It was amazing! I would definitely recommend sitting up stairs, the view is so beautiful!

The bridges I recall from a few years ago was a vibrant, lively, well-dressed, upscale crowd/place. I always had a great time and amazing food. When dine out would start, we would select Bridges as one of our options.

The atmosphere in Bridges this time around was a very stark contrast to what I remember, partially due to the pandemic and maybe some % due to change in the vibe of the place??

The real disappointment was the food, it wasn't the high-quality food I remember having there before. The food was 1/5, there can be significant improvement in this area.

If I see a newer review in a few months saying things have improved, I would consider going back. I have so many great memories there and it would be a shame for such an iconic place end up like this.

It’s not a valuable for dine out.Food and service are so poor!

The food was very well prepared and tasted amazing.

Two of our meals were served cold. And service was very slow.

Food took over an hour to be served and was over cooked.

It was unfortunate that management had not thought to put more staff on for the Dine Out as the waiter was very busy and the kitchen could not keep up. There were several complaints from tables around us and it wasn't the staff's fault yet they were the receivers of ill feelings.

Great place, food, atmosphere and service. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome place great view

Attended for Dine out Vancouver. Great setting with nice view over English Bay. Food was pretty good for the price. The suggested wine pairing was excellent. Would definitely go back, good spot for happy hour!

Took a girl I like here for our second date, she loved the food and I loved the company. Definitely a recommendation for any guy or gal looking for a place to eat for date night. The menu may be a little expensive (average prices for similar restaurants) but the food is good and they are very COVID friendly.

I was very disappointed at the complete lack of decor, plants, pictures, anything to make the room inviting and/or attractive. Service was adequate but not warm and attentive. My friend ordered eggs Benedict and had to return the order TWICE because it was served cold. And then she was charged for it on top of that. Of course, we refused to pay. Very sad from when Bridges used to be one of the best places to go in Vancouver. Was a destination point. .

There were multiple items on the menu that they did not have available. Towards the end of our meal, the quality of service declined drastically. It seemed as though they were short staffed for the day.

Enjoyed the meal. It was devine eso the aji tuna taco.
All the meals we had (lingcod bowl. Ahu tuna burger and crab cakes. Triple chocolatr cake) were delicious. Priced as expected. House red wine was perfect. We sat right away where we wanted to sit. You can see the city view wherever you sit. Great service. Would love to dine here again. Highly recommended.

It was a good experience being Valentines there were quite busy but received our order in a timely manner. Area where we were Seated could’ve had better ambience.

It was a very safe environment with tables spaced, partitions of glass and everyone masked!,, etc!,, Our waitress was very attentive and helpful!, I love the social distancing as your not listening to everyone’s conversation!,, food was delicious and wine even better at 5.00 a glass!,, very generous portions!,, we definetly will be back!,,

Good service, food, ambiance

The spicy tuna sandwich was not spicy and it was completely raw. The waiter did ask if we are okay with it being pink because it is "a little war in the middle" but it completely raw! The sandwich had no taste, I could see some sort of a sauce in it but could not taste anything.

We were specifically asked if we wanted to book a table outdoors or indoors, we chose outdoors but found out they have completely removed all tables in the balcony and outdoor area and so our only option was indoors. The outdoor sitting area is the only reason we chose bridges in the first place and despite it being in Feb, it was a sunny warm day.

Upstairs was not busy, had to ask for window seat. Group of 9 came in wearing t shirts and ball caps..wtf ...not classy....so much for a dress code... I No vegetables with steak and fries..how cheap is that!.left the tails on the shrimp for seafood , riggatone...should not have to use my hands to eat pasta. We have gone every year. Dressed up nice , enjoyed the view. But never again, service was lackluster. Ambiance not there anymore, Food quality sub par. I felt like calling to complain the next day. But instead ill take my business elsewhere.

Nice atmosphere sitting upstairs. They do an excellent job with spacing and protocols so felt very COVID safe.
Food was very good. All in all great dine out experience.

This used to be a good restaurant. It is really gone downhill sadly.

Great food & service with an amazing view and very friendly staff.

The food was just as we'd expected and the server was so friendly and accommodating. We felt very safe with the Covid-10 measures in place. The ambiance was great too- we found our dinner to be so relaxing after a 10K walk through False Creek.

New year brunch with kids, nice and quiet!

Bridges restaurant is at a nice location, however they could do alot with the location they are situated in. My first experience was communication with Chris on reserving the table was really good and he made sure that a table was reserved; upon entering the restaurant, the staff were also polite and helpful. Ambiance of the REstaurant - the windows definitely need cleaning and the chairs need to be upgraded especially for downstairs sitting. We noticed that a stack of better chairs were stored away in a space near the ceiling and that could have used for the downstairs sitting. I order a seafood food - cannot recall the name but it was like a soup with a mixture of seafood - fish, mussles and prawns. These came cold and without the Foccacia bread. I called the server to say the bread was missing but nothing came. We were wanting to have a dessert, but with the cold food and no bread, we decided to leave. It was also out anniversary. However the Manager on Duty, I believe her name was Mandy, she took the dinner charges upon herself and apologized for the serving. So I feel the staff are doing the best, but if the Chef and the Owner are not upto the par, there will be more disappointed customers.

We dined on New Years Eve. Service was excellent, our waitress was very friendly, food was good. Overall we enjoyed our experience.

The services were great and the physically distance was maintained, high ceiling makes dinners feel safe. Thank you.

The food portion seems a bit small for the price range

Always a good experience at Bridges whether it is the outdoor patio, indoor bistro or upstairs dining room.

Disappointed to be in the pub, thought we would be upstairs in the restaurant. We were expecting a higher end experience instead it was mediocre for the price.

Our household of two visited for dinner and selected Bridges because of previous outings there. We knew the health protocols would be done well, and the food is always excellent. Our server was very attentive and followed all the necessary protocol requirements.

Was a little chilly by the big windows which made a couple of seniors uncomfortable - the view was fantastic!

First time to the upper level, great view! A lot of space between tables. Our server was great, wasn't on us like a hawk, but would check on us during the right times. Overall volume wasn't too loud or overly quiet.

Great food. My steak was so tender! and Tuna Burger is to die for.
The cocktail were not that great to be honest but the service is fantastic and the staff really nice.
Great place to go to!

We had to wait over an hour for our entrees to arrive because the kitchen kept on burning what we asked for. The server said that they were having too much trouble making it so they took that item off the menu and our meal would be on the house; which was a good save. Not a fan of the salmon benny, too bitter for some reason.

We came for brunch, we were seated upstairs and had a beautiful view of the water. The food was excellent and our server was very attentive and helpful. A wonderful special occasion place for brunch

Great experience, and service under these circumstances.
