The food was great, we especially loved the beef wellington and the chocolate fondant 😀

Im hoping to go back again in the future but would love to see some other options for mains. There were some choices that I had seen on the menu previously, such as a pork belly but that had been moved to the Sunday lunch only.

Service was great, very attentive and polite. The ambience was great too and I especially liked the modern electronic music choices as opposed to pop or classical

Everything was great.. every bite exquisite.. i will visit again for sure . I chose the beef wellington experience and name is adjusted perfectly as it us a good experience.. a delicious cocktail the starters omg the beef wellington and the dessert.. 100 points thank you

Great food, but the Sunday roast has only two slices of beef = not worth £25

We reserved a table for 8pm and when we arrived, we were told that the kitchen would close at 8 pm! Not indicated when reserving. Faulty bill (2 not ordered items billed) and a « 20% optional service charge «  discretionary added.
This was not professional at all.

Service was good. We took the christmas menu, paid a lot of money but the food was not what I expected!
You pay only for the name

Inflexible menu (why can’t one person have the Beef Wellington given that it is served sliced?). The rejection of my request means that they’ve lost a potential repeat customer.

Roast potatoes should be fluffy and crispy.

Formulaic cheap Christmas cracker and glass of champagne.

No convivial host or party atmosphere.

Grossly overpriced.

Went for a birthday meal. Service was attentive at the beginning but tapered off. Food was nice, ordered fish and chips and sea bass. Cocktails were good. Was looking forward to the chocolate Wellington for dessert but after we ordered it the waiter came back and said it wasn't available. The chef had one left but wasn't happy to serve it. Would have been helpful to have been told that from the beginning instead of waiting after we had ordered. A bit of a let down

Great staff dealing with the kids but a bit out of sorts otherwise. Food was good, no complaints, but not exceptional.

Welcome at reception was cold & member of staff barely spoke. Service was mixed.... served our food before the wine came. One highlight in the service was Eduardo who took over our table and was fantastic! Food was really good as was the house red.
Down sides were definitely the complete lack of a welcome, staff were hoovering when people were dining. Could be amazing but service really needs work.

Good brunch menu, good location as away from the busy central London locations.

Expensive place with mediocre food. Place is loud, more lounge than restaurant. Best seller beef Wellington, very little meat, mostly pastry and strange paste.

Birthdays dinner great night out

Food was good, however we waited almost 2 hours for our food.
Unacceptable considering the price and that this is a Gordan Ramsay restaurant.

Food is great, this is my third visit. Service is pretty awful though - ignored a Halal request and served an entirely inappropriate meal, then took it back and served (now 5 mins later than the rest of the table) just a plain piece of fish. No sauce no nothing. Absolute joke and an insult.

Had the roasted cod which they did dairy and gluten free for me! It was delicious! Service was great and there was a nice buzzy christmassy atmosphere in there! Lovely! Thank you guys.

The food was great but the noise level was ridiculously loud. I would not go back to this place but maybe try another of the other Ramsey restaurants.

Waited 35 minutes for a bottle of wine.

Food was tasty. Eclectic music and venue. Late to table and too many waiting staff. Manager was great and ensured we had a complimentary glass of Prosecco for the wait.

4:30 pm you would expect to hold some kind of conversation, albeit a Friday in the festive season, but sound level made it difficult. Ushered to a quite empty bar at our arrival, the bar tender didn’t manage to get us our drinks before our table was ready, and even then it took ages. Quite a lot took ages, to be honest. Food was ok, but compared to my local pub, which admittedly is very good, nothing special. Service kind enough, albeit slow (perhaps they were too few) and they didn’t manage to tell us as they gave us the menues that the two normal mains containing meat were ‘sold out’. At 5 pm. Not too chuffed.

I was a bit disappointed - a fairly stodgy and lacklustre meal (the cod) which was dry overall (although the cod itself was good). Good service though and a lively atmos.

Just a really great venue for a Christmas celebration. Lively but relaxed atmosphere, good service and food. As we were a larger group the General Manager looked after us very well and should be commended for this.

We had the Sunday lunch offering for £25 for the 35 day aged roast sirloin of beef and £23 for the roast pork belly. Both meals were absolutely delicious and I can honestly say that I have never had such tender, tasty roast beef. We enjoyed the ambience and the service from Matt, our waiter, was outstanding.

Food wasn’t good

Thursday evening before Christmas so busy with Christmas parties but we were just a table of 2. Great atmosphere, DJ, good wine and excellent food. Would highly recommend and look forward to my next visit when I am in London

My guest was shown to a different table! Fortunately I spotted this straightaway! Otherwise, as time was short, we may have ended up abandoning our rendezvous. Not good!

I was very surprised at the paper napkins. I expected linen.

Way too loud for the crowd and food took forever.

I was really looking forward to trying BSK but ended up being disappointed. The food was great but it seemed as though they had a lot of new staff, the lady serving our table tried hard but was running all over the place and then there were a number of others who appeared to be stood around trying to avoid doing anything. We had to wait over 40 minutes for our drinks to arrive, they were meant to ‘whet our appetite’ but we had nearly finished eating at this point. Also one of the meals was incorrect, this may have been due to the noise level so the waitress simply didn’t hear correctly or her reluctance to write anything down! Finally when we got the bill there were errors on it, this was quickly resolved and managed very well but didn’t help the experience!
The food was great but I expect much better care and attention at the prices they are charging!

I booked months in advance as I was so excited to try a Gordon Ramsay restaurant.

On arrival there were DJs playing and it was quite loud, so loud that I was struggling to hear my husband and what the staff were asking me. I'm not sure if that's just what happens at the weekend or if it's because it's the run up to Christmas.

The food was absolutely delicious! 5 star, I could eat it every night of the week if I could! It was a bit pricey considering you need to order sides aswell.

We had a bottle of wine and the staff were on hand to help with the selection.

Slow and very poor service. Food wasn’t what we expected. Appetizers were unimpressive with the exception of the wings that were very good! Other than that the Wellington was cold and it tasted like a chicken pâté. The desserts were okay but ultimately it was overpriced and too much food for two people.

Want to return to try other dishes, our neighbor’s turkey leg looked delicious.

We went here for their thanksgiving dinner with a reservation for 4. When we got there they said there were kitchen issues and the dinner would not start until 5:30, which was fine. However, they stated that they were completely booked for the rest of the evening so we were just out of luck and nothing could be done. Seeing as it was thanksgiving we decided to sit at the bar and have a drink while we attempted to find another restaurant serving a thanksgiving dinner that evening and noticed that there were numerous open slots for the thanksgiving meal at Bread Street Kitchen. I booked another reservation for 6 pm and it was accepted and we had our meal. The entire process was very frustrating and the staff seemed to not know what was going on. I was extremely disappointed with the service received as well as their inability to problem solve especially with the “Gordon Ramsey” name.
