BRIO Tuscan Grille - Cherry Hill
I have been here many times. The food tonight was exceptional. I had the Bronzino. Ricotta cheesecake was delicious. Our waiter, Kenny ,was a delight.
This is a very good place. The food and service is good. Its just a bit pricey.
Portions are average size.
Seated in a booth next to the high top bar side
The food was good. The waiter took orders from the males at the table before the lone female. Not appropriate. Also, I indicated on my reservation that 2 members of my party had birthdays, yet we had to ask for the birthday dessert. The service was average.
Service was poor. Food was not so great. The flatbread was bad
I'm terrified of how dirty this restaurant is.
I noticed that service at the entrance did not respond. she was not very nice.
First our waiter Nick was great there was no problem with the service. The food on the other hand was not good I had the lasagne that was way over cooked the pasta was practically mush my wife had chicken that was dry and pasta had almost no sauce it was just a bad dinner experience.
Checked in twice with both of the people standing at the hostess stand when we arrived at 7:05 for our 7:15 PM reservation. When the second hostess, with the long dark hair, arrived back at the stand, she checked our name and told us to have a seat since our reservation wasn't until 7:15 with a lousy attitude.
I then received an notice from OpenTable that I didn't make my reservation. When I provided my check and table number they apologized and said they notified the restaurant.
When my wife went to the restroom while we were waiting she noticed quite a few open tables.
Also, my wife's Chicken Pesto had no flavor.
This was definitely not a good visit to Brio Cherry Hill.
Great service, great food! Would visit again. Perfect eating experience.
The service and atmosphere were excellent! Very nice place. The dinner was excellent as this is a great place for any occasion.
We usually enjoy Brio but the last 2 times have been awful. Rude Host. Poor service. Bland food. Waitress and Manager tried to charge for mushrooms when Marsala sauce came without mushrooms. Bizarre. Never again.
We had several problems with our reservation and dinner. The person who checked us in seemed clueless about how to check in an open table reservation customer and initially marked us as a no-show. Some effort had to be expended to clear up that matter. Our 2 entrees had problems. One had 2 different ingredients missing from the dish and the other entree was made incorrectly. Although we were told it would only be a minute or so for the 2nd entree to be re-cooked, it took much longer and the other diner was mostly finished by the time the remade entree was served. However, the restaurant offered 2 complimentary desserts for the problems which were gladly accepted.
Bad service. Took way too long. Food was good
Spent over a hundred dollars and the food was mediocre the table and floors was dirty.. drinks was water downed we wanted to get up and go next door to cheesecake factory.. never again..
Food was average. This wasn't a true Italian restaurant. The fettuccine was like noodles not pasta.
Good meal and great atmosphere. Will definitely be back again...
Excellent service, delicious food, and great atmosphere. All the elements of a wonderful experience!
Staff was amazing- the manager John W. was very friendly!
First time at BRIO in several years and we were very pleased. Service was excellent as was the food. I had the Salmon Fresca at the recommendation of a friend who used to work there and she wasn't wrong. Nice piece of fish, perfectly cooked, with spinach, asparagus, sweet potatoes, and tomatoes. My wife had the chicken rigatoni in a roasted red pepper sauce and said it was very good. Nice atmosphere. Easy to talk. We would definitely return.
Salmon was so..,. Good. My friend, also loved his chicken dish.
Had the chicken Milanese and crab cake. She ate light with the lobster bisque and wedge salad. Everything was plated perfectly and tasted amazing.(I felt like the bisque was a little salty but she loved it). Was to full for dessert but there’s always next time
Kevin was an amazing waiter; very attentive and sweet. Will ask for his service area next visit.

Everything went very well, food service and the whole of the restaurant were incredible. Waiter made off the menu suggestions, which my guests and I tried, they were spectacular.
Assume the restaurant recently changed menu around, great selections on a smaller and better menu. But did miss the trey with the deserts, that menu of selections is also smaller. There were a few changes, but they all worked well.
Recommend this place for a great dinner. We brought relatives and they were impressed.
The manager was way too loud. The whole restaurant could hear her talking while standing up at the front. There was no reason why she needed to be that loud when people are trying to enjoy their dinner. We were seated right near the front desk and not one person ever noticed that the waiter had never come over even though they kept looking our way. And on top of that the food was over salted.
Brio used to be one of our go-to restaurants. We easily went 1-2 times per month. Then, after the acquisition, they went downhill fast. Menu more limited, portion sizes shrunk significantly, and prices watched waaaay up. And the quality went down. Spaghetti Bolognese $18? In South Jersey? With a million great and reasonably priced Italian restaurants? Nope. Off the list. Sad for us...
My meal was delicious and server was awesome!
We enjoyed our dinner immensely; however, our server was less than attentive. There were very few diners inside the restaurant, but we still waited for quite some time for the server to take our order and had an even longer wait for the bill. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.
Sat outside, it was a beautiful evening. Food was great. However, the service was a little slow. Overall experience was good.
Brio have the best Happy Hour. The food, drinks and price.
Several times a year our group of long-time friends meet for an evening of good food and conversation..both which are possible at Brio. The food is really good, the service excellent and the noise is virtually non existent. The ladies all agree this is our go to place. Thanks for another fun evening!!
The food was delicious, especially the soup. The waiter always seemed to be in a rush when he stopped by.
VERY disappointed that this restaurant has chosen not to keep the ambiance of Italian or classical music, but instead was playing rock music when we went and it was not only too loud, but distracting and annoying. I don't go out to eat for the music, I go to meet up with friends and family for good food and ambiance. This place used to be a nice romantic place, now it's annoying.
Great Food Gorganzola Beef Madallion to Perfection
Menu needs to be expanded and dishes refined in order to bounce back to quality it had before. Wanted to be brought back again, but left feeling meh
Food was outstanding. Service and refill of drinks was a little slow
Food was just okay. Salad was not fresh and didn’t eat.
Brio is always good; that's why we keep going back. Sadly, we don't have one in our home town (Albany, NY) so we try to eat at Brio whenever we're someplace that has one. It's all very good, right from the first appetizer straight through the end of the meal. The breads served with the meal are also lovely -- seedy flatbreads and delicious sourdough bread. My only complaint (a very small one) is that sometimes they get a bit carried away with the salt in some dishes.
Server was wonderful food was delicious.
I usually enjoy my food at Brio, especially the entree steak salad. Service is hit or miss. Our waitress was adequate and we did not need special services. Noise level is usually high
