THEY DO NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS, so do not make one through here for them. They will get snarky with you too and just say "we don't know, we don't do reservations anyways".

Waited 20 minutes before our server took for our drink order another 10min. To get a glass of water. Keep in mind it wasn’t busy. He took our food order. That took an hour . The food was warm when we received our food. Asked for salt and ketchup. Never got it. Asked for more drinks it took 1/2 hour. We paid with cash and needed change he never brought us change. I well Never and I mean never go to that restaurant again.

"They don't take reservations". After years of complaints you would think BW3 would take care of this. I read comments before booking here. Years of the same complaint. Fortunately, though it was New Year's Eve, they weren't that busy

Not the walker one. I sent a separate email regarding our visit the next day. They did not accept reservations via the open table app and our server argued over the specials.

Well I called to see if they had “call ahead seating “ and was told to download your app. So I did and when I got there and guy didn’t even know what I was talking about. So we waited way to long instead of taking care of us! After just flying in from Ft. Myers I was highly disappointed ‘

Did not honor our reservation that we made. Manager was super rude and said they dont accept reservations on the weeeknds... then why does your system allow it. Ended up waiting an extra hour with 4 hungry kids

We made a reservation for our group, but when we got to the restaurant we were told that there was an hour wait and our reservation would not be honored. We went to Olive Garden next door. I think when someone has made a reservation in advance, it should be honored no matter how busy the restaurant gets.

We were pressed for time after two other restaurants we had reservations with backed out on us. They were able to get us in quickly. Great service and very friendly staff. Your team did a great job.

This was the worst service and management response I have ever had. We were a large group, 13 for a birthday party, and it was 30 min in-between our first person getting their dinner and the last. Half the group had finished eating before some had gotten their food. Management did not care. We asked to see a manager and after 20 min we had to go find one. He said that was the kitchen procedure. The 2nd manager comped one kids meal. We will not be coming back to this location.
