Brouillon Café/Buvette est un endroit formidable où la nourriture est une expérience toujours pleine de saveurs explosives et fraîches. Les personnes qui y sont travaillent sont d'une attention touchante et tellement amicale. Chacune de mes visites à ce restaurant sont restés de magnifiques souvenirs et à chaque fois que j'y reviens, je suis marqué de moments de bonheur. Merci à vous tous et BRAVO à Cheffe! XXX

Nous sommes arrivés au restaurant et avons attendu 30 minutes avant qu’un employé vienne nous voir. Nous avons ensuite commandé un verre et avons attendu un autre 15 minutes sans rien recevoir. Nous avons finalement décidés de quitter avant de recevoir nos verres et avons averti notre serveur. C’est dommage mais le service ne nous a pas donné envie d’y retourner

Good food, nice staff and place. We really appreciated the quietness of the Brouillon, it's rare to find a restaurant where you don't have to shout to be heard! Would definitely recommend.

Un accueil très chaleureux et discret. Le personnel est très attentionné et courtois, mais très discret qui permet de belles discussions sans coupure. Nous avons eu droit à de belles recommandations de vins nature et de cocktails. En bonus, le staff nous a offert une demande spéciale que nous avions faite lors de notre réservation. Merci encore pour cet accueil, nous reviendrons vous voir avec le sourire. 🤗

One of the most interresting bar in St Hubert street, for food and drinks. We just discovered a very curious orange French wine and I discovered a dish from New Orléans I guess quite surpirsing too. So yes to be discovered and booked if you want to be sat on table on sturday p.m. / evening.

On est assurément bien accompagné chez Brouillon. Bien conseillés dans nos choix pour le menu et le vin, l’équipe est chaleureuse et disponible. Bref, on a aimé (et bien mangé!)

Aucune option sans Gluten pour remplacer des croutons, c'est surprenant en 2023. La qualité de la nourriture est 'correcte' sans plus. Option très limité de vins 'au verre'.

Really nice place but so overpriced. Food is ok, service was very friendly for 2 person out of 3 but the prices were too high for what it is. Go for a drink but no more!
