    The waiter needs to show more enthusiasm in welcome customers. He shouldn't mix up food of different tables. The main courses should have a bit more carbohydrates. Birthday Tiramisu is great!

    Went during their Saturday brunch buffet. Great presentation. Food tasted great and the staff was really attentive. There was a cocktail flight for $22 which was really good. I definitely go back

    Food and cocktails are delightful! We were wowed by all the food presentations - from appetizers to dessert! Food quality is also impressive. We orders the steak share plate and it was cooked to perfection! Service was attentive and very responsive. Overall we had a very enjoyable time and experience at Bruno. Will definitely come back.

    This place checked off all my boxes. Did the 89$ special… no need to order extra, everything listed is served and sufficient portions. Favorite was the rigatoni (rich tasty sauce), least favorite was the short ribs and smashed potatoes. Impressive chocolate bark and tiramisu 👏🏻. Our waiter read in between the lines and was thoroughly impressed with his attention to detail. Would def come back to experience more great foods.

    I recently dined at Bruno, Initially drawn in by Instagram hype, I was eager to see what all the fuss was about. Unfortunately, my expectations were far from met. First and foremost, the food left much to be desired. It felt like I was dining at a standard hotel restaurant rather than the trendy spot I had anticipated with exceptional tasty food. What disappointed me the most was the repetitive use of garnishes and sauces across various dishes. It seemed like a lack of creativity in the kitchen, resulting in a repetitive and uninspired menu. On the bright side, I have no complaints about their Prime Rib Sunday . It's a classic dish that, in my opinion, they couldn't go wrong with. It was a redeeming feature of the meal. Another significant letdown was the unprofessional management. It's crucial for an establishment to maintain a high level of professionalism, and this was clearly lacking during my visit. In summary, Bruno's Instagram fame didn't translate into an exceptional dining experience. The food lacked creativity and was surprisingly repetitive, but the Prime. Rib was a saving grace. If you decide to give it a try, I'd recommend sticking to the classics and hoping for an improvement in other areas.

    My pasta dish was mediocre at best. Some pasta pieces were still hard and it was barely warm. I like my food hot. The steak and duck were better.

    We chose to celebrate Father's Day there, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. I will certainly be recommending it to my friends without hesitation.

    We missed parking entrance so ended up crossing bridge and coming back took about 15mins. If there is some explanation for parking would be great. I enjoyed the food and service over all.

    Unfortunately we could not try set menu Every one on the table has to partcipate Which we did not understand because we were not sharing third parson was Veggitarian So she could not appriciate the meal she chosen her own so we ends up order individual which down selling!!!

    I've had a few experiences at this restaurant where the staff have been very dismissive. I was running late for the reservation and I tried calling the restaurant to let them know and no one picked up. When we arrived they said we never tried to contact them and in fact they tried to contact us but my phone never rang. They then told us that they were closing for transition to dinner service. After some discussion they did agree to seat us in the bar area and served us there, but I really didn't appreciate the way the staff tried to shift the blame on me saying I never tried to phone or notify them I was running late.

    Every thing was good except the parking ! It was a nightmare and kind of ruined our evening, as this was the first time there, we had to find a parking machine, so we went into the restaurant to ask for the location , by the time we got to the machine there was already a parking ticket , at the price of $98.00! That’s only 10 mins, it’s crazy, and we had to wait for the next day to call Impark to dispute it ! I think something should be done about this or the restaurant will lose business!

    The food was good, albeit leaning on the pricier side. For our table of three, we shared the bone-in ribeye & bone marrow ($185), Brussels sprouts ($16), truffle potatoes ($12), and truffle mushroom gnocchi ($30). We were denied the Happy Hour and lounge menu because we were sitting in the dining room area (instead of the lounge). We wanted to order nachos, but no luck. The restaurant is inflexible and unwilling to accommodate a very simple request, which is quite baffling. What was really upsetting was the coke that was ordered. It was filled to the top with ice. The drink was so diluted that the coke was light-coloured instead of the typical dark brown. By the time the drink was finished, the cup was literally 75% filled with ice, which makes all of this feel kind of like a scam, to be honest. If you still decide to come, be forewarned that the restaurant charges a “kitchen tip”, so you may want to adjust accordingly. I suppose it makes sense, though. With the service you’re given at this expensively-priced restaurant, it doesn’t seem fair to penalize the kitchen for putting out good food.

    We've been to Bruno before and really enjoyed it. However this time we came hoping to enjoy breakfast and we were really disappointed to find out that breakfast ended at 10. When I asked the server about it she kind of gave a bit of a blunt response that "breakfast is done" and then walked away. I would still recommend Bruno to friends for dinner but it makes sense now why it was so empty in there on a Sunday morning.

    Went for dine out lunch. Thought it was good value on paper but the food was terrible. Burger was dry, chowder was overly salty, duck tagliatelle was inedible (way too salty). Service was okay.

    Ordered steak, scallop risotto, oysters and pork belly. All the food seemed over priced and portions small. Oysters didn’t taste that good, pork belly tasted dry inside. Scallop risotto didn’t have much scallops and steak was small. It’s a good attempt for richmond but hotel restaurants like victor at parc blow this hotel away by a long shot in every way. Only saving grace was the Chinese girl server which did a great job describing and romanticizing the food items with her vocabulary, tone and style at describing the food. That girl can easily work at better restaurant and probably make great tips.

    We really appreciate the help of our server Kelvin. He is knowledgeable and pro-active to help on any question. It is our anniversary and he make sure we have a wonderful time. The only down side is the steak. The menu did not specify it is pre-cut, which make it get cold quite fast, and they should inform the vegetable contains Cayenne Peppers, which is not a pleasant experience for non-spicy eater like me.

    The food was AMAZING!!!! My second visit, first was dinner, this time was lunch. Service exceeded expectations. The bathrooms are beautiful. Great stop, will be back for sure.
