While the food was good, we were disappointed with the service. It was very poor. We waited at least 15 minutes from seating at our table until server came by. The server did not really check in on us, nor ask or offer if we needed anything. We had to ask our server instead. The experience changed my perception of wanting to come here when previous experiences had been quite good.

As always this is a great place to go before concerts or before an Oiler's game. There are many seating choices, this time we choose the lounge so we could watch the Oilers and after head out to the Shania concert. The atmosphere, the service & the food all was great! Thank you

Unfortunately we were seated on the patio (despite making reservations weeks prior) which is essentially just eating dinner in the Epcor tower lobby. Our steak was very undercooked, and service was slow. They did give us a discount for our steak being almost raw, which was nice but would not return.

New waitress, very nice. Needed more training. Food (appetizer and main) came out at the same time, the food (arancini and veal meatballs) could have been hotter and were just ok the same for the Margarita pizza. My latte wasn’t ready until after I had finished my tiramisu, which was very good. I did talk to the manager and he offered to make it “right” but the delay in service made me late to my event. What I would have liked is the latte taken off my bill, although I was given it in a to go cup.

This dining experience was a mixture of good, okay and awful. First, the pasta dishes were excellent! However, we ordered a full caesar salad and the portion was very, very small. We also ordered garlic toast which was overdone and too expensive. We ordered the Calzone Nutella for dessert which was quite disappointing, and again, way too expensive for some over-cooked dough and nutella spread. So if you just want pasta, this is restaurant is a great option. But I would pass on anything else.

Great spot for a date night, atmosphere is very inviting with a modern vibe. Sit in the lounge and request a booth if possible. The share dishes are all delicious and the pizza with the honey truffle oil a must. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive, we had her pick the share dishes and did not disappoint.

The food was okay, considering this is a pizzeria, the pizza was just very ordinary. Ordered a rib eye, and 10 minutes later they came back and said it is sold out. (Saw other customers returned their steak, probably have to re-fire and took our order. Not the biggest deal, but given the other food was meh and they didn't really do anything above and beyond to make the experience memorable, really have nothing be excited to come back or recommend to anyone. Hence the 1-2 stars.

Had a reservation last night before the Oilers game. Honestly, we were very disappointed in the food. Calamari was ok, although very salty. Pizza and salad were disappointing. Not sure if the quality suffers when there is a big crowd, pizza seemed like it wasn't even cooked long enough.
