   Food was overrated. Wasn’t a big fan of the food. Service was good. Terrible seating where they had us I had to keep moving to the side and sucking down as waiters were walking by with big food trays over your head. Good experience but I wouldn’t recommend.

   From the gentleman at the front door to the hostess was first class. They were very friendly and welcoming.The bartender Rico was great, drinks were amazing, my lady had a margarita and I had a mango mojito.Then we were seated, that’s when Danni our server took over. She was fantastic, very friendly and upbeat knowledgeable about the menu and helpful. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back soon

   It was amazing. My friends and I went to celebrate our best friend who was relocating to start her medical residency, and we could not stop raving about the food. From the appetizers to the dessert, it was absolutely delicious.

   We happened to go to the time square location of Brooklyn chop house on a Friday night and it was relatively quiet we were quickly seated and the service was amazing. One of the waiters toured us around their basement and rooftop spaces and shared the restaurants managers card for further engagement. The mash potatoes are absolutely delicious with a great smooth consistency and I also ended up getting the lamp chops cooked medium and they were perfect… i mean i want to go again tomorrow. This is definitely to celebrate a birthday for a special occasion.

    Food was outstanding. Service was very good. Waitress was knowledgeable about the menu. When ordering drinks they did not have two choices available. Waitress recommended a delicious third choice. When finished she had a complimentary piece of fantastic cheesecake sent to the table. Chose this restaurant because of its location near the Imperial theater where we had play tickets. Would highly recommend if you are in Manhattan to attend a Broadway show to have your pre theatre meal here.

    Small plates galore! Mouth watering choices and something for everyone. We ordered the reuben dumplings!! Talk about unusual. It struck us and we had to try it. Totally delicious. Our other small plates were just as special. Don't miss the rock shrimp tempura. Another great choice. We had 2 other small plates and it was plenty for the 2 of us. Four small plates replaced a single dinner for each of us and we had great variety instead of only one selection. We will be back for another sampling from the varied menu.

    Absolute horrible experience. Had a reservation at 9:30 didn’t get seated till like 10:20. And I’m not sure if our waiters shift was over or sum but she took our order and never came back. Didn’t receive our food till like 11:00 and they only brought out two of our items we ordered. Thankfully they said we didn’t have to pay cause it was absolutely atrocious.

    Brooklyn chop house met expectations as far as dining in a fancy place with elegant decorum for a special occasion. Great vibe, drinks were amazingly crafted. Food was exquisite (steak well done but not void of flavor or texture). I arrived late but was still seated in fair amount of time. Expect to pay over $200 if dining for two (2). For full experience, expect more. Drinks are exorbitant in price. Tables for smaller parties lack considerable size. Beautiful backdrops for photos to commemorate occasion. Server was polite, just not attentive but the house was busy so it could be because of that. Definitely worth going back for upscale outings, but certainly not budget friendly so keep that in mind. Steak and dumplings were A+. Napkin on table was dirty. Overall a great experience in the city. If you plan on driving, consider parking is limited (but not impossible), so weekend is highly suggested if you don’t mind the typical time square crowd.

    Had a 10 o’clock reservation waited 40 minutes for the table then another hour for the food. The waiter only came to the table twice and didn’t even ask how our food was. Def didn’t deserve a 120 automatic tip.

    This was my first time at this location. I must say that the restaurant is really nice. Great atmosphere, professional staff, and outstanding food. The service was impeccable. Really enjoyed my time. It's definitely bigger than the original spot downtown. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting NY.

    Celebrated Mother’s Day with my son and we had a great time. The food was delicious. Ordered the beef and broccoli, chicken satay, sweet and sour chicken and pork fried rice. Everything was on point. The decor is beautiful. The playlist is AMAZING oldies RnB/hip hop. I will definitely return.

    This was my first time her. The food was mediocre and pricey for the lack of flavor. The menu wasn’t very descriptive so ordering wasn’t the easiest. The staff and service was AMAZING, location was convenient. (Was in town for a show and hotel was in walking distance) overall it wasn’t bad but wasn’t good.

    It was a nice intimate dinner with great service from Amanda. All staff payed attention to reservation notes and acknowledged the special occasion we were celebrating. Amanda made it even more special and surprised us with a delicious dessert. Can’t wait to return!

    Everything was great but, I put that it was my gf’s birthday when booking the reservation so they would come out and surprise her singing happy birthday. None of that happened… And the gentleman in the front was was too persistent on no one wearing hates which workers in the venue have hats on. I kind of felt he was singling me and my step daughter that was 11 out but I didn’t let him get to me, but from the front door and 2 times inside that’s a bit excessive you know if a person is wearing a hat for a reason. You’re letting ppl in wearing sweatsuits nor does the site state it’s a dress code and I’ve had friends that have gone there and told me there is no dress code… So I’m not sure what the older “Black” gentleman in the front real agenda was… I would recommend this place but maybe another location if he’s in the front of the restaurant he’s rude as well.
