We went here with some friends visiting us after were to get good Italian cooking and boy everything was absolutely the Best! The atmosphere, service, food everything. It's nice to take out friends and everyone of us enjoyed it fully. So much so that we were all talking about it the next day. Thanks so much to our waiter Cory and staff.

We are very familiar with the Bucca in Kansas City and have come to expect great food, good service, and a lively atmosphere. At this location the “mixed greens” salad was effectively two bags of “spring mix” (mostly iceberg), a half a red onion, and some dressing. Very disappointing for a $25 salad. The spaghetti marinara also left a lot to be desired. The noodles were definitely not finished in any sauce, and the marinara was incredibly watery. We had two orders of breadsticks and requested one without parmesan (normally included). When both came out without parm the server’s response was “the cook only speaks Spanish” which was a really weird thing to say other than “sorry we messed that up” Add this to the overall noise level and it was a disappointing experience for a restaurant chain we normally enjoy.

The food is always consistently great here. We tend to get the same dishes for our family get-togethers; chicken fettuccine alfredo, bruschetta, apple gorgonzola salad, and chicken limone. All were delivered exceptionally well prepared and piping hot! Never a complaint at the Buca! Staffing issues have found there way here too. Heard the bartender and a manager getting into a heated debate over work schedules. That is a big No-No in front of patrons.

Thanksgiving. They were serving a holiday feast. I don’t recall seeing that it was for three people. There were only two of us so it cost a little more but the food was excellent. I was very happy with everything and because it could feed at least three people we did have leftovers.
