   Loved the food! Tried 2 of the vegetable dishes, the fried artichokes are amazing and the blueberry salad is tangy in an unexpected way. Nice surprise from a salad. The server was amazing, very knowledgable and personable! Will 100% go back.

   Visited at around 6:30pm on weekday with 5 ppl and tried appetisers (salmon, beef tartare, pork belly), which are small plates for sharing. For main courses, we have ordered the mussels, ginger beef and hatchet with side dish as tomatillo carpaccio. All dishes are tasty and the hatchet is excellent! If you love fusion food, ginger beef is kinda cooked in Japanese style which kids would love. Although the portion was relatively smaller than expected but still made us full. Friendly staff with nice atmosphere. This is the best restaurant we have had in Banff in fact. A bit pricey but I would say definitely worth it!

   Amazing food! Amazing service. Our server Cameron was excellent and helped my wife and I through the menu and recommended some great choices. Pork belly was sticky and tasty and oh so delicious. The charred broccolini was done to perfection and the ginger beef was to die for. Not your typical ginger beef but the taste was on another level. So good. We then finished it off with the crème brule which is presented in a unique dish and is amazingly good as well. If you haven’t been, go now.

    The menu choice was very limited and neither my wife or I enjoyed our entrees. I ordered the pork belly and it was extremely fatty and the small amount of meat was very tough. The side dishes were well cooked but we felt very expensive. The ambiance and service was very good but the menu wasn’t really what we were expecting.

    The service staff were rude and had attitude. Bathroom, there was no soap, toilet paper or paper towel. Asked for salt and pepper, never got it. Worst of all, hair in my food.

    We made a gross error in cancelling our first reservation-we had eaten too much at lunchtime!! Unbeknown to us our daughter had paid for a bottle of fizz at our table! So- second time lucky! You couldn’t have been more helpful in getting the fizz to our table on the following evening. We had a wonderful meal with excellent service and couldn’t recommend you more to anyone who wants to push the boat out for a special evening.

    The staff was very friendly. The manager accomodate us very quickly after they had to change our reservation due to a private event as well as offered us a discount. The food was fantastic tried about 6 different dishes all superb!!! Don't forget the creme brulee to finish off your evening. Happy hour drinks😊

    Stayed at the hotel so we stopped in for happy hour. Wine was good but service was very stiff and we were made to feel we were a bother. We had made dinner reservations. We (couple late 40’s) booked well in advance and said we were celebrating a birthday. We were seated beside a table with a toddler. Who proceeded to make quite a bit of noise. We tried to ignore that in favour of the incredible menu. We ordered 6 dishes and they were all meh. Mac n cheese was dry. Lamb chops were fine but not stand out. Beets and mushroom gnocchi were flavourless. Ginger beef - my local cheap Chinese restaurant does it way better. Mushroom caps were amazing. Service was fine. We said we were not in a hurry so expected dishes to come out in a complimentary way. But they brought all 6 at once. So it was overwhelming and they got cold as we ate. So not what it should have been. We did order dessert- the chocolate cake which was meh and gelato which was fine. No one ever said happy birthday and no complimentary dessert. Would never go back.     Excellent service and tasty eats! Stuffed mushroom caps, sherry mushrooms, corn bowl and ginger beef were the stars! The crème broule was an incredibly delicious way to end a nice evening. It was hand delivered by the chef and presented in a cheeky fun way!

    The food and ambiance were above average, very good. The value was fair to overpriced. The service is a tricky one. Our server was very cheery and friendly every time she was at our table. However, our first cocktails took at least 20 minutes to arrive, second cocktail about the same. We noticed other tables being sat and their drinks and food arriving before ours. It seemed our server was swamped with customers, 5 or 6 tables, while the other server’s had only 2-3. Our experience sacrificed because of this. We were not asked how our food was, and we had to flag our server down for everything from a glass of wine with the steak to the bill. A ‘good’ establishment but not for a second visit.

    We had a kind waitress who was really helpful, the restaurant vibes were very peaceful and calm. It made for a very relaxing brunch. I loved their Brioche French toast and Brie & Salmon toast. Their food and drinks were to die for! I got their Brazen shaft which was a delicious and it made for a memorable stop while we were in Banff.

    Tasty inventive dishes - we came in famished so we ended up ordering 8 dishes between the 4 of us plus 3 desserts - the portions were average in size for tapas style although on average, particularly the steak, were probable not as large as the price might suggest, especially since they don’t include sides. We particularly liked the mushroom caps, beef tartare, rack of lamb, and the desserts were very inventive. Our server Rylee was very friendly and attentive, definitely helped make the dinner enjoyable.
