It’s so so. There are other places that serve better Italian food. I had the veal Marcella’s and the veal was small and not very tender. Service was poor. I had to order my wine twice before it was served.

A friend who lives in the area recommended Caffe Piccolo and I am so glad she did! The veal saltimbocca was fantastic, and my friends raved about their meals as well. The bar has a nice ambiance, and their Gin Fizz was exceptional. Our server was attentive and able to provide good recommendations. The next time I am in the area, this will be a must stop!

Where to start. This was our second visit and it was hard to believe it would be better, but it was! The food was just as good, delicious!! The service was top notch, again. We sat outside for this visit and this is what was the elevating factor!! The outside was stepping into a different world , in a magnificent way!! This will not be our second visit for long. Many more to come!!

We went early so no crowds. The server Chris was outstanding! The food was excellent. My husband had a shrimp appetizer (shrimp piccolo) that raved about. Will definitely return!

They were packed, the weather was nasty so we didn’t want the ( which we reserved) the table in the outdoor patio They were packed inside so we ate at the bar, our bartender took excellent care of us and food was great

Appetizer stuffed banana peppers were delicious. We were warned they made be spicy. It was true but worth the heat! Our meal was delicious with salad and soup and pasta. The burrata salad was as good as I remember it by I didn’t care for the unpeeled sliced apples. Next time I will Order a pasta and get a Cesar Side salad. The tomato basil soup was so delicious- creamy smooth with just enough cream to sweeten the stock. The penne ala vodka was tossed in a slight spicy sauce with a hint of pancetta. Pasta was cooked to perfection. We will be back.

What a place. We live in Austin Texas, but if we lived here Caffe Piccolo would be a staple place to visit often. You MUST get the Burrata. WoW. We also recommend the Mussels Linguine.

Both of our dinners were excellent. The service was outstanding. For those prices, we would prefer no iceberg lettuce in the salads; the Gorgonzola dressing was delicious. Have not eaten veal that good in a long time.

The menu and number of choices are outstanding. My linguine and clams were seasoned a bit heavy with oregano but my husband loved his scallops and ravioli. The stuffed banana peppers were 100% authentic.

We have dined here many times with great results. Last night my husband had the filet mignon steak. It was an unusual shape and full of gristle. Very disappointing.. They did reduce the price somewhat but still a bad experience. I had the scallops with ravioli and it was delicious. This will not keep us from returning..
