The server and manager went above and beyond, but the steak tacos, and sirloin just seemed to fall short for me. The sirloin tacos are cooked to where it crumbles more like ground beef, but can't retain any heat so served more like a cold taco. When I switched to the sirloin steak, it wasn't the best cut of meat. Half was great but the other half unedible. Because of the wonderful staff, I will certainly return, but just order something different.

Food was good. They sat us in the bar area, directly under a speaker. The music was very loud ( the restaurant was not busy). Our waiter was also the bartender. Some people might have appreciated his demeanor, but I thought he was bordering rude.

Our only complaint was that the burger was round, like a racquet ball placed between two buns. I don't know how that ever left the kitchen - it was laughable, like we were being punked. It would have been more accurate to call it a meatball burger. Very difficult to eat, let alone enjoy.

We had a basketball team dinner and they set the players at one table and adults at another table and the player table was treated like they were criminals. They were harassed by the waiter and needed an adult to come help them pay the bill because the waiter had given them 3 extra bills and told them they needed to figure it out because they were paying. I have always had great experience here until last weekend and we will not go back. The adult's waitress was excellent, and she busted her butt for us. But unfortunately it takes 1 bad apple to ruin an experience.

We waited 35 minutes to get a drink after we were seated. We received our appetizer before our drinks. We waited to order our food until after our appetizer. So we had the menus for awhile we went to order and the waitress said oh yeah we don’t have any chicken. Ummm ok would have been nice to know when you gave us the menus. Received our food pretty fast. I went to order another drink and the waitress said are you sure it will be at least 20 min. Ok then forget it. As we are sitting at a booth in the bar area, I look over and 1 bartender is rubbing another bartenders back. Very disappointing!!!! Will not go back.

It was a good place to bring the family when we had several kids along. There was 10 of us in total and it was nice to be able to make a reservation via Open Table - many restaurants when you have that many people don’t allow it. I had the signature chicken Diablo Pasta and if you like spice, I would strongly recommend it! Good experience overall and would go back.

Seated quickly. Waited an hour after ordering and were told food was being plated and would be out soon. 30 minutes later we were told our ticket and one other were lost. We left, VERY HANGRY!

Had a reservation for a large party for an adult birthday celebration. Took over an hour for us to even be able to put our food order in. Was never offered drink refills. Food was cold and pretty tasteless, therefore very overpriced for what it was. In total we were there for nearly three hours. Unpleasant experience overall.

I am so sorry to say but I do not have a very good experience. We just forgot everything that we said that we would like she kept coming back to the table asking what our order was again. I don't know if she was preoccupied or if she just had too many tables. Plus the food wasn't all that good

Service was terrible. Waited for a server for 10 minutes while many other workers walked by and said nothing. Went to the restroom while waiting for our server to come and saw 15 workers standing around but not helping us. Thankfully there was one worker who understood what good customer service was and started helping us and 3 other tables around us. He was the only reason we didn’t get up and leave. Clearly this place is poorly managed.

We had reservations for New Years eve. However we arrived a lot earlier than expected and we we hungry so we checked if we could get in. It was not a problem. We were seated in a large booth. The server was very attentive and we didn't have a long wait for anything. Overall the food was fine. I wasn't blown away with mine, but my husband really liked his. If you have older children that still qualify for the kids menu, I would rethink and get something off the regular menu as portion size was very small. The music is loud in the restaurant which is fine for the atmosphere but sometimes can be hard to hear each other talking. Overall it was a good experience and we would go back.

The quality of the appetizers were poor. We went for happy hour. I would not pay full price. The chicken wings had hard strands of meat in it (strange), the quest tasted cheap like it came out of a grocery store jar, the fried pickles were overly breaded.
