We love Buca! Always go here when we are on vacation in Florida. Our server was very friendly and attentive and love the edgy but funny pics on the wall. Hope they never go away.

Service was a little slow at times between ordering and food coming out after appetizers, but I think the restaurant was short staffed without a bartender so it became a little slower with our server having to make the drinks.

Food was excellent as was the service. I brought my 93 year old mother for the first time here to celebrate her birthday and she really enjoyed it. Food Presentation was beautiful and unique. Great place!

IT WAS A HORRIBLE SERVICE! The server was very unprofessional. We had to wait a long time to place the order. No water refills, no bread…but at the end she highlights the amount of the tip! No one came to ask how was the food or if everything was fine. Very unpleasant and expensive dinner.

The food was delicious and the portion sizes were huge! We easily got a reservation for a party of 11, ordered 5 small items, one large salad, and 5 kids pizzas and left with 3 huge leftover boxes. We had an absolute blast!

The calamari was great but for the portion size it was a bit expensive. The shrimp fra diavolo was great and you can adjust the spice level if you want. The staff was really nice and friendly. Would go again.

Service was horrible! Took 20 minutes for us to be approached by server and another 20 minutes to get drinks and place food order. One hour to get food. Calamari was over cooked and spaghetti with meat sauce bland, no favor at all. Caesar salad was good. Mother’s Day experience was worst ever. We all drove over an hour for this day with family. Will never eat here again. The noise level was loud which is expected with celebration day. The dinning room temperature was out of control, felt like we were seated in kitchen by oven. So disappointed!!!

We sat in the bar area. We had an amazing dinner. Our server/bartender was amazing. 3 of us shared Apple Gorgonzola salad, shrimp scampi pasta and garlic cheese bread. Soooo delicious and the SMALL was perfect for us. Wanted to order more because everything looked soo good but we were going out after and didn’t want leftovers sitting in the car. Oh well, We’ll just have to come back. Thanks for a great time!! Sorry forgot our bartender/servers name but we had a great rapport with her and really enjoyed her service and humor!!! Thank you.

We used to enjoy Buca but this was not a good experience. It took about 10 minutes to have a server come over and then we waited another 20 for bread. The servers seemed very overwhelmed. He was tending bar and serving multiple tables. The chicken parm was ok but did not come w any pasta. Adding pasta was another $20 which seemed excessive. Unfortunately, we won’t be going back anytime soon.

The food Is not As good as it used to be, meatballs and chicken parm were sooo bland. There was one server in the back so loud practically yelling we couldn’t even hear each other speak. Our server was great but that’s all I can say. I will try the one in Winter Park again to see if it’s just that location but after that it will be my last time visiting Bucca

It’s Buca do Beppo, which means great value for your money…IF you come with 3+ people. Buca has great food and massive quantities. I had nice service, and a good meal. The theming is fun, unless you don’t like the dark ambiance. On special occasion you can ask to eat in the kitchen, which is a great treat.

When we were seated the large table beside us was extremely loud. Our waiter NEVER mentioned the free loaf bread (which we forgot about) and instead ordered the cheese toast. When we mentioned it later, he just sort of chuckled. Our waiter was so busy with a large party in one of the “round” rooms, that we very rarely saw him. This was our worst experience at Buca di Beppo.

Everything was fine. But food used to be better. Garlic bread was basic- used to have fresh garlic slices on it. Spaghetti with meatballs- hardly no sauce, had to ask for me. Chicken Marsala, 3 4-5oz chicken breasts for $33- rip off! What a shame. Last time dining there, and no wonder no one there!

For a Valentine’s Day dinner, there was multiple 12 top tables. So they were very busy but I didn’t wait long for my food. Everything was delicious, nothing missed that night. Props to the back of house crew for crushing the rush and for my server, she did a phenomenal job.

Service was excellent, the food was excellent as always, the only down is that in their website stated they were not taking reservations, but when I went to open table made a reservation in case it was needed and when we arrived they were turning down a couple ppl ahead of us due to no reservation. Overall I will continue to drive 1 hour to eat here.
