   I visit many restaurants in town, but I always missed 1 or 2 important details about the experience we want. At Bravo, nothing is missing and is great price for the overall visit. Food has the correct temperature never cold, also fresh and tender. Service is outstanding even when the restaurant seems to be short of personnel and we always get an amazing service. In addition to this, the restaurant is impeccable clean. We love dinning at Bravo is our family favorite.

   The only issue was they didn’t have ginger ale for my drink selection ,… server was very responsive and polite. Food was served quite fast from the time we ordered.

   Food was extremely bland. Had a party of 8, all different types of dishes and everyone of us said there was little flavor to the food. Our server was fine, polite, but she left a pile of dirty dishes on our table for nearly the entire meal. It wasn’t a bad experience but it wasn’t that good.

   One of us had the chopped salad and Shrimp Napoli. Both good us usual. Portion of shrimp was huge. The other had the chopped salad (our favorite) and shrimp scampi. Shrimp was also good. Server very friendly and attentive. Had a coupon for 50% off the scampi so made it a very good deal

    My first trip to bravo. And wanted a special date night for my GF and I on an usually chilly april evening. We ordered the spin dip (appetizer amazing) and our two entrees shrimp alfredo and chicken alfredo. With a beverage or two. We had not even noticed our appetizer didnt come out before our food and the GM i assume came over and gave a big apology and comped the dip as well as dessert (at no point was this asked) however i have never been treated so valued at a restaurant in years. I cannot stop talking about how amazing our evening was and what a fantastic manager as well as person he was. Our server was also fantastic. We will be back. Worth every penny

    Return for happy hour and dinner. Seated in bar with reservation. Prompt and friendly service. Drinks, appetizers and food were good as usual.

    Place was dirty. Food was sub par. I mean how do you even ruin a pasta dish. Desert was crème brûlée which was deflated and gritty it was sent back and refunded yet for a small appetizer, and two dishes of pasta a $70 bill is not warranted especially with the level of service and how the food was prepared

    The service was great. The gentleman who waited on us was attentive and knowledgeable. Our food was decent but the chicken for the chicken caprese was a little dry and the pasta and meatballs could have used more sauce.

    I ordered the shrimp fettuccine and when I got it I only got like half the normal portion (even the kids portion was bigger then what I got). I asked about and they corrected the issue but still disappointing considering it was $19.99 for PASTA and it wasn’t a full portion.

    My husbands chicken parmigiana was over cooked! He did say his salad was good. My lasagna was very good. Our waitress was obviously new and tried very hard, to the point of constantly interrupting our conversation with friends. Because the plates were so large our booth seemed cramped and we had to ask for plates to be removed. Eventually the manager had to clear the plates. Not my best experience and I have dined there successfully in the past. I will chalk it off to a bad day!

    Appetizer was good. Main dishes were room temperature. Ordered the warm chocolate cake, ice cream was half melted by the time it got to the table, cake was cold. Even ordered cappuccino and it’s temperature was cool.

    We had dinner reservations on Christmas Day for 630. When we arrived we were told there was an hour long wait and they would add us to the list that they accidentally overbooked. This ruined our christmas dinner as we had plans for later. We ended up having to get drive-through at a Chinese restaurant that happened to be open. We were very disappointed.

    We had 6pm reservations and when we showed up, we were told that they were short of staff, so we had a 45 minute wait. We had reserved and confirmed, so they were aware we were coming. And they were aware that they were swamped, yet they chose NOT to call us or text us or email us. And they had phone#s and email addresses. And this was a 1/2 hour drive on a VERY cold and icy night. And with adequate warning, perhaps we could have booked some other restaurant. And based on the number of people waiting that did NOT have reservations, I'm guessing that a large number of their active diners were walk-ins. So why didn't they ACTUALLY reserve a table for us? Who knows? But, even though they managed to seat someone at our table for the night, and made a profit that they didn't expect, they lost me for the evening and for every evening going forward, as I will NEVER go back.

    I made reservations for four at 6 on Christmas night. We showed up 30 minutes early and the person at the door said it will be 45 minutes. I let him know that I have reservations at 6 and that didn’t matter. They were obviously way understaffed. Luckily, we were able to find 4 spots at the bar. The bartender was a sweetheart and worked her butt off. She was the highlight of the evening. However, this is the second time I’ve gone there and had poor service. The first time the place was practically empty and our server spent most of the evening looking at her phone. I won’t be back.

    I had a chicken parm, it was ok the noodles was not good and sauce was blah. Not worth the cost. Also had a spicy shrimp some kind of sauce, it was ok. Wouldn't eat any of it again. I will give them one more try. I will go back and try pizza. If it's no good. I won't be back.
