   Always love eating at Cafe Amore but last night our chicken parmasan was slightly over cooked and burnt around the edges on 3 orders. Our reservation brought us to the back corner and it was very dark. We will be back for sure and I hope you appreciate our feedback.

   We had a great meal last night!!! Started with chicken wings as an appetizer... their wings have to be the best anywhere... not wet and saucy, but dry, crunchy with the best flavour ever!!! There were 3 of us, one had the veal parm... too much to finish so enough for a second meal for lunch today, one had the mushroom ravioli which are really flavorful with a nice creamy sauce and one person had the fettucini, which was very rich and creamy!!! Definitely worth the trip to St. Catharines!!!!!

   There were enough menu choices to be able to enjoy making a selection, the food was delicious and generous size of servings - all three dinners at our table: chicken marsala, gorgonzola chicken pasta, and personal pizza. Special note to point out the very good dressing on the garden salad. As always, the dessert selection was wonderful. To top it off, our server, Emily was the best!

    Food was excellent and our server was friendly and efficient! The only thing I would have liked better is a more private table. The tables for two are too close together making it difficult to have a private conversation…especially when the guests at the table beside us were very loud and we could follow their conversation. But overall we had a lovely dinner and the meal was very good.

    Service is very efficient with friendly knowledgeable server food was served in a timely fashion with enough time between courses and at the same time so everyone was able to enjoy a hot meal. Portions are generous -I have enough for dinner tonight -and delicious Variety of dishes available is great there is something to please everyone even my picky granddaughter Looking forward to my next visit Cost of meal for 8 people was well within my price range

    Stuffed mushrooms were a very tasty appetizer to start with. I really enjoyed the chorizo stuffed chicken with prosciutto. I will have a tough time not ordering it the next time. The stuffed sole is another favorite at our table. I would say leave room for desert but you can do what we did, take it to go and enjoy it later.

    We were in desperate need of a nice hearty relaxing dinner and thats exactly what we had. Our server was lovely and attentive. Food was delicious and hot and dessert OMG the dessert. Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cheesecake!! AMAZING!! 5 star experience as always!!!

    We went for our anniversary. Our server was prompt. Food came out fairly fast, hot and tasted good. We ordered our desserts to go. While home eating my turtles cheese cake, I noticed (not until near the end) there was someone’s hair baked into my cheesecake, completely turned me right off, and sick to my stomach. If we were to go back, I would definitely be examining my food prior to eating it, or just not ordering their desserts. But our experience in the restaurant was a pleasant one, as friends recommended this place.

    Went for a birthday party.... We had a great table, and shared a charcuterie platter... It was delicious and a great starter for our meal!!! Several of us had the mushroom ravioli. They were so good, we will have them again. Others had a pizza and fettucini. The house salads that came with the meals were generous and had a delicious italian salad dressing. I had the caesar salad... yummy! All in all we had a great evening, topped with a birthday cake with sparklers! Thank you Cafe Amore!

    The only thing that wasn’t up to par was the Caesar salad- most of the romaine leaves were brown, which was unfortunate. The rest of our meal was very good.

    We had not been to this restaurant for several years. We decided to try on the recommendation of our friend and neighbour who spoke very highly of her experiences at Cafe Amore. This restaurant did not disappoint and certainly exceeded our expectations. Erin was our server and she was outstanding; very knowledgeable, attentive and personable. Our food was delicious and plentiful. We were celebrating a birthday with another couple who have recently moved to our area and Erin brought out a birthday treat for our friend to enjoy. A very nice touch to a lovely evening. The bartender also knows how to make a very good martini. We are already planning on our next visit with other friends and family.Thank You Cafe Amore.
