Well it’s telling me to rate the food, service, etc, but it’s kind of hard when it took 35 minutes for a server to never come. Alerted someone 5 times that we haven’t been helped yet but yet no service. Asked to speak to a manger but nobody came to our table. Waiters walked by us, servers, 6 tables sat down after us and got their food before we just ended up leaving. Can’t believe this happened to us after having good service in past visits. Ruined a mother’s day dinner

I liked the vibe of the place, and the service was fine, but the family style menu, with $30+/plate prices, really limits options for a party of two. We got the "Small Quattro al Forno" ($38), thinking it would be a nice sampler with some good variety. While it was a LOT of food for two, everything just blended together and tasted pretty much the same (boring and bland). Also ordered a side of Brussel sprouts & Proscuto ($16). Again, a LOT of food, but it was severely overcooked. The Pinot Grigio (9oz for $13) didn't taste right. Disappointing.

Just terrible from the start. It took forever to order our food, forever to get our food, and when the food was delivered the lasagna was cold on the middle. Total bill almost 200, not even worth it. Will not be going back

1:39 4 •ill 5G% Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant Just went to Buca di Beppo, store #2802 on Lake Mead with our grandkids. Now first thing we like their food to a point. This time when we went the front check in was so messed up. We had reservations and checked in and waited for the girl as she looked for a table for us. That was the last we saw of her. Other guests came in without reservations and were seated. So we asked another hostess that we have been waiting for the other girl so she got us a table. It was such a mess for check in and also for takeout orders too. After we were seated the waiter was quick to get our drink orders and then we got bread also and he took our order. The main reason we came here is cause the grandkids love pasta and as for me I like linguine with white clam sauce as I saw they brought it back I guess as a seasonal think. Now this is where it falls short. All the other pasta came out as usual but wife had to ask for more sauce for the spaghetti and meatballs. Don't know why they just put enough on the first time. Now the linguine w/white clam sauce. Don't know when the Italians changed the recipe but this was nowhere close to the real thing. Linguine was there and so were some clams. The only thing missing was the broth. What was there was more like some kind of cheesy stuff. I guess they should not have brought it back just to ruin it. Also as someone else said, $13 for garlic bread and $3.49 for a kids drink cup. Just stick to water as it's free for now.

It was an amazing meal. Every single item we ordered exceeded expectations! Delicious meal, with attentive and friendly service. This was my first time here but I will be back soon! Portion sizes are family style so come hungry or with people.

Have dined at Buca many times, mostly the east Flamingo location in fact we celebrated Thanksgiving there and enjoyed so much that we decided to go for NYE. The Lake Mead location just lacked from our previous experience. food was almost tasteless and service was intermittent at best. My friend went to use the restroom and she told the hostess on the way out that the ladies room was in dire need of attention, she apologized and said she would be looking into it. Hope this was a one-off because we will try again but maybe not for any special occasion.

Had reservations for Christmas Eve. When we got here there was a hold on all dine in customers because they had too many to-go orders to process. There was no estimated time before they allowed seating again. Turned out they stopped seating at 5:30 and finally allowed it at 6:45. Majority of the people with reservations left. They wouldn’t allow people to sit at a table, you had to wait in the lobby or outside. We waited because most places were already closed and only fast food was open without a reservation. Once we got seated the service was great, it wasn’t the servers fault, they were just as upset. The manager determined that to-go had the priority. I would not recommend this place for a holiday dinner anymore.

Bread was extremely hard and had a solid hard crust on the bottom. Baked ziti was terrible. Sausage tasted funny in the ziti, like it was days old. There were too many parties being held in the main dining room making it very noisy. Overall a very disappointing dining experience and felt the prices were very high for the food you received. There are a lot of changes to the menu. Just not the same anymore. We won’t be back, Thank You.

Thanksgiving. We ordered the Thanksgiving feast. A lot of food for just us 2, but happy to have leftovers. Food was very good, very traditional just like homemade. Our server RYAN was great! Only complaint - We were seated 15 minutes after our reservation time.

Celebrated my daughters 16th birthday with a bunch of friends and family (11 guest). Made the reservation through open table and put in the notes “celebrating birthday”. Got to the restaurant, and ordered. Had to ask the waiter multiple times to refill our drinks. Reminded him that we were celebrating a birthday and pointed to my daughter. Dessert time came and ordered 3 brownie sundaes and guess what?? NO ONE came out to sing happy birthday so WE did it ourselves. Very disappointed. The waiter wasn’t very attentive.

Because I had a discount coupon, they did not honor my coupon for a mere piece of cake for my anniversary. I have gone to this restaurant many times, and they always honored a dessert coupon along with the discount coupon. Very disappointing that a piece of cake was more valuable to the owner than the customer.
