    We have enjoyed Bravo on Bethel Rd. For 25+years. The food is predictably delicious and served well - not to overlook their yummy dipping oil and bread. We love that the rooms are relatively quiet - allowing for meaningful conversations and no screaming. The wait staff are helpful and pleasant - couldn’t ask for anything more. It’s our favorite place.

    Greeter/hostess did a really nice job of welcoming us in and accommodating a request to sit outside. Since we were a table of 7 she had to put a few tables together but was quick, happy to do so, and set a great tone.

    It took the waitperson 20 minutes to take our order. It took another 25 minutes for the food to arrive. There were many empty tables - it was not a busy time. The food was excellent.

    Food was good. Our waiter was great. They did seem very busy that evening. I had a reservation for 5 and one person was ill so we decreased to 4. When they went to seat us, they gave us a table at a very bad location and it was a table for 4. When I ask if we could be seated at the table for 4 she did not have one available. It was a very strange situation. I had made this reservation well in advance. I also ask for a different vegetable and was still got the green beans.

    Not the Bravo of old! Food seemed a little less flavorful, Della casa salad (which I always enjoy) tasted like they used stale lettuce. Maybe just an off night but first poor experience I can ever recall having there.

    We had an awesome waitress who was trying to juggle bartending and serving multiple tables and doing a very good job. She was pleasant and explained what the problem was so we knew to be patient. Our meal was delicious and hot. Overall a very good experience

    This place has really gone downhill. We ordered calamari as an appetizer. It was 80% breading. Food took a very long time to come out and was cold when it arrived. The chicken Marsala was very dry. I will never return.

    The food is ALWAYS excellent when we come here. However, the service was slow due to the bartender also doing salads at the same time. The waitress was forgetting things. But overall I would definitely come back. :)

    It was prom night there were so many teenagers so excited for the prom. It was very loud and crowded. I’ve been to this restaurant before great service good food that night it just happened to be crazy busy

    The food was good but management and how we were treated leads me to believe unless your a regular and look a type of way you are expendable as a guest. Where as we weren’t expecting much but the profiling on said pricing and ambience was horrible.

    Bravo on Bethel is one of our "Go To" places. Never disappoints. Once again, having dinner with friends at Bravo turned into a wonderful evening. John was a great server. Even though he was busy with other tables, we never wanted for anything. Thanks John

    The food was the best part. The service was bad. We were able to get one refill on our drinks when we asked. The waiter came by the minimum amount; order, deliver food, deliver and pick up check. Server really gave us the feeling he wanted to be anywhere but there. Another server took pity on us and helped us.

    Fun and spunky server. Her recommendations to me of the salmon and the Carmel cheesecake were spot on! My friend got the Pasta Woozie with red sauce and said it was only mediocre.

    We were a party of five. Ordered pretty soon after arriving. Bread and drinks came out, however dinner did not come out on time. By the time we received our order the food was just warm. Lukewarm food is not very tasty. We didn’t see the wait staff person until we were ready to go. I asked her what was the problem and she said she had 45 people to wait on and the bar!! Lousy service and lousy food was a bad experience for a big ticket. May not be back to Bravo after this experience.

    I always return to Bravo for their crisp eggplant parm, insalata salad and fresh bread. My husband also greatly enjoyed the chicken scallopini. We go early (5:15) to have a quieter atmosphere.

    Went to Bravo on Hayden Road for my moms 78th birthday and it was an amazing time! Our server, Lisa, did an Awesome job and made our whole dining experience just fantastic! Overall, my mom, pops, sis and I had a great dining experience due to Lisa and her overall service. Food was definitely great and me being a server for over 30 years, I was always trying to be critical but realized, hey, my moms is enjoying her 78th bday and my pops, 81, also had a great time. And that’s what’s most important, time enjoyed and spent with family! And our server, LISA, made it a memorable experience! Thank You Lisa and all at Bravo for making it a great night for us!

    Our waiter was exceptional! Great job. In my reservation, I had requested a table (only if possible If they weren’t busy) away from other diners as I am immunocompromised. The table reserved for us “away” from others was smack dab in the middle of the restaurant right when we walked in. We were told this was the only table that would accommodate 6 people, yet there was another table, the exact same size, much farther away from other diners and continued to be away from other diners until we left the restaurant. We arrived at 5:30 left by 7. I didn’t want to make an issue with the host who told me he couldn’t put us at another table so we sat where he wanted to put us. It’s not bravos issue that I’m immunocompromised of course but I felt like my request wasn’t even acknowledged. I won’t be back unfortunately.

    Tried to use a coupon for 50% off spaghetti and meatballs. Was informed when we ordered it was only good for 1 meal. The coupon did not indicate this and the server informed us many people were upset over the manager insisting only one meal would be honored. The manager was in our opinion rude and lacked customer service.
