   We celebrated our second anniversary and had a lovely meal. Service was great. The servers were all very sweet and polite. The food was very delicious.

   We had a wonderful dinner at Bufala. My dining guests and I shared 3 different pizzas (all vegetarian options were selected) and they were delicious. Our server, Brittany, was lovely, prompt and timely with taking our order and stopping by frequently enough to check on us, while also giving our table enough time to relax, have conversation and enjoy our meal without feeling like we were being rushed or hovered over. It’s a great restaurant for any occasion and whether you are dining as a couple, a family or in a moms & daughters date like we were. I would highly recommend this restaurant, it is a neighbourhood gem.

   The bean dip was so-so. Would have preferred the salad but not with anchovies. Both my husband and sister had the pizza and we’re not impressed. We brought half of it home. Not sure if it will get eaten

    Mushroom pizza, one thin layer of mushrooms with about an inch of Arugala on top, could not see or taste the mushrooms. Kale Caesar salad was presented like no other Caesar salad I have seen. Big mound of greens in small bowl, topped with so much GRATED cheese. In the restaurants favour, we did not pay for the food.

    We came to try out this restaurant as it was dine out festival. There were four of us dining together and we sampled several dishes. The meatballs lacked in flavour and were nothing special. The mushroom pasta was really delicious and I would definitely order it again if I do return, which I doubt we will.

    Service overall was slow. It looks like the kitchen took longer than usual to prepare the meal . However both hostess and servers were pleasant and receptive.

    This was our first experience eating at Bufala Edgemont and I have to say, I was beyond impressed! The service itself was wonderful. Our server was Akina and they are just wonderful! The ambiance of the restaurant was also quite appealing. I love that everything was dimly lit, the music was also very nice as well. I have to repeat again how wonderful the service was. Akina always made sure we had everything we needed, was polite and such a pleasure to speak with. Creating a reservation was also incredibly easy to do. I would 100% come back again, just for the service alone!

    While a very pleasant evening, the menu selection seems to have become more limited since our last visit. Basically pizza (good pizza), a couple of pastas and some assorted appies. Good, but a bit disappointing. Still, great to have a “nice” place in the Village and will continue to support.

    Great food and good value. Service was just ok, but that seems to be the case these days in most restaurants. Only complaint was the atmosphere was really lacking and really loud 80’s rock playlist was on with really bad sound quality….sounded like an AM radio was playing.

    Great service and food at Bufala. Pizza is awesome always but the Pasta should not be missed. They have fantastic pasta options including a Mushroom option which is fabulous.

    for the quality of service and food it was well over priced. I had a lasagna that had obviously frozen and reheated, the sauce was thick, the taste was good. The tip option was not an option, (the options were 18% or higher) even if the service is not that great I always tip but not 18%

    The tables are jammed in and the table beside us could only converse with one adjective “F@€£” and that was distracting and uncomfortable. We were finishing appys when our meals arrived. We had to ask the waitress to take them back as we weren’t ready. Then when our meals came they were Luke warm. The taste was amazing but the service to time them out was not good. We ordered cocktails and then Had to ask if we could order a bottle of wine. No one topped our wine up except for the first pour. The music in the restaurant was suited for a downtown club. It’s volume was way to high. We were yelling at one another. The food was great. Kitchen doing a great job but the restaurant has too many issues for us to consider returning again.

    We had an absolutely delicious meal! The special - a wild mushroom orecchiette pasta dish - was so good that we said we'd love to see it on the regular menu. We will definitely recommend Bufala to family and friends!

    Went for happy hour specials. Very busy. Waitress didn’t come back to offer us another drink even though they sat empty. Portion of rigatoni for $18 was pretty small for $18*. Pizza very good. No salads on happy hour menu.

    We had much slower service than we'd expected. All of us are quite aware that staffing issues are a problem everywhere, but we felt we had been forgotten about from the moment we were seated. After waiting for a server to come to greet us, a good five minutes after we'd been seated, we ended up asking a passing staff member if she was our waiter, she wasn't but was willing to take our order, so we didn't miss the happy hour window. I guess she became our server, as no one else appeared after her. This was fine as she was certainly friendly and was willing to help us get our order in before the happy hour ended. The first order of food from the happy hour special came out quickly, but after that, it was difficult to get service from any staff. We had to flag down staff that weren't servers to get other items ordered. Again, we all anticipated slower service, but we all had the impression that we were forgotten about pretty much from the moment we were seated. I don't think I would consider going back there again after that experience.
