    I’ve been reading negative reviews but really I had a very nice experience. The hostess greeted me on the way in, the server was attentive and the food came out timely and was delicious. Well done.

    Overall was okay but service was poor. Received the wine we ordered after my salad. The others salad came with dinners. She then brought the wrong wine, another long delay. Food was fair. I asked for red pepper flakes for my lasagna but was told there was none to be found, and you call yourself an Italian restaurant? The table was sticky. We probably will not be back.

    I have very little to add beyond what so many others have already said here. They are all correct. This place is beyond redemption and they obviously do not care one lick any longer. The waitress was constantly apologizing for taking forever to take our order, to bring us silverware, to bring us tomato sauce (which came in a metal dip-sized container), to bring us our check, and to take our credit cards. Her constant apologies didn't negate the horrendously inattentive service, the less-than-mediocre food, or the fact that she was visibly chewing on gum (which I find disgusting). My spaghetti came with buttered noodles instead of a marinara or other sauce, which is so odd as an accompaniment to Chicken Milanese. If you think this place is like it was 10 years ago think again. I had been to Brio once before in the past six months. I knew better but succumbed to a coupon offer. It wasn't worth it and I will never be back.

    Not a good sign when you go to the empty bar and the bartender tells you he can’t serve you a drink while you wait for your table because he’s “busy.” Service problems go beyond being short staffed. No silverware, despite asking twice. Food was good. Overall, a very mixed experience.

    It took 20 minutes to get a server to our table and then another 30 to get our drinks. The server was new and did not did not put 2 of the orders in correctly. Unfortunately those were the 2 with allergies. She never brought out the soup or salad. The manager came by and said that they had a large party to deal with tonight. Then said the kitchen wanted to pick off the allergy food but he said no. At that point I did not want anything to eat there because I didn’t trust they would not contaminate my food with allergins. The manager never apologized just made excuses and took the meals off.

    It was a lovely sunny day to sit and have lunch with a friend by a window. Our waitress, Clarissa, was very good and provided the service we needed even though all the staff did not show up to work. None if the pepper mills around us had peppercorns.

    Our server was so nice and an ddid a great job. They just seemed SOOOOOOOOOOOO understaffed. The lunch menu is very heavy, perhaps you would get a better lunch crowd with less heavy menu items

    Our server was very nice; however, the kitchen took forever to prepare not only our food, but everyone else’s as well! The calamari we ordered came out cold, but everything else was hot enough.

    Our server was sweet but the food was awful. Arrived cold, the lasagna was soupy, all very disappointing. They added 20% gratuity but it wasn’t clearly noted on the receipt, so yay for them. We will never be back.

    The evening was ok dining at Brio. The hostess didn't exemplify the best customer service skills, ordered wedge salads, served with brown lettuce on wedge, had to ask for whatever we needed, even for bread to go with meal.

    We waited 10 minutes at an empty hostess stand at a mostly empty restaurant. When seated by a random waitress we then waited at the table for at least 15 minutes until we had to wave down someone to ask if we were going to have a waiter. Eventually we got drinks. The spinach dip was good but lukewarm. Calamari was chewy. 2 out of three meals were cold and unappetizing the lasagna was ok. We made no complaints as it seemed nobody cared at all. Definitely will not be returning

    We ordered lamb chops. 1 out of the 3 came correct, the other were well done. I asked for rare to med rare. It took quite a while to receive my food back. The manager did take care of it.

    15 minutes before we got water and menus. 50 minutes before we got drinks. Tito’s martini was made incorrectly. Went to the bartender to have it remade. Found out they were out of Tito’s. Really?!? Then what did you just serve me? Ordered 2 Chardonnays. They were out of Chardonnay. Seriously, Chardonnay . . . we don’t have any. Dishes were not cleared. Water glasses were not filled. Meals were average. Our server tried hard but was clearly inexperienced. It was not a pleasant dining experience. I won’t be back.

    The food was much better than we remembered it to be! Our server was also very good. The only problem was that it took over a half an hour to get our drinks from the bar. Then our dinners came out the same time as our salads. my husband sent the dinners back and ask them to be heated until we were ready. The restaurant went above and beyond and re-cooked our meals due to the poor timing the first time. I know that so many restaurants are short staffed right now. We are not sure why it took so long for the drinks or why the timing on the salads and dinner or so poorly done. The food, was excellent! We will be back.

    We made reservations for 7pm. We stood at the hostess stand for 10 minutes with nobody to greet us. Then a young man came over to seat us and we sat at the table for another 23 minutes with nothing. Server came and got our drink order and we waiting again. We never had any silverware so we had to get it from another table. Food came out all at one except for one pasta dish. That came out about 7 minutes later and it had so much red pepper in it you couldn’t even eat it. We really like brio but this was absolutely awful.

    Made reservation for a Saturday night at 5:00pm on Open Table several days in advance. Called and checked on reservation day of service, wanted to make sure special request of outside table was noted, we came to Legacy to watch the concert and was told it would be first come first serve for outside seating and should arrive by 4:45pm, 15 minutes before our actual reservation to secure a table. When we arrived there were no tables available. Hostess said that we should have come by 4:15. Wish I would have been told that when I called that morning. We will not be making reservations at Brio in the future.

    Worst experience ever!! Poor customer service. Brio in legacy has really gone down hill. It was dim and dirty. Staff was rude and not welcoming at all. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Would not ever return or recommend.

    birthday dinner for my daughter brio used to be her fave restaurant. boy did it go downhill. couldn’t believe the change in 5 years. will never return. good quality very poor. our waitress was lovely.

    This place has slipped big time. Used to be one of our "go to" places. Waited 20 minutes for drinks (screw top wine) and food was cold. I really think no one cares there anymore.

    We ate at an outside high top table . We had the calamari as an appetizer. It was over cooked and tough. The fried peppers in the dish were way over cooked also. The bread was hot and very good . We both had pasta which was okay but not like Brio’s pasta dishes a couple years ago … which were amazing . We each had a cocktail from the specialty menu. Both drinks were very poorly prepared and were not what you expected when you read the description. Expensive for the quality of the food . Too many other options near by. I won’t be returning for a while . Disappointed! It used to be my favorite.

    The food at Brio is typically very good. This time, however, it didn’t seem as fresh as usual. It was very tasty but the salad seemed like it was mixed early in the day and the pasta sauce was thick and heavy. And they were out of bread, which is usually superb. The most disappointing, though, was the service. It took a long time for our drinks to arrive, the waitress never checked back with us until we had finished eating and she didn’t bring more water as promised. When we entered the restaurant, staff was standing there texting on their phone while we were waiting to be helped, even with a reservation. Hopefully we’ll have a better experience next time.

    This was the worst dining experience ever. It took an hour and a half to get any food. Salads were ordered and never came. The food arrived cold and overcooked. When we spoke up we were told that we should be gracious and we ate the food so that was on us. They then told us that there was a party of 40, 20 and another 10 top and that’s why the food and service was subpar.

    Waitress needs some training. She seemed too flustered with as many tables as she had. Also needs to communicate better since she clearly needed help. We didn’t have anyone to ask how are meal was or how the food came out as well as no one to refill water until the very end

    DORIAN, our waiter was our favorite waiter in the world. We were there for Mother's Day. Dorian was so sweet, very informative of the food questions we had, always there for us and very fun.
