Our waiter, Luca, was so rude. He did not know the basic etiquette of behaving with the customer. He served us with an attitude. His responses to our requests for napkins and a missing fork were judgmental. We would not defiantly go to that cafe again because of his bad behaviour.

La nourriture n’arrivait pas assez chaude. L’entrée et le repas étaient excellents malgré la température trop froide. Le dessert était très moyen. J’ai trouvé que c’était trop dispendieux. La salle est très bien aménagée. C’était bruyant.

The experience was very nice, the food is very tasty and the staff are very professional. Especially the Hostess Vay who made this experience much better than the first time I went to Cafe Holt, very accommodating and checked up on us several times to make sure that we liked our spot. It seems to be always more fun when Vay is at the front desk. Will definitely be coming back

Everything was fine except the service was very slow, it took a while before someone came to offer water or wine, and we had to ask for our glasses of wine, the food came first. The food was delicious and will definitely come back, hopefully the svc will be better. Thank you

Took a 1pm reservation for 4. Specified it was a special occasion; friends from out of town. Table was being used with guests not prepared to leave. Did not get seating until 1h30. Got a table for 8 (half set up/for 4)next to waiter station. Not a good table. Service had to be requested when needed. Decided to leave after one of us who wanted a coffee gave up waiting to order. Food was good but not a good experience overall.

Mon expérience a été celle d'un brunch avec deux amies. Le lieu est superbe mais je trouve que le reste n'est pas à la hauteur : - les plats choisis manquaient d'imagination ou du petit quelque chose qui les distingueraient vraiment d'autres restaurants de déjeuners (les pommes de terre et les fruits d'accompagnement étant vraiment quelconques), - l'accueil et le service étaient approximatifs. À améliorer donc pour en faire une adresse vraiment intéressante !
