This is the best overall restaurant I have ever been too. I will remember it always. The food was made with the freshest local ingredients and was delicious! The ambience and wait staff were excellent and the dining room is lovely and cozy. Wish there were more restaurants like this! You don’t want to miss this one!!!!

From the time we enter Cable Restaurant in the Telegraph Hotel until we left two hours later we were impressed. Our waitress, Judy, was patient and knowledgeable, owner, Shaun, stopped by and was a pleasure to learn about the history of the restaurant and we even met his daughter, Jerriann, who will probably be the 6th generation owner. As far as food is concerned we had a wonderful bottle of Valpolicella, great potato-leek soup, a green salad wth some berries that we didn't recognize but enjoyed ( cucamelon and ground cherries), tenderloin steak which was very tender, baked haddock with was very flavorful and two delightful desserts; pot de creme, maple ice cream with meringue surrounding it and a ounce of maple-flavored vodka to pour over it or drink straight. In brief....we had a marvelous experience.

Câble Room was an excellent choice. The food was delicious and fresh. The server Judy was wonderful. She made recommendations and even though someone in our party had a food intolerance she was very helpful as to what they could have on the menu. I would highly recommend!

The ambience, white linens on tables, flowers on tables, cocktails, appetizers, mains, dessert, wine list and most of all the service from friendly and helpful staff was wonderful.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were wonderful and the food was delicious. The manager checked in on us and everyone was super friendly. Would definitely dine again
