   I took my friend to Brew & Bloom for a Birthday brunch. We didn’t expect the visual wow factor of the drinks. It was fun pouring the sparkling rose over candy candy floss. Both drinks were very tasty. My Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict was done perfectly & my friends Crispy Chicken Sandwich was HUGE. I will definitely come back in the future.

   We booked a 6 person table for a bachelorette brunch, we got pushed near the entrance door with no floral decor above it around us, they shut the curtains but overall the excitement we thought we were getting was no where close to what Instagram showed our experience. Our waitress didn’t check on our table enough and we waited to order dessert for awhile before she came around. Also, I think the new beverages need to be adjusted the colada beverage curdled and didn’t taste like it probably should have. I want to say I’d return, but the experience was no where close what I expected.

   Went with a family of 4 kids, all the way from Grande Prairie and it was wonderful! Our server was super accommodating and friendly, and patient with the kids. The overall look of the restaurant and taste of the food and drinks were both aestetically beautiful and delicious!

   Not impressed with the cleanliness. Floors and walls looked like they had not been cleaned for a while. Thankfully bathrooms were clean (except for the garbage can). Otherwise, a pretty place.

   Waited 10 mins to be sat even tho we had a reservation and the restaurant was close to empty. Only had a drink and it was alright. The decor is meant to be the centrepiece i assume but came off a little tacky. Would not recommend other than for taking pictures.

    Loved the food and ambience. Our server this time could have been more intuitive. We ordered something to share, but did not bring a serving utensil or extra plates. Water came a bit slow, but otherwise it was a nice experience.

    Lovely ambience that lived up to expectations. Unfortunately even though we made advance booking our reception was not great. Did not have our allocated 3 seat table and moved tables 3 times (was given a spot for 2 people in a cramped corner). Waiters attention was slow for taking our orders. Food was good for price and easy menu. I would recommend and would have given 5 stars if we got good seats and were received properly for our bookings

    Service was poor but ambiance was fantastic! Items for sale are a bit costly but have some really cute items. Caesar salad was not special (lacked dressing) but the other food items we tried (lobster Mac n cheese, truffle fries, and chicken with coconut rice) were really great.

    The ambience, staff, decor & over all vibe was what I expected. It was whimsical & a lovely dining experience. I had the lobster Mac & cheese and was very disappointed. The manager did take $10.00 of my bill. The lobster & cheese topping were good, but the pasta was bland, under cooked & there was no cheese sauce mixed in with the noodles. I ate the lobster & cheese, but very disappointed in the pasta. I did notice it was a New item on the menu. It definitely needs a revamp! The beverages were amazing & the other 2 members of the party thoroughly enjoyed their meals.

    I had a visitor from Denver and I came there with her , my sister and my cousin. I found the table I wanted to sit at and the guest was quite impressed with the venue. We had a few plates of shareable. The food was good and we ordered a variety of your specialty coffee as well. We had a great time. We also took some pictures to create memories. Thank you for making a Edmonton a bit more interesting.

    When we arrived we were put in the back room not the new display. We were sat in the corner and it took 20 minutes for a staff to come to our table. We asked to be moved to the other room. We were moved to the flower room and then sat another 15 minutes before someone asked for our order or brought us water. There’s not even real flowers on the table. Some of the flowers have tags still on them. Overall it was underwhelming and not worth the hype.

    Booked a table for a friends birthday and we had a great time! It is beautiful in there and the server we had was great! The pina colada drink though, did not live up to expectations. Granted it was a new drink on the menu and the server took it off our bill as soon as we said something. Everyone’s food was fantastic! I would recommend trying it for sure!

    We were looking for a nice cafe to have a tea and catch up. The decor was lovely; airy and bright. It was very busy which likely contributed to the higher noise level but we were still able to converse decently well. We had the Blue Lavender Fog and matcha teas and would highly recommend them. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in the city.

    It was our first time. It was to celebrate a special occasion. Overall, we liked our food and the experience. Parking was horrendous. I looked it up ahead of time but did not expect so much construction and so many businesses all around sharing. We had to wait and were not seated for about 45 min past our reservation time. We were not in a rush so it was fine. Food and drinks were good. We did not receive flowers with our drinks as everyone else did. I asked about it at the end because it was a special occasion. The waitress did end up bringing some to the table just as we were leaving. Overall, it was a nice experience. I would go back again.

