Chicken fettuccine Alfredo was horrible. Sauce had no flavor and chicken tasted like it was freezer bured and not seasoned like it was just boiled. Stouffer's frozen is way better.

The BOGO advertisement is misleading. Ordered 2 lunches and a dude salad. Instead of getting one free lunch, they said salad was lunch portion so they deducted the salad since it was the lesser cost.?

Service was ok..$15 for 15min wait for a cocktail…and that set the tone…lasagne was a tad bit very wet and not firm….The stuffed mushrooms were tasty…and the garlic bread wasn’t freshly made you could taste premade frozen..I’ll try a local spot and the price would be comparable

We went for lunch, wanted something better than a stupid fast food joint. Bucs di Beppo was amazing. Service was 5 star, had a few great interactions. Recommended a couple excellent plates. OMG they were good. They were so good we opted more to go so we could have dinner and lunch tomorrow. Such a great experience.

We told our waitress we were cool as the air conditioning vent was right over out table. She moved us outside where it was quiet, comfortable and just a perfect evening. Michelle was our wait staff and she was OUTSTANDING.

Our server, Sam, was very responsive and helpful. Food wise, the lasagna was slightly dry if that is possible, but still decent enough to eat. Overall the experience was good.

The food was sub par for the price. The margherita pizza was tasteless. The baked ziti was also tasteless, a far cry from what a true baked ziti should be. They should not be called an Italian restaurant, it’s really a disgrace for the Italians even Italian Americans.

You must reserve the kitchen table on your visit. I mean the food taste for its self. But having the meal at the kitchen table is a next level experience.

We ordered the lasagna and the spaghetti with meat sauce. They both tasted good, but their flavors were not what I remember them to be. The prices have gone up considerably. It took quite a while to get my glass of wine.

Everything is deep fried and greasy. It’s a lot of food but not great tasting. Service was slow. No options to get a small size order. I don’t think I will go back.

Seated in bar - server/bar tender had no interest in our business. I asked about a birthday email I was sent about a week before that I had not deleted but disappeared from my e-mail. Was told that since I couldn’t produce email that I was this out of luck. The only issue was a free dessert and she made no effort to resolve. She was generally rude and clearly annoyed we were there. Didn’t even wish me a happy birthday. WORST service ever at any Buca! I have an event planned next month at another Buca for a large family & may change due to this experience. On the other hand the food was spectacular as usual!

Enjoyed very much. We met very nice and friendly chef Anthony checking with us off and on. Asked us 4 if we felt any of the dishes foods need improvements or changes. He also gathered up staff to sing happy birthday to my sister and I. He spoke with us about 4 to 5 times throuout our dinner that we all enjoyed conversation and how he added to our time there. Our server very attentive and timely with drinks and food and afterwards. We made a online reservation. No one aknowledged us until after 10 mins arriving. Lora Werry

Horrible service. Waiter never came back to check on us after taking our order. We had to ask for bread and it came out with butter or the oil and vinger. We had to hunt somebody down for our check and drink refills. Food came out all at different times, one entree came out, then 10 minute later a kids meal, 10 minutes after that our sides. Their 3-4 person chicken limone had two half chicken breast. Epic fail…

Took my mom out for thanksgiving dinner…a lot of food since it’s family style for 3-4 people easily. The turkey was surprisingly good, moist and nicely browned skin. The salad and pasta added to the mashies, green beans stuffing and cranberry sauce made it overwhelming for the two of us…needless to say we had lots of leftovers. It was a nice meal.

We were a little late for lunch (traffic!) but our server got the OK from the chef to honor the lunch menu. The food was great - salads nice and cold and crisp; entrees steaming hot and tasty. Birthday sundae incredible!

We were here on a tasting mission for an upcoming catered birthday event and we were sampling two of their dishes. The lasagna and spaghetti and meat sauce. We also had a tossed green salad and a caesar salad. The salads were the best part of the meal. The lasagna was terrible! It looked like a cake with some sauce on it. It was mostly cheese(way too much of it) and sauce. The noodles were almost nonexistent. The spaghetti was much better, but not worth ordering for our large event. Needless to say we were very disappointed after spending over $200. for four of us. Two pasta dishes, two salads, a bottle of cheap chanti and tip. We won't be back .

The only downside of Buca is that their food is only served family style so there's always waaaay too much food for my husband and me. That being said, we like the food and the atmosphere enough to eat there every 3 months or so. We know we'll be taking home lots of food but that's okay. We like leftovers. I had the antipasti salad, which is always excellent. There's plenty of meat, cheese, and veggies; unlike some restaurants that really load their salads with lettuce. Gotta love their house Italian dressing too. Soooo good! Hubby had spaghetti with meat sauce and a side of hot sausages. He said it was great. While the bill was higher than what we usually spend for our Friday night dinner date, I don't have to cook dinner tonight and probably again on Monday night, so we're saving on groceries. Maybe next time, we can plan ahead and bring some friends so we can enjoy a bigger variety of dishes.

Prices got really expensive for small drinks and value of food. Paid more than at fine dining. Restaurant was hot temperature inside. Only certain rooms had air conditioning working. Might be worth it for takeout. The bait with small portions price and you pay extra amount for large portions. So average large is $50. Place was almost empty at 7:30pm on a Friday

For 3 we had small plates: Baked Ziti, Antipasti Salad and Prosciutto Chicken. For drinks: 1 bottle of Barbera ($48) and 1 kids Chocolate milk. Total Bill was $172 ... back out the wine and still we are $120 for 3. Cost felt pretty steep. Would I recommend? I am 50/50... if you have 4 or more...probably yes. 3 or less... go elsewhere.
