Bridge Street Bistro is a 2nd and 3rd floor space above the Island Time Bar & Grill at the corner of Bridge Street and Gulf Drive. We feature stunning views of the Gulf from our beautiful bay windows and outdoor deck on our 3rd floor. Our ambiance is inspired by the dinner houses of the "Rat Pack" era and you will find music to match on the speakers from the likes of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. Enjoy the delicious fresh seafood and hand cut steaks from Chef David Thompson's team in our Kitchen. We have an extensive wine list and craft cocktails to pare with the experience. Jennifer Mallard's service team will ensure you have an unforgettable experience.
Elevator service is available and there is parking in the resort designated for our guests, please see a parking attendant.

    We were very disappointed in this lovely restaurant with good service and great ambiance. We had the surf and turf. The steak was severely over salted. On the other hand the large shrimp were nearly tasteless. The accompanying risotto was mushy and bland. We hoped a Carmel and cinnamon bread pudding dessert would at least give us a nice finish. Unfortunately the bread pudding was dry and only a drizzle of caramel was used. Lovely place and Mitchel was a good waiter. We won’t be back with so many good alternatives available.

    We had a party of 14 for mother's day. The entire staff was very attentive, friendly, accommodating and professional. The food was delicious, well prepared and portioned. The oysters were fresh and so good we ordered a second round. The soup was great and everyone that had it raved about it. We were very well taken care of by everyone, especially our server who did a great job managing the large party that included two toddlers. We had drinks at the bar downstairs before going up to be seated, and that was a very nice experience as well, super service there too. Great location, beautiful views. We will be back for sure.

    We have made this our first night restaurant every time we visited AMI. This time was disappointing. I will say that the Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls were good as was the burger I later chose in exchange for my entree. I had the pork tenderloin and had to send it back. It was way too salty, and I like things salted. I'm not fussy, and I can't remember the last time I returned an entree. The crab cakes my wife ordered were just about all crab meat and they were both of good size, but too salty as well. We did take one home which I made into an omelet. With no additional salt added, it tasted pretty good. Our waiter, Patrick, was excellent. It was a busy night and we still felt well tended.

    Food was ok, not as good as previous visits. Server was nice, but service was extremely slow. The drinks were a big disappointment. As always great views.
