Food was great but service was so so. They took away our menus before asking if we wanted to eat (we went at dinner time). They also didn't take away empty glasses which was necessary with the tiny tables. For a brewery there should be more range in beer choices and more non-alcoholic options aside from just sparkling water (even the kombucha wasn't available). I'll go back because we've had better experiences in the past.

While the burger was good, the donut pieces excellent and the beer okay, the menu as small as it is, is not the same as on the website. That should be corrected.

Incredible food from the revamped kitchen. Everything was perfectly done. The Brie and grapes were my favourite, and the salsa verde used on the shishitos and steak was really wonderful. The service was great at all points. Will definitely be back!

The streak frites dish needs to indicate that the meat will be rare-medium on the menu. My partner and I didn't know that and we don't eat raw meat. When we asked to cook it a bit more, the waitress mentioned that it can't be done for some reason. Other than that, the fries were great.

The seasonal food was delicious and the seasonal beers were also really amazing crisp and summery. The service was excellent and the ambiance was relaxed and professional, but warm.

I had the best experience coming to Burdock for my bday. The staff was so incredible and were all so authentically friendly. Or server (don't remember her name but short blonde curly hair) was so warm and friendly and really knew her stuff about the product and explained the beers so well. It was a super comfortable atmosphere and I the best fries i've ever had. 10/10!!

Love Burdock and its bottle shop. Food and beverages were/are always delicious and the staff is pleasant. They were very understanding when it came to being significantly late for my reservation. A reliable choice.

Great place to celebrate Father's Day! Wonderful snack, beer and wine options. They have a GF fryer. Service (w/ Matty) was fantastic and the GM, Karyn was kind enough to pop over and say hello. Great patio w/ great atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

I have been twice at the beginning of the month when visiting TO with a group, and by myself at the end of the month visiting TO for a conference. This place is fantastic all round the people, the beer, and the food. It is now one of my happy places.

We really enjoyed Burdock. It was a great airy atmosphere with lots of greenery and the food was fantastic (I got the Smash Burger). It’s also one of the best breweries I’ve been to in the region with a great selection of beer (I recommend the Key Lime Gose).

Always a great experience at Burdock. Love the atmosphere, love to food and especially love the taste, selection and innovation of their beers. You have to visit their new state of the art brewery in Kensington Market. Not only do they have an awesome bottle shop in Kensington but their market specialty food offerings will complement any social gathering.

What a fantastic experience. Our server Nicolette made sure we were well taken care of and our glasses were never empty. The patio was perfect even on a chilly evening with the heaters on. Beers were exceptional and the food was top notch. Highly recommend.
