    This restaurant has everything going for it - when it comes to concept - it’s unique in its fancy drinks ( the fanciest in town ) and pretty decor ( flower walls and ceiling ) & and nice gift shop - perfect for get togethers and celebrations for special people for a special celebration etc . Date nights ! It’s romantic. The desert was delicious and so were the drinks !! 10 out of 10! But - the service and the people working there do not meet the basic / minimum service expectations. I would almost say rude , unpleasant and ruined the experience. I hope the owners read this and change this very important detail ! Because the staff truly can make or break an experience. Overall disappointed in the experience and wish the best of luck for a turnaround in the area for this otherwise sweet place.

    I loved the atmosphere. It was so beautiful. I liked the ‘other’ things that were being sold there as well. A wedding reception was being held there and that made the experience a little unique. However; it did take us 45min to get our food. Mine I enjoyed but my friend didn’t enjoy hers. We also waited for a while for our cheques which was odd because they had asked the table beside us if they could move tables because they had a reservation for that table, but over all I enjoyed my experience there.

    This review is for the time I went to this fabulous restaurant for the first time August 29, 2023 with a friend. I was completely amazed and thrilled with the exterior of the establishment and the absolutely blown away with the interior. I will not give away details of the decor as it should be a real surprise for the customers. People were taking photos of each other and selfies inside the restaurant as it so beautiful. There is an excellent selection of food and drinks to choose from. My meal and my friend's meal was delicious and had a beautiful presentation. The drinks are very colourful and fun. The establishment offers a lovely selection of items to look at and purchase such as jewellry, hair accents, scented items, cards and such. I highly recommend the Brew and Bloom!!! I made a reservation for 3 people for my Birthday recently but sadly one friend had taken quite ill and we did not attend and I cancelled the reservation by phoning the restaurant. I shall return in the future for sure!!!

    A printed menu would be a big plus. Flipping back and forth is very difficult especially for seniors. It would be nice to see all selections at once

    It was a very good experience. I throughly enjoyed the vibe of the whole restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly, the drinks were beautiful and tasty, and the truffle fries were delicious!

    Enjoyed the tasty bacon bennie with our Americano coffee. We were situated just under the A/C vent so at times it was pretty chilly. My only suggestion is to offer at least one refill of coffee. At $3.33 per cup, surely a refill is not a stretch.

    I went there first time for my anniversary and it was amazing experience totally worth the visit, staff was super friendly and we enjoyed our evening there. Definitely recommend checking out. Beautiful presentation for drinks ❤️ All I can say is Wonderful place to be!

    It’s so pretty! They put lots of effort into making everything so visually appealing for you. It’s pretty small so when it’s full it’s quite noisy, but you can still have a conversation without difficulty. 10/10 would go again!

    The dining room we were seated in was pretty, but the prettier side was closed so my group of 5 missed out on that. The food and drinks were underwhelming, especially for the cost. My dessert was delicious, but the others only felt theirs was okay. Service was slow but the server was very friendly. Overall, we were glad we went and checked it out, but none of us felt we would be back.

    The service was very slow. You need more staff. It took a long time for the drinks to come and then two came and we had to wait for the others. Same with the food. It was disappointing and irritating and took away from all the good things. The staff were nice but not enough. Great venue.

    Extremely disappointed that although we were at the very beginning of lunch hour, 1130, there was no chicken and no bloom salad available... what we ultimately ordered was fine, but not what I had hoped to have for lunch.

    I took my out of town visitor for lunch and was amazed at your decor!! What a wonderful and unique idea! It is just so beautiful and unusual decor . Hats off to the interesting idea. Food was good ,our sevice was excellent our drinks unusal and the decor was so very relaxing. I will definately be back again.

    I cannot say enough about this restaurant! Top notch. Food was excellent drink were outstanding and the cost was reasonable. Our server Ashley was helpful and polite. Food and drinks came shortly after placing our order. It is a gem in the city!

    The food was fantastic! We were disappointed they took off the Crouque Madame, but the Salmon Bene was still amazing. Drinks were fabulous. Was an issue that you cannot see a copy of the bill when paying. Otherwise all was great!

    We had a great experience, our waitress and food runners were lovely. The place is beautiful! The absolute only thing I have to say about it was that the layout of the tables made it seem very crowded with not much privacy, but that's not the worst thing in the world. The food and drinks were heavenly, service was great. We will be back!

    Love visiting this cafe, and have loved the food & drinks each time I’ve been. But waiting almost an hour for a yogurt bowl just isn’t worth it to me. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt the first time because it was busier, but it was just as slow this time as well.

    We were seated right away but no one came to ask for your drink order or bring us waters. After waiting 20 min we flagged down a waitress who was not even our assigned waitress to order or drinks and food. Once we received our drinks, they tasted good. Food was alright, but then took a very long time to get our bill once we asked for it. The three other girls sitting next to us didn’t get their drinks until after their food arrived. Very very poor service all in all last night.

    Food was about a 4.5, our server Esther was great. There are some pretty cool menu items and the decor is obviously spectacular. I see a lot of negative reviews, but our experience was great. Don’t know if we just got lucky, or had good timing, but nothing negative to report here
