yesterday, with farm raised salmon (not a very healthy dish, but wild caught was not available) with asparagus that looked like shoe strings instead of real food. In addition, the spinach and sweet potato vegetable was skimpy and so salty I had to stop eating eat it, ending up drinking 3 glasses of water to dilute the salty meal.

    Understaffed. I made a reservation and it took about 10 minutes of waiting in line at the hostess desk. The restaurant was not very busy, and only about half full on a weekend evening. Food was good, but some portions were small. Chicken parmigiana and lasagna were generous portions, but pasta wessi was tiny. Adding a small salad to dinner was 6.99. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed, but did a good job keeping up with drink refills and replenishing bread while we waited for our food.

    They always seem to have problems with their coffee. The Last 3 times I have been here it was only lukewarm and I would have to wait for another pot to be brewed. This time, the second pot tasted so badly that it wasn't even drinkable. The garlic bread was cold and tough and not edible. The Remainer of meal and service was OK but overall experience not the best.

    The food was good but a bit on the pricy side. Our waitress, however, was awesome! Her name was Bela, and we couldn't ask for a more real, down to earth, attentive and truly nice person. I am sure her parents are proud of her. So go for the food but try to get Bela for your waitress. You will not regret it.

    we have been here multiple times before and things were good. but this time, ugh. I ordered the salmon salad and the salmon was burnt and the burntness was all I could taste. my husband's chicken in his pasta was chewy and the noodles not fully cooked. My FIL had to ask for more sauce on his spaghetti as it had barely any. My MIL's fettuccini alfredo looked like it had sat under the heat lamps as it was dry and again, barely any sauce. we were our server's first ever table and she did fine. our service was fine. our food was very subpar. I don't know if it was an off day in the kitchen or what was going on. we will probably give them another chance as I hope this was a one-time thing and the food was edible, but def not their best work.

    We have eaten here many times with no problems. However, food quality has significantly declined! Over cooked extremely chewy calamari and veal. Kids buttered noodles were hard and crispy. Meals came out 15 minutes apart on a very slow night. I now understand why they weren’t busy.

    We had a clueless server, Kellye, who was oblivious to a couple simple requests. She took our order, but another server brought it to the table. We never again saw Kellye until it was time for the check. No “How is everything?” … no drink refills, etc. We visit the restaurant-often, but from now on will ask for a different server.

    Server was good but the wait for our food was long. Coffee and tea served was luke warm. When we asked for a hot cup of coffee it was better, but not hot. Second cup of tea was hot.

    Ordered food and waited over 45 minutes for it. Only had five minutes to eat it. Told the waitress that I would pay on one check for all three people. Instead, she gave all three of us one check. I had to leave and didn’t know that my client was given a bill.

    The food was not good, in fact of 13 dinners only 2 were satisfactory. It took over 30 minutes from the first meal to the last meal to come out from kitchen, as well as 2 dinners having to be remade and those were not the good ones. It took over 20 minutes to get 3 drinks. The whole dinner took about 2 hours and the manager when informed had nothing to say but “OK”.

    Mothers Day 2023 and the Bravo, Canton, Ohio is under staffed (who isn't) and there are at least 8 to 20 people always waiting to be seated. The staff was amazing. I noticed everyone from our server Carlo, to the Manager on duty never stopped moving. You could tell they were tired and at times exasperated however they continued to give exceptional service to the customers and especially the mothers there that day. The kitchen looked like organized chaos on roller skates however the food came out hot and tasted great. Thank You to each and EVERY Bravo team member working this day. I see you and you all are greatly appreciated!!!

    We went to bravo for Mother’s Day dinner. We had a reservation. When we got to the restaurant, we were told that the kitchen was backed up, and that it would be at least a 40 minute wait with our reservation. Once we got seated, it was an hour before we had our drinks or salads/appetizers. The appetizer that we ordered was not available but he did not mention it to us until we asked him where our appetizer was. So we ordered a different appetizer only for it to come out and be cold. After an hour and a half, we got our food. It took an additional 20 minutes before we could get boxes or our bills in the bill was wrong. I will not be back to this restaurant.

    There were so many issues. Took 20 minutes for our waitress to even come over. Another 20 to get a soda. We ordered an appetizer then was told that the cooler broke so we couldn’t have that- we chose something else. That finally came. Dinner was good. Nothing spectacular. When we finally received it, we had been there two hours. Everyone around us who came afterwards received their food, dessert then out the door. We were offered free dessert due to how long it was taking. It came time to get our dessert and the next thing you know, can’t have the dessert because the ticket printer was broken. It was all in all a horrible situation.

    New server, food that sat under a warmer quite awhile-dry pasta and baked to the plate sauce. Wrong wine was brought to the table and the waiter talked our guests out of numerous dishes and dessert. While grating the cheese, the napkin dragged through our guest’s plate. Normally, we love Bravo…this server needs more training.

    We had a 6pm reservation were seated by 610 but they overbooked with large parties and not enough staff. We ordered drinks and then dinner by 630 with no appetizers. We didn’t get served the entree until after 8pm and it was lukewarm and had been sitting under warmers long enough for med rare steak to dry out. Unfortunately they are probably dealing with staffing shortages and it resulted in a less than stellar experience. It’s too bad we have always enjoyed this restaurant and hopefully it will improve.

    We went in for our reservation. Over half of the tables in the restaurant were empty. We were told they were not taking any large parties, meaning parties over 4. In the mean time, a party of 5 walked out of the restaurant and I saw at least 2 tables with 5-6 people seated. Not only that, but our party of 4 included 2 kids under 7, one of which had a full leg cast on who we had just helped get into the restaurant. Our service here was very poor the previous time we were here (again with reservations and an almost empty restaurant), but the food was good. I understand being short staffed, but we came in as a family of 5, not some huge party of 15. I’ve seen a lot of service related complaints about this restaurant lately and this most recent experience for us will be the last with this location. It’s unfortunate because we did love Bravo.

    Two hours with no dinner. It took 30 minutes to get someone to come to our table for the first time. It was completely mis-managed. Ás a matter of fact, I was convinced there was no management that evening because there was no sign of ANYONE caring about the customers' experience. Off my list; too many other choices.

    Server worked hard, felt bad for her, but kitchen was terrible. Meals came out at different times after waiting 45 minutes and they were cold. We won’t be back. Neither should you.

    Service was very, very slow and items that were supposed to be included with brunch had to be asked for special as it was not brought out with meal. I.e ciabatta bread, cheese on scrambles. Also, my sister ordered a mimosa that was never brought to her. All staff was very courteous and helpful, they just seemed to be very short handed for the crowd of people that were there.

    The restaurant was dated, dirty, and the service was atrocious. Waited 24 minutes for the wrong glass of wine, and bill also had charges for the wrong wine. I would rather eat at Fazoli’s. Ha

    Food as was good accept we ask for butter to go with our bread and received what seemed to be “cooking butter” and not pad type butter. We simply could not use it. Otherwise we were fine.
