Brock Street was founded by four best friends with a goal of helping to revitalize downtown Whitby, a place they all call home. The Brock Street building is a newly constructed building that opened in 2019. It was built to the historical standards of 1800’s locally inspired architecture and is complete with numerous historical artifacts including horse hitch rings, antique lighting, and reclaimed brick throughout. The building contains a main floor restaurant, 12welve Bistro, a 2nd floor banquet hall, and the 3rd floor, which is home to Whitby’s only rooftop patio.

Perfect locale for a festive meet up with friends. Band was fantastic as were the cocktails. Great vibe with other patrons having fun, and lots of room to move. Staff were attentive, and while only a few light snack options are available, they were tasty. Will definitely go again.

We did not have food but had to leave a rating so gave 5 stars. We had really nice service from the young woman with the blond ponytail when we visited at 7:45 on Dec 1, 3023. We were visiting my son in Whitby and this was all of the 5 of us first time at Brock St. Brewery. We sat at a high table facing the band and next to the bar. We all had flights..very nice. We stayed for around 1.5 hours. We will be back and will also try the restaurant next time.

We booked for the trivia night. It’s a lot of fun, the guy hosting it is great as well. Down side, they advertise “hot stone pizza” with trivia night. The first time we went they told us they only had snack foods upstairs like charcuterie. So the second time we went downstairs first to try to have this hot stone pizza and it just doesn’t exist. Not sure why it’s advertised on here. With that being said we tried the prosciutto flatbread and it was probably one of the best flatbreads ever. It’s a pricy place to eat, between the downstairs and upstairs on one night it was over $100 for just two people and all we had was 2-3 drinks each and a flatbread.

We were on the third floor /roof top patio. There is not food menu, however that did not take away from our great experience. The setting and the staff are fantastic . If you haven't been yet, this is a must try and find out what you are missing.

The restaurant is nice and clean. My son ordered the wagu burger and I had the regular burger. They were fantastic!! The server was wonderful and funny. I also like the fact that the owner would come around and say hello.

Love this place. First time at the Lounge. Staff were great. Dino was performing and he was awesome. Friendly and helpful staff. Vodka is good and there is a great choice of different flavours of vodka sodas. As a single mature woman, I could totally feel welcome just sitting at the bar alone. This is MY “go to” place now for a relaxing drink and entertainment with friends.

Booked 2 weeks in advance. Stuck at a table right beside band. Asked for food menu, waitress said she thought she saw one and would look. Never returned. Asked at bar for a fresh drink and food menu, nope. So we left and went somewhere else. Our friend performs there and we go quite often, but definitely understaffed on st. Paddy's or else let in too many walk ins.

We thought we were booking at the restaurant on the main floor. We didn’t realize that was a different place all together. So we were looking for a place to eat dinner and all we could get at Brick St Brewery was a charcuterie board. That would have been fine if we knew that. But since we were actually looking for a place to eat dinner this place didn’t fit the bill.

We been twice for dinner and live music and it’s always a great time! The only thing I can think of that would make it maybe a bit nicer ambiance would be dim the lights a bit on the 3rd level for the live music. That won’t stop us from coming though! You guys are great!

This was the first time we booked upstairs at the brewery. It's a great space for hanging out or for parties. Services was friendly and attentive, food was good, and of course the beers are the star of the show with lots of regular and seasonal selections. We'll definitely be coming back to see what it's like year round.

The food was excellent, better than expected and it came fast, also unexpected. After dinner we went upstairs to the lounge to dance to Dino and the Dogs. Loved the band!! I highly recommend going on a Friday evening.

Had a great time as usual on Wednesday nite. Trivia we were no hell at but overall a great time October31. Since we will not be attending trivia for the next few weeks, we would like to send a message to the people that sit around us. We wish them all good luck and may you score very well. In the meantime we are relaxing in myrtle beach doing a little fishing, golfing and enjoying the warm and sunny weather. We are thinking of you on trivia night having a great time. Booked a table for a date and 95% of the bar was reserved for some wedding/engagement party. Made things exceptionally awkward as we were two of the few aware of the celebration and were not invited.

I'm sorry your experience wasn't enjoyable. We do allow group reservations and that evening we had a party of 40 that used that room and the patio. The rest of the space was open to the public and the floor can hold up to 100 people. That being said I'm sorry for your experience and we strive that our guests have a great experience. Came here for the Octoberfest. It was 30 dollars per person and the food was awful. Boiled hot dogs and sausage that were not edible. Boiled potatoes with zero flavour and a stale, hard pretzel. Very disappointed. The music was polka which was cute and fun but this event should have been free or else the food needed to be MUCH better!
