Our waitress, Nyah was fantastic! She came over to our table to see if our server had been over and offered to take care of us! She was so pleasant and attentive, what a treat in NYC!!

Started off with being walked to a table when the guy said follow me he literally set the menus on a table for 8 people and walked off without saying anything we stopped and thought so we sit here or is he coming back? There were only 2 of us, another waiter seen us looking confused as to Why he left us there so she said sit at this booth it’s better for 2. The table was dirty she said one moment I will get that cleaned, she didn’t come back. We sat down at the unclean table waiting on her to return she didn’t. Another waiter come over said I’m your server can I take your drink order. We ordered drinks I asked him could he clean the table, he said someone will come now. 20 mins later we get are drinks still the table is not cleaned. Asked him again when delivering our drinks he said “that’s not my job I will get him to come soon” eventually 35 minutes later after asking again the table got cleaned. Food ordered and then the cocktails came out after a long wait. Food arrived in my side of Mac and cheese there was something that I can only explain as a Large hard pip of some sort that I ate with the first mouth full and it put me off. The waiter asked was everything okay I showed him what was in it and he said “ ohh I’m not sure what that is” and walked away. When he came back to clear the table he said you don’t want this I explained again no this was in the middle of it and he said, ohh I’m not sure ah well. I then had to ask for it to be took of my bill. Very busy which I understand with it being a holiday period but the service and food was very poor would not recommend

The heat was cranked way too much. Nearly breaking a sweat just sitting at the table. The rest was your standard bubba gump experience. If you’ve liked going to these restaurants, you’ll enjoy yourself here.

We went for our granddaughter’s birthday. She ordered Mac and cheese no bread crumbles on top, it was delicious! Coconut shrimp was great, Cole slaw was great. Had to ask for more ice tea. Birthday cookie with ice cream was big enough for 4 people to eat. Our waiter was very friendly.

I definitely need to come here again before rating them. I loved the place but not the food i ordered. I got the lobster and shrimp rolls and they were not good. No seasoning at all. A little sprinkle of old bay would have gone a long way for flavor. The service was good and fast though. The place was clean. The bathrooms were spotless.

Poor food much smaller portions than used to be and $14.50 for a budl light even places like tavern on the green and bond 45 didn’t charge anywhere near that price for more premium lagers hard rock next door only $8 total rip off

We visited last week from UK having visited other restaurants in Las Vegas Orlando and San Francisco we where little disappointed service was very poor our server basically didn’t serve us restaurant was far too busy for the amount of staff waited 20 minutes for cutlery and drinks poor no tip was left as server only seated us we where served by 4 different people

Took an hour to get our food then the appetisers and entrees came out together. The food was warm at best and when we mentioned our dissatisfaction to the waiter he was dismissive of the issues and just walked off. What was one of my favourite places to eat has nose dived very quickly after tonight

Great food and our server Manny was excellent. The reservation and getting to the table process is CHAOTIC and rude. We arrived on time for our reservation and were skipped by 5 groups who just walked in. When we finally made it to the next queue, we were greeted by an insanely rude associate who demanded I show him proof of our reservation even though we had already checked in downstairs. Don't bother making a reservation... it means nothing at this establishment. Oh, and while walking to your table, beware of servers yelling at you to get out of their way. Won't be back.

Food and drinks were great and the manager hooked us up with several souvenir take home glasses! Perfect date night right before Harry Potter and The Cursed Child on Broadway! Can’t wait to come back.

Had a booking but walked into the entrance and met with confused staff and a 20 minute wait. Eventually taken upstairs, for a further 20 minute wait. From that point in, the waitress was great, friendly and relaxed. Food and drink arrived in good time and tasted great. Overall a good experience and would go back again m.

Food service was really poor main course came out 2 mins after starters told server want main course out when starter finished 5 further attempts to bring our food out. Last time it came out was told this has been new plate . Started to eat this food luke warm but so hungry started to eat only to have a hot plate brought out 10 mins later. Serving staff lie , one of the managers was really good and resolved our unhappiness but won’t return again

I ordered dairy free it cames with buttter. I’m allergic. So I asked to redo with no butter, then the came just the salmon, ‘cause “everthing was with butter” And the other dish delayed 1h ,so they said someone canceled it. It was awful!

Das Essen war sehr gut. Unser Kellner "Logan" war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht, die Lautstärke dafür noch ganz angenehm. Einzig unser Tisch direkt neben der Kasse war nicht ganz so schön.
