The food was mediocre at best, and very expensive. The broccoli was undercooked and bland. The fried calamari was rubbery with a small serving for the price. The fried mozzarella had a flavorless breading. The bread was really good!!

Very cool history and place to eat. The portions are HUGE so defs get one plate for 2-3 people!! Greatt taste! There was a family that ruined our experience, not the restaurantes fault! We will be back to try again in hopes that we have a better experience!

Went to Buca di Beppo for my bday with 13 friends—we LOVED it! From all the pictures and art all around the restaurant and restrooms, to the excellent family style plating—everything was perfect! We absolutely recommend it for large groups & celebrations, the drinks and wine selection were magnificent as well!

One if my favorite locations for the holiday 12/22/2021 and 12/03/2019. Not the experience i have had in the past. I am not sure I want to continue a family tradition. cold food, no apps...hate the thought of going to Olive garden.

The food and ambiance is always divine at Buca, as long as you do not mind the noise of a bustling restaurant. Last night we had a wonderful waiter, but we were a bit abandoned when another larger party came in. Still, we will always come back for more of the great food and the spirit of Buca!

We had reservation for 6 people at 7pm. We were seated only at 7:45pm. Table was not ready and a lot of people showed up that their tables were not ready either. We waited forever for our food. Our kids were starving after a sport competition and their pizza didn’t arrive. Table next to us who arrived after us, received our pizza and we had to wait for a new pizza to be made which took even longer. Cheese pizza smelled horrible and my son could not eat it and had to request plain pasta instead and wait longer for his food. Waiter seemed a bit confused and always said that he was sure we received something that we never received. They promised us complementary desert due to the massive delay in sitting us. So we ordered one larger sundae desert and waited too long . Waiter never showed up and eventually when we called him he was again surprised to hear that we never received the desert since he was SURE that we got it. The other table received it again instead of us. So we had to wait again for them to prepare the desert. So for a casual dinner that was supposed to be between 7-8pm max, we came in at 7 and paid our check at 10. We were in this restaurant before in Salt Lake City, UT and Pizza was excellent and not smelly and service was good. Very bad experience in this branch
