   This was my second time at this restaurant. My first time, back in November 2022, everything was great and i would give it a 10/10. However this time, I’m not sure what happened with their service/management. The food was good (8/10), however the service was 2/10. Our server had an attitude and wasn’t very attentive. Even something like Boston Pizza has polite and attentive servers. Also my drink’s ice cube had a fly in it that I only noticed until the ice cube melted just enough to reveal the stuck fly. The server argued that it fell into the drink after the fact and had gotten stuck, which didn’t look like it since the fly’s body was half frozen in the ice. All management did is remove the drink from my bill but no apology or anything was given. A restaurant, even with good food, is not good at all with poor service and unprofessionalism. I will not be coming back.

   Absolutely incredible, haven't been back since the pandemic but I'm glas to see it is just as good as I remember if not better! Pizza Tartufo still reigns supreme as the best pizza in the city! Chef Jorge is KILLING it!!!

   Our food was lukewarm at best. My first bite is oso buck was 1/2 fat… ugh. My partners eggplant was also only warm, but tater fine. Defiantly not up to standard. Very disappointed

   If you are not familiar with toronto this place can be difficult to find. The service was quite poor with long delays between the staff checking in on the table. The food was decent with small portion sizes, but certainly not offering good value. Overall there are better Italian restaurants around.

   We had an amazing evening with our two son’s. Great vibe and the wait staff went above and beyond. All the suggestions from our lovely waitress were spot on. The food was amazing. Looking forward to going again next time we are in town.

    We’ve been going to Buca on King since 2013. It never disappoints. The service has always been first rate and the experience is always special. Even their glassware is imported. Nothing routine about this place. The food is always outstanding. We ALWAYS get the Gnocco Fritto. I was introduced to it the first time I went and a visit is not complete without it. This time around, we also had the eggplant melanzane. I’m a big meat guy but this dish was out of this world good. Love the olives ascalone and we had a wonderful tagliatelle pasta with Parmesan cheese and truffles. Great restaurant to make an impression on a first date. I’ve been married almost 20 years and my wife and I love this place. It’s one of our go to restaurants for date night. It’s and hour drive for us but it’s worth it.

    Was rushed throughout the entire dining experience. Waitress cleared our plates before we finished our apps. Was also ushered out right after we paid even though our booking time limit hadn’t even come up. Will not be returning

    The carbanara is very good! Service was outstanding. Never had a glass half full of water. Very on top of things. Food is a little pricey for what you’re getting but nonetheless very delicious. They’re pizzas are good value because they’re massive. Overall great time.

    Surprised this is on the michelin list. My pasta was salty and the server was not interested in a single diner, had a table of ten,with the possibility of a bigger tip, to cater to. Can not recommend.

    went here with a group of friends for my boyfriend's birthday, and the food was excellent but the server kept asking us questions about money and if we were certain we could afford certain things on the menu, which really threw off the vibe of the dinner. I felt since we were younger than most of the patrons we were being treated differently and with a little less respect, which was extremely disappointing.

    Buca was an amazing restaurant that did not disappoint! Best service we have ever had in a restaurant for a very long time. The server new every dish and was able to explain in detail what to expect. We ordered apps, mains and dessert- all were exceptional! Wine list a little pricey but to be expected with a high end restaurant. The atmosphere is a cool vibe in what appeared to be an old warehouse. We would definitely return and highly recommend to friends!

    One of the best dining experiences I've had in Toronto as of late. Amazing service, delicious food, and a great energy in a beautiful space. There are a lot of new places to eat which are wonderful. Even so, I'll be back to Buca soon!
