    Went on a Tuesday evening which happened to also be a concert night in the city. This apparently cancelled out all their specials, which is the reason we stopped in. Wasn’t anyone’s doing, service was still good.

    Having been to THE Brazen Head in Dublin I thought it would be fun to eat here before seeing a show at the Budweiser stage. First off I would not call this an Irish Pub. They should market this more as a sports bar. The only thing that said Irish Pub was the Guinness. Speaking of Guinness….a note to our server….food should NEVER make it to the table before the drink orders that were placed. We have an order of two pints of Guinness and an order of nachos “to start”. The nachos arrived at our table before our pints. How is that even possible? Anyhow…wasn’t a great experience at all. At least they could pour a decent pint 🤷‍♂️. Won’t be returning.

    Service was slow and unaccommodating but also rushed and made to feel unwanted. Made a reservation for 10:30. On the day of the reservation I received a phone confirming my reservation, two minutes later I received another phone call. Telling me that the kitchen will close at 10:45 ( a hour and 15 minutes before the the actual restaurant closing time.)Three people from my party arrived before I did. When I arrived I waited 15 minutes for the server to introduce herself. My other guest said they had the same experience. Drinks took long, service was very poor and very unwelcoming. As the rest of my party was arriving our server was no where to been seen. She only came around to offer last call when the other people in our party never even got a chance to order any drinks at all. Half our party was waiting on drinks and the other half had no drinks not even water. But our server was very prompt to take payment. Made a note in the reservation and even talked to someone on the phone about the special occasion (friends bday) no acknowledgment. She even took the payment from the celebrate, even before and after we offered to pay. She said it was too late. Very disappointing experience. Was a big fan of FAB Restaurant Concepts and was looking forward to showing my friends a great time. I was truly embarrassed by the service and the unwelcome atmosphere.

    We had reserved a high top table but were placed at a regular table by the young man who met us at the entrance. The fries with our meal were less than ideal.

    I’ve been to Brazenhead many times in the past. This time, I feel the quality of the food, atmosphere and service has gone down. My menu item came with very different ingredients than was listed on menu. (We ordered a strawberry salad- and got tomatoes instead????) The service was slow. Waitress offered to have my salad re-made but we didn’t have time for time - so instead they brought the smallest bowl of strawberries for my friend and I to put in our salads….AFTER we already ate the salad. There was an awful smell by the bar and towards the washrooms. Rotting food etc. was awful. Very disappointed with this place. Did meet up to expectations. Hoping it was just a one off but withh he so many other great places in Liberty Village, I will be checking out them first.

    Waited 90 minutes after ordering and still no food. My family and I had to leave without dinner to make the concert. Pretty disappointed. Just not even sure what else to say.

    Our server Kaitlyn was absolutely outstanding!!! Made our dining experience extra fun and enjoyable! Constantly checking to make sure we had everything we needed and so very very nice! Atmosphere was perfect - We'll definitely be back!

    Service was terrible. Seemed like everyone working was their first shift ever. Waited 45 minutes for our second round of drinks and they came out as shots. Bill had a bunch of extra stuff on it we didn’t order. Will never go back. Awful experience.

    It was a very busy evening for them since there was a concert in the go. We were seated promptly since we had a reservation but once we received our first drink it was very hard to get service. The nachos were very cold when they arrived. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meal. Nice spot with a good menu though.

    Our waitress was sweet, helpful and went beyond - food was delicious - food was delicious and only gave it a 4 cause felt my bowl was good but no wow factor however boys burgers and fresh cut fries were outstanding!

    We went for the Wednesday drink special. We were seated on the rooftop patio and were told that while the rooftop was still the Brazen Head it wasn't 'really' the Brazen Head although the menu is identical and the food comes out of the same kitchen, but the drink specials didn't apply to that part of the restaurant. We went downstairs and had food that was what you would expect from a place like that. The prices are reasonable and I guess if you have to be in Liberty Village, it's fine.

    Wasn’t the Braxen Head, was Sheep section of restaurant. Service and food both awful…. But I’m thinking new server and help is hard to find these days?! Food was awful x10!

    We went pre weezer and future islands concert. Changed reservation 3 times. Host and server were totally accommodating! Server ensured all allergies were respected. Top notch pre concert experience.

    Went to have dinner before the Argos game. Waitress seemed overwhelmed, missed food items and drinks took longer than normal. Food was cooked well but presentation seemed rushed.

    Unfortunately, our food and drinks were awful. We actually had to laugh by the time all The meals arrived as everything was so unappealing. We didn’t bother sending it back or saying anything because it was almost unbelievable that all meals and drinks (except the beer, kind of hard to mess that up!) we’re so terrible. The place is cool, our server was very nice but food was awful.

    Disappointed with your experience. Our server Ashwita was the only great thing about our dinner there. She was friendly and attentive. Several drink selections were not available such as beer choices and aperol spritz. The nachos were such a small serving. The special of the day was tacos but at 6:15pm, they were already out of the shrimp tacos and had to have the fish. We were celebrating a new job and was sadly disappointed with our experience which is a shame as the vibe of the patio was great.

    We booked a reservation and we seated at that time. Our server brought coffee and water and took our orders. We had a re-up of coffee about a half hour later. No word on the food. After an hour and a half we noticed other people seated after us served food as we waited. The server shrugged his shoulders and we never saw him again. We left after 2 hours and went elsewhere and enjoyed the experience.

    Came here after the sporting life 10km run and it was Mothers Day. Knowing about these two events you would think the restaurant would have foresight to prepare . No sparkling wine for advertised mimosas. Guests had to go to the bar to get our own water refills. Food arrived for some of the guests 1.5hrs after we ordered and after two hours others at the table still had not received their food . Very disappointing visit to Brazen Head -won’t be returning.
