   The food was so-so and the waiter was doing double duty - seemed to be the only one there. No vegetables at all available. 2 salads, which were good. The ribs were just okay. The fried chicken was good while it was hot, but we waited and waited for the biscuits, so we could eat them together. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience but I’m sure I won’t bother going back.

   Food was super super yummy loved everything we tried (especially the salmon!). Service was noticeable a little slow but it was a Saturday night so it was understandable and didn’t take away from the experience. Would love to come again for lunch sometime!

   Food is amazing, it is tapas style. HIGHLY recommend the sliders, ribs, biscuits, salmon, croquettes. It was amazing food! Came from Worcester to try Jason Santos food and definitely NOT disappointed. Will be back for date night again!

   Service was slow. We had to ask Hostess to have a waitress come over after 30 minutes sitting at the table. Food was fair but reasonably priced. They bring the food out as it is ready so our french fries came out 10 minutes before the main dish. Would not rush back.

   EXCELLENT FOOD!! Everything we ordered was delicious. Perfect for a quick and relaxing bit after shopping on Newbury St. I've been multiple times and have always had a great experience. Get the chicken sliders and gravy fries for sure. Fun for lunch or a dinner/night out. I look forward to trying their brunch menu!

    Fantastic food and a great restaurant. Service was poor, however, was brought the wrong dish and server did not want to bring it back even though it hadn’t been touched. Was also not very attentive and had to ask for than once.

    My entire family repeatedly complimented my choice of this restaurant. Everyone loved the food and we had an awesome table with a semi-circle couch, so it made sharing the small plates fun and easy. Would definitely go again - great choice for a graduation lunch.

    Not only was the food delicious, but we were very lucky to have Jonathan as our server. He was not only attentive, but informative about the menu. We also didn’t have to wait long for our food or drinks. It was an overall great experience.

    We loved our waiter; he was fantastic! We started with the biscuits and forced ourselves to stop at one each so we’d have room for the dinner - but man were they tasty! My daughter devoured the chicken sliders and I enjoyed the pot pie. We both dove into the Mac and cheese yum! And finally to top it off we got the beignets 😱 A fabulous evening celebrating my daughter’s birthday!!

    Had a reservation for 2PM. We were started 10 minutes later and then “last call” for food/drink was at 3PM. Poor experience. If I wanted to be rushed out the door I would have opted for chic-fila instead

    Excellent outdoor seating. Great service..We had basket of biscuits, split Waygu Burgers and Chicken sliders..Both amazing. Just wish they had collard greens or brussel sprouts. Great craft beers.

    Kitchen staff was fast and effective. waiter was nice and helpful. We were seated fast (we arrived a couple of minutes before our reservation time). All around it was great. Definitely one of my fave spots. Will be back!

    The food is flavorful and cooked just right. Biscuits EVERYTHING! Mac n cheese PDG! Wings EVERYTHING! Shrimp n grits EVERYTHING! The drink special, and Edward’s service was OUTSTANDING! He even gave us some complimentary biscuits for Mother’s Day!

    Instead of Buttermilk & Bourbon, Jason should call this place Biscuits and Beignets! Both items were the BEST I've ever tasted and I've had beignets in New Orleans! The fried chicken (we had the boneless thighs) were unfortunately a bit dry; bone-in would probably been better. The shrimp and grits were tasty, but again, the shrimp could have been cooked less.

    I was disappointed that you guys don’t do brunch on Saturdays. I made the reservation thinking it was brunch to find out you only do brunch on Sundays. Otherwise the food and service was very good.

    We came here for lunch on Cinco de Mayo, which was a good choice because it wasn't as crowded as it usually is on a Friday. Plus they did have guac and chips. And margaritas! We split a bottle of Malbec at a great price point, ribs and burger sliders are solid as usual, biscuits are still worth every penny. IMO the chicken is not the greatest. Not a lot of flavor in the meat. I'm still looking for a great fried chicken place in Boston. Anyway, the interior is so cute, the staff is lovely, it's always a great experience.

    My husband and I went to Buttermilk & Bourbon for dinner last night, while we are in Boston for a combo business trip and vacation. I found this place on a 'best places to eat' blog and made advanced reservations. When we arrived, we were told by both hostesses that our table was not ready. We had to wait about 10 minutes past our reservation time next to the coat rack since the rest of the restaurant and bar area were jammed, but thankfully our experience got much better from there. Our server and the other staff were attentive and friendly. We enjoyed a whiskey flight and a well-mixed gin cocktail. The food was served quickly and piping hot. We loved the giant, glazed biscuits and the Nashville-style hot chicken was awesome - I saved my leftovers and plan to enjoy them soon! My husband was in heaven eating the beignets. Don't go here if you are on a diet - unless you are on a biscuit & fried chicken diet! ENJOY!

    The food here is absolutely amazing and blew me away. The combination of flavors and ingredients used exceptional. Every dish was flavorful and delicious. We got four orders for two people and were stuffed by the end. Service was amazing and we were seated in a dark Room off the bar that was so cozy.
