The food was not cooked right. My eggplant parmigiana was tough - could hardly cut them and very chewy. The shrimp pasta deavlo had about 10 small shrimp in the bowl of pasta - had to search for it. My salad was missing the Gorgonzola and we had to ask them to bring out

After going to a number of our favorite restaurants recently with terrible service and long waits for our food it was refreshing to go to this restaurant. The server was excellent. Very on top of everything and very attentive. The food came in a timely manner and it was nice and quiet. Overall this was a surprisingly good experience. The food was very good as well.

The service was excellent by the food was absolutely disgusting. The pasta was completely inedible. It was Very mushy, the water had not been salted and we ordered vodka Sauce it was just cream and tomato sauce and totally lacked in flavor. Had the pasta been cooked been remotely properly it would have at least be edible but it was not. The chicken “Marsala” did not resemble chicken Marsala in any way at all. It had a Demi glaze that had no Marsala wine flavor and was Very sweet. I think that dish was probably the worse thing I have never been severed in any restaurant in all my life. I didn’t have high expectations knowing This was casual dining but I didn’t anticipate it being so bad. This was probably the Worst meal I’ve ever had out. I will point out again service was outstanding but to say the food was completely inedible.

We had a group of 9 and sat at the Pope’s table. The food was very good and as always, the portions large. Service was just ok. What I missed about the place is the fun music and energy Buca’s used to have. I could not hear music anywhere in the restaurant. I mentioned it and they told me it was on. Hmmm…

Everything was great as we were celebrating our 39 year old daughters Birthday. From parking to initial greeting , escort thru the kitchen to our table , table assignment at oversized comfortable table , restaurant decor and ambiance to the free colossal dessert and entire staff singing happy birthday. My daughter really enjoyed her special day. Thanks.

Food was okay. Had a server who was not very attentive. Never smiled, had to get his attention to order food. He was more concerned about his hair… Wrote that we were celebrating a birthday-he never asked about it and didn’t bring candles with dessert. Luckily I brought my own. Large party of 8 adults and 5 kids. He really needs a different job. Had to ask several times for more water.

We were a party of 11 of all ages. The wait staff was extraordinarily patient and pleasant with all our requests. The back room was perfect for a large group and we never heard noise from others. The food likewise was excellent. My only suggestion was that the chicken marsala was too sweet. I particularly liked the salad.

All of the servers and the hostess spoke to us on the way out. either :"thanks for coming" or "have a nice evening". The manager came to our table to see how things were, thanked us for coming.

Our server Shayna was really terrific! Downside was the food. Pizza is really just a cracker with sauce on top. Brussel sprouts were literally swimming in oil.

Booked a reservation at Buca do Beppo for 2/10/2023 @8:00pm. We were greeted and sat at a nice comfortable booth promptly. We enjoyed walking through the kitchen on the way to the table. The kitchen was clean and did not seem hectic based on how full the restaurant was. We were greeted by our waiter shortly after sitting down and they took our drink order. It took 15 minutes for the waiter to finally bring our two iced teas for our table, the other drinks arrived quickly with bread and dipping oil. Food took FOREVER to come. I ordered wings with ranch, the ranch had to be requested 4 times until finally the manager grabbed it for us as he was walking by and we had to grab him to get it. By then the wings were cold. The Fettuccine Alfredo was ICE COLD in parts of the bowl as if this was a frozen item and reheated. Not pleased. Pizza didn’t come out with the rest of the orders, one of the guests had to wait 37 minutes for their food. I totally get that it was Super Bowl weekend and a busy location, however for the approx. $150.00 bill, you’d expect better service regardless. I stopped looking at my watch after we spent another 25 minutes waiting for to go containers so we could pay and leave. Won’t be back … There’s a reason it was the only place available on such a short notice and busy weekend. #dobetter

Phil the manager is wonderful! Our group wanted the pope table and he bent over backwards to make that happen for us, we haven’t all been together since before covid and wanted our reunite night to be in that special room. Our servicer, I feel awful that I don’t remember her name, but she was so helpful and sweet. Thank you Phil for being top notch!!

We went to celebrate my birthday (8 friends) and it was awesome! We sat in a sectioned off semi-private room which was awesome. Our server was AMAZING! The food was fresh, hot & delicious. Good for large groups just make sure you have a reservation. Great and authentic family style Italian food. Give it a try!

We have always enjoyed coming here for our annual Christmas Eve dinner. It has always been a tradition in our family. However, the quality of the food has really taken a turn downwards the past few years. Last night was by far pretty poor quality in the food. The chicken marsala is not what it once used to be. Very very thin pieces of chicken But the service was great. Our waiter was fabulous. No complaints there. We were in the back left corner, dining room and it was so hot in there. There was no airflow. It must’ve been 90°. We had to hurry and heat just to be able to get out of that back room to be able to get some air. The kitchen was actually cooler and temperature than the main dining room. Not sure we will be back next year.

After taking our order the waitress asked, “how do you want your bread, fresh or baked garlic?” We now had assumed that the bread was complementary. When we’d received our bill, we’d then realized that the bread cost $12 - very, very deceptive. The $12 was made up by leaving a greatly diminished tip, so the waitress paid for the bread. But, the food was good.

This is a great restaurant and one of few that were open on Thanksgiving day. We had the turkey dinner for three and it was superb. We have leftovers for 2 more meals, so the price given how much food we were served was fantastic. The service was also great for how busy they were. We’ll be back for sure but for pasta next time.

Visited on Thanksgiving. Loved walking through the kitchen to get seated- felt like VIP. Food was delicious and loved the pictures everywhere. Felt like we were eating in an Italian dining room.
