   We missed parking entrance so ended up crossing bridge and coming back took about 15mins. If there is some explanation for parking would be great. I enjoyed the food and service over all.

   Every thing was good except the parking ! It was a nightmare and kind of ruined our evening, as this was the first time there, we had to find a parking machine, so we went into the restaurant to ask for the location , by the time we got to the machine there was already a parking ticket , at the price of $98.00! That’s only 10 mins, it’s crazy, and we had to wait for the next day to call Impark to dispute it ! I think something should be done about this or the restaurant will lose business!

    The food was good, albeit leaning on the pricier side. For our table of three, we shared the bone-in ribeye & bone marrow ($185), Brussels sprouts ($16), truffle potatoes ($12), and truffle mushroom gnocchi ($30). We were denied the Happy Hour and lounge menu because we were sitting in the dining room area (instead of the lounge). We wanted to order nachos, but no luck. The restaurant is inflexible and unwilling to accommodate a very simple request, which is quite baffling. What was really upsetting was the coke that was ordered. It was filled to the top with ice. The drink was so diluted that the coke was light-coloured instead of the typical dark brown. By the time the drink was finished, the cup was literally 75% filled with ice, which makes all of this feel kind of like a scam, to be honest. If you still decide to come, be forewarned that the restaurant charges a “kitchen tip”, so you may want to adjust accordingly. I suppose it makes sense, though. With the service you’re given at this expensively-priced restaurant, it doesn’t seem fair to penalize the kitchen for putting out good food.

    We've been to Bruno before and really enjoyed it. However this time we came hoping to enjoy breakfast and we were really disappointed to find out that breakfast ended at 10. When I asked the server about it she kind of gave a bit of a blunt response that "breakfast is done" and then walked away. I would still recommend Bruno to friends for dinner but it makes sense now why it was so empty in there on a Sunday morning.

    Went for dine out lunch. Thought it was good value on paper but the food was terrible. Burger was dry, chowder was overly salty, duck tagliatelle was inedible (way too salty). Service was okay.

    Ordered steak, scallop risotto, oysters and pork belly. All the food seemed over priced and portions small. Oysters didn’t taste that good, pork belly tasted dry inside. Scallop risotto didn’t have much scallops and steak was small. It’s a good attempt for richmond but hotel restaurants like victor at parc blow this hotel away by a long shot in every way. Only saving grace was the Chinese girl server which did a great job describing and romanticizing the food items with her vocabulary, tone and style at describing the food. That girl can easily work at better restaurant and probably make great tips.

    We really appreciate the help of our server Kelvin. He is knowledgeable and pro-active to help on any question. It is our anniversary and he make sure we have a wonderful time. The only down side is the steak. The menu did not specify it is pre-cut, which make it get cold quite fast, and they should inform the vegetable contains Cayenne Peppers, which is not a pleasant experience for non-spicy eater like me.

    Really fresh tasting and great quality food! The seaood brunch was amazing, personally I'd remove the bacon and maybe decrease the size of the cornbread because it was very filling, but in terms of taste and food value it was all incredible!

    The restaurant was able to accommodate our reservation changing from a party of 5 to 6 although they weren’t answering their phone. Food is heavily salted often, with no exception to the octopus that was very salty to where it was bitter even. Timing of the food was great at the beginning but declined quickly where our rib eye was cold when we began to eat it as we were still finishing the sable fish. The steak was surprisingly under seasoned. Expected a bit more attentiveness with the service for how small the restaurant is but wasn’t terrible.

    The food was good but the timing of when the food arrived at out table was a bit off. We ordered the Kurobata pork belly and the lemon gnocchi which have very different flavour profiles but both dishes ended up arriving at the same time. I also expected that we would be been asjed if we needed new plates since the sauce from the pork belly was a bit messy. The ceiling of this place is quite low so the noise level is quite high, not somewhere you'd want to go to if you wanted to have some good conversation. Overall the food was good and the service attentive but not sure if I'd come back as there are many options in the lower mainland. Also it's paid parking only unlike other hotel restaurants that comp your parking if you're dining there.

    We ordered two Main plates and one of them was not very good. The other one was good. The two small plates was very nice and one salad specially done for us was very good. The service was good. Lastly, I like to thank the Manager at the end of our meal when I told her how disappointed I was with one of the Main plate. She immediately offered us a complimentary desserts to make up the yucky Main plate. I was very impressed with her customer service. She also gave us the special card where we can get special dishes from the 4 restaurants in the hotel. Thanks.
