    Love Happy Hour at Bridgette Bar. Shared and sampled 4 pizzas which meant we had some to take home with us. Server kindly encouraged us to order our pizzas as soon as we could as she knew a large tables order was going in so we wouldn't have to wait too long. Much appreciated! She also let us taste both of the Rose wines so we could decide which was our style. Great service all around.

    Bridgette Bar far exceeded my expectations. A lot of “boutique” restaurants miss the mark on the food, but everything was absolutely amazing. My husband had steak, I had the shrimp and calamari pasta, and we shared the grilled octopus salad. My husband’s steak was cooked perfectly, and I’ve never had so much seafood executed so well - usually something is rubbery or chewy. I ate a lot of food and didn’t feel gross or bogged down afterwards, and I think it’s due to the quality of the ingredients. The waitstaff were very personable, and answered all of our questions. My friend had the Lady Mac cocktail which was delightful - perfect for the warm evening on the patio. I had the Sunrise Spritz mocktail, and it was great to see so many options for non-alcoholic beverages. We sat on the open-air patio, and the sun was in the eyes of the people facing west, but had a beautiful view of the mountains and the pond and courtyard. The restaurant was busy, but it wasn’t loud and still felt very private, and we didn’t wait an excessive time for the food. I would recommend Bridgette Bar Canmore, and it’s definitely on our “must eat again” list!