    We had a 6:15pm reservation on Mother’s Day. Unfortunately they ran out of a couple items on the menu. One being gluten free bread. Our mother can’t eat gluten so she ordered a lettuce wrap burger - the “lettuce” was spring mix and the burger didn’t come with a knife and fork. We requested it and the service was prompt but it was just odd. It would have been very difficult to eat without a knife and fork, especially because it is served on a narrow cutting board, so the juices and food fall off the edge. They also ran out of some of the desserts. The food and drinks we had were delicious. Our server was fantastic. The atmosphere is amazing. Areas of improvement would be to plan for busy days like Mother’s Day and change the plating a bit to make it more practical (we had another guest who had a regular burger on a bun and that was messy on the narrow cutting board as well).

    Mother’s Day tea and it was lovely. The food and atmosphere was excellent. Service was good but not great. We had some challenges getting our food and we had to flag down someone to ask for more water for the tea, no one really checked in on us. Again, busy day so I understand and I will go again.     Mother’s Day brunch - ambiance was insta worthy however I felt the experience was overpriced. I realized after we left that they sat us in the wrong section, I don’t think that it impacted the food/price. Our server was friendly and on it! Small bouquet for $50 was indeed small. I won’t return for Mothers Day high tea however their regular menu seems appropriately priced, so will check that out at some point.

    The venue & service were amazing. However, $70 for each ticket & $35 mandatory tip for Mothers Day tea, to only be served so little was really too expensive for what we got to eat. It was a fun 1 time experience, but won’t be doing it again next year. Which is too bad, if we could just order what we wanted to eat from the menu, we would probably had spent just as much, but had a delicious meal and have our own choice and not been made to pay so much, for just a few tiny sandwich’s. We would make it a yearly event, and come back every Mothers Day!

    We went for their Mother’s Day afternoon tea and we had a great experience! They had a great selection of mini sandwiches and pastries. We’re not huge tea drinkers, but there were plenty of options that you could order from on their regular menu. I didn’t get to try their brunch menu, but I would love to come back again.

    The place was busy of course it was Mothers Day so that’s expected. Checking in for our reservation was slow and a lot of people standing around clogging up the lobby waiting. Got to our table. We were placed in a white room with plastic green foliage. Not overly elegant. Food was sub par and the cupcakes were purchased from a store. The “large” bouquet of flowers I purchased for my wife were a complete disappointment and way over priced for what she got. Overall, I should have taken her to a fancy restaurant and it would have been cheaper. I won’t mention the prices of the packages offered, that can be found on their site. Also the parking is horrible. Anything but Tea had to be purchased off the menu at your own cost. 4 drinks, 1 alcohol, 3 coffees cost me nearly $40.00!.

    I paid for your Mother’s Day event and after not being seen for over 40 minutes by our server, we asked to speak with a manager. We were sat at 3:00 and did not even speak to a server until 3:40. Might I add we were sat at a tiny 2 persons table that only had setting for 2, but they added a chair (reminder I had booked for 3, for $260 including auto grat) By this time I spoke with hostess and was looking to talk to the manager. At the same moment my sister finally spoke with the server and asked for a manager. We opted to get a full refund as we had already endured a poor experience and didn’t want to continue, especially for mother’s day. I pray that we will in fact get out money back.

    Hostess and servers didn’t really seem to know what they were doing. We didn’t get menus or told about the QR code. Didn’t get offered drinks… it seemed like an opening day situation where everyone was new. But, the place looked cool. Interesting concept.     Excellent food and atmosphere. For that reason I would probably return. Hoping that the poor service was just because it was so busy. Was seated and then ignored for about 20 minutes. People seated after us were acknowledged by server. After a couple of attempts of asking for service, finally the server realized that we were her table too. After that it was still slow but much much better. Staff were confused. Would have expected better for the price we paid. Otherwise, High Tea was absolutely fabulous!

    Absolutely loved our afternoon tea for Mother’s Day! I am celiac and was surprised with how many gluten free sandwiches and treats they put out for me! Would definitely recommend and worth the cost for sure!
