   Got served bland mashed potatoes, prepackaged or minute microwave rice was a terrible taste! Ordered the salmon wasn't hot or warm wasn't cooked well done and drenched in a sauce that wasn't pleasant either. Server was decent only good thing was the complimentary bread, will not be returning. Espresso cocktail was also very overpriced .

Some of the comments you make are unfair (our rice is not microwaved or minute; our cocktails are actually priced below industry average) At any rate, we regret you did not have a nice time.    Greg and the rest of the team who served us was amazing ! We attended for a friend’s birthday and from beginning to end, we had a wonderful time. The service was great, food was delicious and the birthday guest was happy! Looking forward to going back soon

   Fabulous service. Our waited was attentive and friendly. The manager also came by to get us. The food was fantastic! Fresh oysters and the softest, juiciest New York peppercorn steak I've ever eaten. My friend had the jumbo shrimp cocktail (and they do mean jumbo!) and the chicken souvlaki, both done to perfection! This may be our new favorite hang out!

   We went there for Mother’s Day, the food was OK. But the service wasn’t the greatest in terms of being friendly it seem like we were bothering them when they were taking our order. Surprisingly enough, they never came back to see how we were liking things or if our drinks need a topping up. We have been here before and had better service. Maybe it was just the day.

   We enjoyed Mother's day pre set menu. It was very good. I had the Filet Mignon and husband had 10oz steak both cooked to perfection. Good value The music was pumping I wanted to get up and dance. Great first time, will recommend and go back

    Steak was extremely dry. I usually order medium which I’ve enjoyed at other places. It was painful to eat and swallow. The service was really good, I’ve been here before maybe it was a bad day for them…

    Cagney’s is a real gem in the middle of Streetsville. From the minute you walk in you feel really welcomed. My husband had the Seafood Pasta and it was amazing. Filled with jumbo shrimps, scallops etc. I had the Fillet Mignon. It was cooked to perfection. The French Fries were really nice and tasty too. For dessert we had the chocolate torte and it was a great way to end this delicious dinner. The waiter was amazing. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. We dine out a lot but the experience we had at this restaurant was 10/10. Thank you. We will definitely come back.

    Service is not what it used to be at this restaurant. Our server didn’t even say hello to us or tell us his name. I had to ask him his name and he just gave the vibe that he didn’t want to be there. It was a task to even get a hold of him most of our visit. Food was tasteless. When the onion rings are the best option on a high end restaurant’s menu— there’s an issue and left behind majority of the food on our plates.

We stress to all the importance of courtesy and professionalism. Your opinion of the food we serve is not shared by the vast majority of our guests (or our staff, who eat here daily). The right thing to do would have been to engage the manager on duty, which you did not do. Perhaps you'll enjoy your time more at another restaurant.

    We had a dinner with our family yesterday night at Cagney’s steakhouse celebrating a very special occasion. It was a first time we visited Cagney’s and we got the best experience! Starting from the greeting once you enter the restaurant, to the beautiful, royal, calm atmosphere to delicious food, wonderful service with professional and kind employees and their manager who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured all our requests are fulfilled. We will definitely return to Cagney’s and will share with our Ukrainian community and friends to visit this beautiful restaurant! Thank you so much for our great experience yesterday!     Excellent food and service. We ordered mussels and the Carnivore Platter and they are really good, especially the lamb (the meat itself plus the sauce). Great experience overall!

    I almost never go to a restaurant and finish everything on my plate, but the NY Steak was just too good to stop eating! The accompaniments were just as delicious! And the service was incredible too. I wish I could remember the waiters name as I'd call attention to him - he had such great energy!

    Had reservations but stood waiting at entrance far too long. Actually took a stroll around trying to find somebody. Poked my head into the bar several times trying to get somebody's attention. Got steak and lobster. The steak was only luke warm when brought to the table. Shrimp cocktail and french onion soup were good. Our server was really good - forget his name though.

    There was an event in Streetsville and Cagneys was one of the participating restaurants. We had reservations for 8pm and the promotion was that happy hour would continue all night for event participants. We decided on a number of different appetizers from this menu and we were very happy with the food. Deep fried Calamari, Sliders and Crab Cakes and a few drinks to round out the night. The manager even popped by to welcome us and stayed and chatted for awhile. So for my friend and I it was a perfect way to end the evening. Service was great.

    With no more than 10 patrons during our time at Cagney's and only one server/recptionist on staff, table service was slow. One of my party ordered the mussels which should have been served with bread. After several attempts to garner the server's attention to request the bread it finally arrived when the party had almost finished the mussels.

    Overall I would say very satisfied. Two things stand out as inconsistent. The wine we ordered is a 2018 on the menu and we received a 2020, but wine was ok. My dry aged ribeye was not a ribeye. It was a striploin. The staff assured me it was a ribeye, but no way!

    First time eating at Cagney’s. Gabby, our waitress, was both attentive and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyment of our evening. The food was delicious, our steaks cooked perfectly and our courses delivered promptly. It was not too busy, but the ambience from the fire and background noise made it feel very warm and cosy. Being helped with our coats at the end of the evening was a lovely touch. Will definitely be back.

    4 of us dining. We all had steak. All 4 steaks were over cooked - the New York strips being the worst. Asked for medium rare - got medium well. There’s just no excuse for this is a steakhouse. All the rest as in appetizers, drinks, etc were very good but when you can’t get the main course right, not good. Disappointed because we’ve been to Cagney’s many time before and this was an Anniversary dinner. It’ll be a while before we go back.

    Service could have been better. Long wait before anyone took the drinks order, or the order for any food/appetizers. And then appetizers arrived, but still waiting for drinks to arrive. Not a terrific experience 😳
