We attended their Thanksgiving Buffet. For the price, we could have eaten at a very nice full service restaurant. The turkey was very salty. The side dishes were pretty basic. We ended up sitting in the Everglades restaurant which had slightly better ambiance than Cafe Gauguin, which was very brightly lit and had children running and screaming everywhere. It seemed more like dining in a cafeteria, with cafeteria style food. Next year we'll plan further ahead hopefully giving us more options.

Over priced. Entree selection better at Golden Corral. Stopped serving coffee and tea 30 minutes before meal finished. Waiters inattentive. Bizarre greeting and seating. Over crowded.

Disappointing buffet on Thanksgiving. They delivered on the quantity but it's clear they went for lower quality ingredients and cuts of meat. Items were never at the right temperature and the meats were overcooked and some pieces inedible. There was bottomless mimosa/champagne included but the server was barely available to refill and I was told I could only have 3 mimosas in total - ridiculous and completely false advertising! The ambiance was poor and the the restaurant was dirty and dingy. I would not recommend this establishment and felt especially insulted at the high price I paid for me and my family.

Turkey good, roast beef good, shrimp in a pool of melted ice water, desserts excellent, crab cakes very good, stuffing ok, cranberry sauce was terrible, bread selection way too limited. Service was excellent once seated. Seating was disorganized, made to stand with disabled wife while table being cleaned. Price was reasonable except so called discounted valet was too expensive at $15.

Not a good choice for a couple to have a nice quiet thanksgiving meal. 🤣My fault totally didn’t expect the noise level but of course mainly big family groups. Service was very good and food excellent.

I didn’t think the food was as good as in previous years only I’m busy with a patient. I will call you back. That there weren’t as many vegetable dishes. But otherwise the quality was very good, and the dessert choices were numerous.

Overall good experience but I expected a little better with the food choices. Too much extra food such as breakfast, sushi etc. It was nice to have the extra but it felt like it took away from the normal Thanksgiving food. There were no sweet potatoes, no green bean casserole and the stuffing wasn't that good. The service was excellent and like I said, over all I was pleased but expected more of a traditional Thanksgiving dinner.

Fantastic food as always. Good service. Seated quickly. Too many people bringing infants or toddlers to a fine dining restaurant. Had a screaming child at the next table. The meal would have been more enjoyable without the screaming child. $85 for a buffet and having to deal with misbehaving children is aggravating. Not the fault of the restaurant, but parents should know better.

All food last year was amazing. First year without my mother and grandmother so I wanted to make it the best I could due to such heartach. I decided to come here again expecting it to be lovely. It was absolutely was not. Waitress barely refilled out drinks. Hot chocolate was gross. Food dry,cold, just flavorless. Macncheese bland and microwave dinner like, corn beyond salty, bread hard, Creme Brule should be warm. Desserts dry. Only marvelous thing was the brie apple soup, to die for I filled up on only that and the specialty cheeses and fall farro mix. Beyond dissapoint filled up on Dennys later because soup is just a liquid basically and a cheese snack with couple bitesof farro for 85 buck about per person. I had dinner with 1 other so 160 approx for nothing and aggravating nonsense. Beyond upset and will never come back nor recommend

Our visit was for their Thanksgiving Day Buffet. The food was varied, plentiful and delicious. The service was not horrible but not up to the 22% service fee added automatically to the buffet price. At the beginning of the meal we asked the waiter for a pitcher of water (so we didn't run dry). He explained policy doesn't allow, but that he would keep us refilled. He did not. The used plates accumulated at our table as the wait staff was slow to removed the them. The check in process was not smooth. The 1st hostess explained there were two lines - 'pay cashier' or 'prepaid and be escorted to table'. However, when I went to the designated area....no one greeted me or acknowledged my green prepaid ticket. After several minutes of waiting, I discovered that I did need to go to the cashier (for the table assignment) before another hostess could escort us to our table.

I booked this Thanksgiving buffet, hoping it was going to be a wonderful experience for the nine members of my family. We were staying in Orlando for a cheer competition and the place looked amazing. When we first got there, we were seated at a table that was not big enough for us, the girl seemed annoyed, but asked us if we wanted to move and we said yes. She then moved us to another table. That was the same size, but just had more place settings at it. We decided to take it unfortunately that table was right at the entrance of the restaurant, so we had tons of traffic running by our table because there was lots of little girls cheerleaders doing scavenger hunts. We were also set very far far away from the food, and since we were with five smaller children, we constantly had to get up and down to get them food. The servers were great! But for the price I paid, I will never ever do that again

Back to the quality of food and service we experienced at Thanksgiving Brunches before last year's disappointment. Thanks for making the dark meat turkey obvious for my wife. The only thing I missed was no Key Lime pie among the deserts.

We went to the 2023 Thanksgiving Buffet. Although there were a lot of people, the service was still great. One dish was particularly impressive: the Warm White Chocolate Pumpkin Crepes with Raspberry Sauce and White Chocolate Pearls at the chef-attended dessert station. These were outstanding, and a lovely, lighter alternative to the usual cakes and pies.

We were seated very promptly. Our seater was very confused about where our table was and took us all around before finally asking someone for help. We would have preferred being seated in a different area, but our area was better than last year. Map to show where food was was a little confusing. Food options were great and delicious. Service was quick and our mimosas were refilled without us having to ask. Too much food, though that is not a criticism, just too much to try. All in all, a very delicious experience!

The food was amazing! The check-in process was a little complicated. We got there 15 minutes early and no more valet service was available so I had to park in the back. Our service was excellent he kept the champagne flowing and was quick to remove the plates. The added bonus was meeting Mr. Rosen too!

Everything was just average, nothing was outstanding. Most of the food was pretty basic, only above average items were the seafood. Service was really poor and wait staff had to be chased to clear the table.

Overall experience was great. Service was excellent. Definitely a team effort by all the servers. Our drinks were constantly being refilled and dirty dishes removed. Food was wonderful. Great selection and everything was very tasty. Would recommend this buffet experience to everyone.

We paid a really expensive amount of money for a subpar experience which soured my wife’s Mother’s Day brunch. The food was unpalatable and the mimosas was watered down. We were extremely disappointed and felt we would have been better served at a Golden Corral. We will be requesting a refund and would not recommend this event to anyone.

First time in and for Easter Brunch. My husband and I loved it. Food is amazing. So many choices. Great deserts too. They have some small portions which is nice to sample lots of treats. A bit crowded but expected it. Still - you can easily get food quickly. The only thing we could not understand is how/where to obtain drinks - we thought Mimosa was standard- had to ask for coffee and water. When we did ask, we got great service, just not sure waiting until people ask for drinks is the best service option. Especially if Mimosa was advertised as part of the menu. We don’t drink, but would have loved a non alcoholic option on Mimosa.
