Grill was set on max heat yet i saw no fire , told the staff to have a look and he just goes its fine ? Hows is it fine when the grill on the left is cranking and right has no fire

Very lovely staff, amazing service as usual. Very responsive over text messages with regards to my reservation for Father's Day. Very attentive. We had a little accident with one of our toddlers and they helped with ice pack and extra care. Due to this ordeal, we ran slightly over time with our booking. The team still allowed us to stay back, take our time and enjoy dessert. Can not recommend this place enough for their outstanding service. My family enjoyed the BBQ. Thank you so much - we will be back!

It's great. We often come here to eat, and we will also recommend it to our friends. The price is not expensive, and the steak is very fresh.

The iPad ordering system was incredibly flawed. We waited for 40 mins for wrong and missed orders. However the staff members were all super kind and helpful and went the extra mile to make up for it. Would still prefer to order than getting food from the bars though. Food was amazing! Will definitely visit again despite the iPad.

The chair has no back support at all causing back pain sitting down for 2hrs. The handle of the chair is unstable mowing g up and down when we want to move ourself to sit forward. The empty space at the back of the chair also larding to us have nowhere to place our personal belongings, like handbag and jackets because they will fell off from that huge gap. Hope the chairs will be changed to a better one to increase the comfort Thankyou

Wished they had brought out the salmon dish out at the beginning as it was first to be ordered. We requested staff to chase up the order after waiting for an hour.
