Good quality wasn’t great, everything tasted the same. It was very loud and hard to converse. It has a cool atmosphere though and lots to look at.

Limited over priced menu for Fathers Day. Quality of food was disappointing, dry salmon with steamed rice and broccoli and shrimp feast came with 3 types of battered shrimp and fries. Did not feel well after the meal. Would not go back again.

The Bubba Gump experience does not exist here. It’s completely absent. The staff throughout the entire restaurant don’t seem to have the training for the 7 steps of service nor have they been trained on how to offer the Bubba Gump experience that literally EVERY OTHER BGs practices. No reference to the movie or purpose of the theme. If you ignored a bit of the flair decorations, you’d swear you were at a Denny’s What a shame

Rather loud place. Hard to chat. Chicken tenders were good. Clam chowder was watery. Hush puppies were good. Otherwise not exceptional. Easy to get a table even for Saturday lunch.

It took 20 minutes to even have a server visit our table and it was not busy. We ordered water and out food right away. THEN it took another 15 minutes to get a the water to the table. The table behind us came in 10 minutes after us and was eating 10 minutes before us . Our waitress asked twice how our food was, and each time she came we asked for more sauce, and each time she came back with nothing and asked again how the meal was. Very disappointed. Also the sauce included with our meal was poured all over our French fries and made them soggy. She offered us an extra side of fries for a value of $5.99!

Never tried Bubba Gump before thought to try it. Ordered the calamari, garlic toast, and jambalaya. Fed two quite well. It was quite salty, but tasty. It was fun to see Forrest Gump on the tv while watching the Oilers game. We'd go again.

Meals were ok but steak was over cooked and only one small scoop of potatoes. Wife’s salmon meal was good other than a bland scoop of rice that she couldn’t eat. Garlic toast very chewy and way over priced for the small piece we were given.A bit pricey for what we got as far as the meals, My not go back.

Food was disappointing. I thought lobster butter sauce would have lots of flavour, but it didn’t. Also, there was barely any sauce, so the rice had to be eaten plain. Portion was small for the money.

We went for a Sunday night meal after a full day at the WEM attractions. Like most things at the WEM, the price does seem a little inflated for the experience, but we enjoyed our meal. The staff were friendly and helpful, but obviously a little short handed, which seems to be the norm everywhere.

Service was extremely poor. Host led us to a table, pointed at it, I suppose signalling it was ours, but she simply kept on walking away. She did not explain how the sign signals worked (Bubba Gump has signs to indicate if you need service or not), she did not offer us water and did not say anybody will be right with us. After sitting for 10 min, a waitress finally came. We were able to order everything all at once as we had waited so long. Took about 10 minutes for our drinks to come. The food came shortly after the drinks, but missing one dish. We were told the missing dish would be right out. We started our meal and somehow half of it was already cold. After 10 minutes of eating and now with empty drinks, we flipped our sign to signal we wanted service (as the missing dish still had yet to come). After another 15 minutes or so of waiting, and now finished eating and with empty plates in front of us, a busboy came and asked if we needed anything. We said the bill. He said someone would be right with us (note that he did not clear a single dish off the table). We waited another 10 minutes until I finally got up and walked to the host (who was standing in the middle of the restaurant) to ask for the waitress. I pointed at who our waitress was and the host assured me I was wrong, that person was not my waitress, and that she’d send my correct waitress right over. Again, 10 more minutes and nobody came. So now my partner got up and went to the same host who assured my partner she had sent someone to talk to us. About 5 minutes after that, our waitress finally came and said the manager would be coming to speak to us. It was another 10 minute wait for that!!! Anyway, it was a unorganized cluster the likes of which I have never seen. The manager ended up bringing us the bill, and of course, it included the charge for the missing dish. They did fix the charge and also comped us 20% off of the bill. That was nice, but not worth my family and I going back.

The ambiance and the service was great for a first time visiting the establishment. Though the fish I ordered was really good, the chicken my date ordered was average however I'll skip on the gravy next time as I wasn't impressed.

Limited menu choices and high prices for the average quality/portions of the food and presentation. The shrimp are on the smaller side; by the time they are fried, they aren't juicy. The flavours are unremarkable. The service is nice enough.

So the menu has been down sized and you get a rather ugly laminated piece of paper to choose from a limited amount of dishes . Not knowing that before hand kind of ruined the whole experience. Only two desert choices , some type of cookie and a piece of cheese cake. I chose the cheese cake . It was rather small and wasn't very tasty... almost tasted freezer burnt Food was decent but a bit pricey . Table and condiments on it could have used a good cleaning (crusty tops and finger prints)

Very slow service. Took 15 minutes for waitress to come over and Took 30 minutes to get a glass of water and a drink. The menu is very limited now. I would recommend as it is bubba gump but was not to impressed.
