My first time to try this restaurant. Overall food taste great. But my friend says they change their menu and for the grilled squid I was expecting the usual grilled no sauce.. it’s ok though but it’s think its more taste like mains. Service was excellent.

Would have given 3.5 but erred to 4 instead of 3. Unfortunately, there were some errors. My seafood linguine came last and was missing the scallops and greens. They took it back, added the scallops but reheated the shrimp and then they we rubbery. They did apologize and didn’t charge for the plate. However, when dessert was ordered the chocolate lava cake… cake was cold, no lava at all and we had two bites and left the rest. Would hesitate to return…

We had the best waiter to ever ,he was so kind he was so personable. He was excellent at his job. We never had to wait for anything. He was always at the table, making sure that we were all OK. The food was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back!! The restaurant looked amazing. We went during the Christmas season. It was beautifully decorated and the updates that they have done at the restaurant are outstanding.

Our dinner was average, the steaks did not have any taste or flavour to them. The pasta was good. The host who seated us was very nice, the waitress was not very friendly and did kit come back to ask if we needed anything after we got our meals. No pepper, or Parmesan was offered to our table.

The food was decent, I wouldn't say it was anything spectacular except the Creme Brulee which was outstanding. The music was way too loud for having a conversation. Service was very very quick, so that was great. The general vibe and decor was not as fancy and upscale as I was expecting for this price point.

For example, our sound system is divided into zones, so it's easy to control the volume per section. It would have been very easy for the staff to adjust it to your comfort level, if they were alerted to your needs. Thank you for your visit and your comments.

Beautiful restaurant. Fast seating. Excellent music / ambience. Grilled calamari was tender and had unique flavours. Flamed saganaki by table side is always a fun experience! Seafood linguini was delicious as was the seabass (we did get some bones). Finished with expertly crafted Expresso Martin's by a wonderful bartender / server Brenda. Thanks for adding your top customer service to our wonderful evening!

We had a beautiful birthday dinner with Mario whose customer service is impeccable. He made us feel at home, came to check on us and helped us have a good time. Thank you Mario for the beautiful experience and thank you Cagney’s. We will definitely visit again. Great food. Very tasty chef made.

Amazing steakhouse but don't forget the seafood as well. Grab the grilled calamari-only fried shows on their online menu but grilled just so much better. Bonus Caribbean lobster actually has more flavor than cold water species. Grab it as an add on.

The service definitely needs improvement. Not at all up to the standards of a steakhouse. Saving grace was the food though which was surprisingly good. They couldn’t even print me a bill as there was an issue with their printer. Which to be fair was not the servers fault i guess.

Heard so much about the experience at Cagneys but it wasn’t worth the hype! Steak dinner was ‘ok’ sides were cold. Dinner service at 5.00pm you’d expect to have full selection of menu items. To be told they didn’t have certain items was disappointing

I find it quite pricey and some of the food was bland. The manager and our server did their best to handle the situation though. Also, was surprised that I was charged a 18% gratuity for a party of 5 and a toddler. So include this in your budget if you’re dining at this location.

Had a very enjoyable evening. Meals were delicious. The Manager came by to check in to see how everything was.. Service was great. Atmosphere was classy and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back.

The restaurant is nice however found a walnut shell in my salad . Brought it up to the waitress advised that I almost cracked a tooth. All she said is I will let the chef know. Would appreciate a bit more from the waitress or manager Also stated we were celebrating our 15yr wedding anniversary and nothing was done from the restaurant not even a happy anniversary Small gestures go a long way when it comes to customer service

I made a reservation on OpenTable and was on time for my reservation when I got to the restaurant it was empty so I went to the bar to sit because there was no hostess available. The bartender took my drink and then disappeared. I sat there by myself for 15 minutes with no service so I decided to leave. It was a beautiful atmosphere, but was not impressed.

Lauren the server was excellent. We ate from the happy hour menu, food was ok, crab cakes were just bad. Sorry, but I have to be honest. Perhaps I should have ordered something different but I couldn’t after that. Beautiful restaurant, quite pricey, great service.

Amazing service but the steaks were not done right. I don’t appreciate that the steaks don’t come with any sides. The menu needs work.
