   This place has definitely gone downhill. The food sat ready to come to us for at least 20 minutes. So when it came to us it was cold and the sauces were solidified. The bartender was also the waitress of half the restaurant so service was very slow. Save your time and money. We Won’t be back.

   I really enjoyed coming here for the experience next time I know my exact order! Really didn’t like the soup because it just wasn’t for me.

   Where to begin, this was the worst dining experience of my life! The air conditioning wasn’t working so we asked to sit outside. We were there over an hour with no food. They served us buns for bread because they had run out. So disappointing for Mother’s Day.

   Our server was great—however, our food took over 1 1/2 hours to arrive. Granted, it WAS Mothers Day and we were told that the food would be delivered later than usual. The food and drinks were both excellent, as was the ambiance (we sat on their lovely patio). Everything was very good except for the delay in getting our food and drinks.

   While we had reservations and we're seated only 10-15 minutes past that. It took over an hour and half to get our APPETIZER. Longer to get entrees. Never oncw was asked if we needed more/another beverage, with empty glasses on the table. Even had to ask for Water.

   Even with reservations we waited 1 1/2 hours. Then 2 hours for the food. When it finally came it was cold, hard, pasta was soupy and eggplant and lasagna way overdone! Lasagna looked like a burrito!! It was horribly hot inside and ran out of ice. It was one of my favorite restaurants but no more. I won’t be back. Asked to speak with a manager an hour into waiting for table but no manager came.

   It was a crazy Mother's Day experience! Don't get me wrong, we went in knowing MD is the busiest day of the year for restaurants, however it seemed crazier than just the holiday. Maybe they were understaffed, they were definitely overwhelmed. Our res was fir 3:30 but we were not seated until 5:15. The A/C was broken and it was extremely warm in there, especially with a full restaurant. Our server was very apologetic and doing the best he could. Everyone was. The food was great though. I hope they're prepared for Festa Italiana which is in a couple of weeks. Maybe we'll try them again then.

   So hot in the restaurant, I didn’t know if I was in the oven or the actual restaurant. It was busy but food was horrible. Cold food, noodles were hard due to sitting in oven or under hot light to long they got crispy. Overall, horrible experience. We did let the mgr know about the food and she stated. That’s everyone’s issue right now…. Very hot in the restaurant that people were fanning themselves with the menus even after the ordered! They wouldn’t give them up to try and fan themselves! I’d check a different restaurant out before going to this one.

   Had a reservation, didn’t get sat until an hour and 15 minutes past that reservation and many other parties were in the same boat. Host marked us off as being sat when we had not been. Food was mediocre in taste and in portion size for the price. Very disappointing experience.

    This night was unusually bad. We waited almost an hour before deciding to leave. As we walked out they delivered our food to our table. Waiter was excellent he tried to help as much as possible.

    The food was great. I was concerned when they placed five of us in a small booth when larger round tables where available. Other than that a good experience. The food was prepared well, the restaurant has done a nice job keeping the place looking nice after all these years. Keep up the good work. We will see you again.

    Service was excellent!! Friendly staff and seated us quickly. Beautiful atmosphere for dining. Calamari was tasteless. Veal Parmesan was dry. Everything else was good. A little spendy for food that didn’t meet close to perfection.

    Seems that Bravo at Zona is going through a transitional period. We had a pretty bad experience. Overcooked food, bad food, slow service. The manager did the right thing. We will try again in a few months when the new management has straightened the place out.

    Food is great. Service is not. They got my wine order wrong and rather than fixing it right away, the waitress told me the bartender did not make a mistake and it was what I ordered. When I finally spoke to a manager, she had the bartender come to my table and pour the wine I ordered from the bottle. They were clearly different in color and certainly in taste. I’m glad the manager fixed their error, but the right response would’ve been to fix it immediately rather than basically tell me, the customer, that I was wrong. In addition, we waited 50 minutes for our food, and when it came, it was lukewarm and clear it had been sitting on the counter for a long while. While I love the food and ambiance here most of the time, the service is horrible.

    Made us wait over 30 minutes even with reservation. They said they were waiting for 2 tables to become available to put them together to fit our 5 people, but we had already reserved for 5. So in my opinion, it should have been ready. Beyond that the service was great by the waiter. He was quick, attentive, and brought us drinks filled to the rim.

    Was promptly sat at the time of our reservation. Was greeted by the waitress Maleah. She was polite but seemed more interested in arranging glasses and cleaning g the service area than she was on attending us. I had to ask for a refills on my drink. Our food took about 45 minutes to arrive and when it did our pasta was dried out and stuck together and the Alfredo sauce had developed a film across the top. The food was still warm but was not hot as if it had been sitting in the window for an extended period. A waitress other than ours delivered our meals even though our waitress was standing by the serving bar. I mentioned to our waitress that our food seemed to have been sitting for a bit and she muttered an apology. I would have asked to speak to a manager but we had an engagement to attend and we were running short on time

    A decade ago this restaurant was great. Now the interior is dated and not well maintained. We arrived for our reservation at 5:30 and it took about 20 minutes to get our order taken. The first drinks arrived from the bar and the white sangria was awful. We then waited 45 minutes for our order to come out. The salad I ordered as an appetizer came out with the entrees. Both salads had almost no dressing on them. The waiter, while nice, had zero clue that we were waiting as long as we did and while he was apologetic they did nothing to compensate for how long it took. Bravo isn’t awesome, but it used to decent. It has fallen below that and we most likely won’t be returning.

    Waiter was awful never refilled our drinks did not check on us once we had to ask for silverware. I had half of my food left and he asked if we wanted dessert and we said no and he took my food - he did not ask if I wanted a box! The WORST service Ever! We will never go back and I am so glad I used a gift card!! Horrible good horrible service!!! I would not have taken my food to go anyway!

    Our server, Chelsi, was delightful and did her best. I think Bravo is understaffed like everyone else. The food was average. One dish came out cold and we just sent it back. The other dishes were good but you tell they had been sitting for a while before being brought to the table. My pasta dish was supposed to be spicy and while it was good - not one ounce of spice.
